Terrible customer service bought a pre assembled bumper assembly installed it in my car drove it to the paint shop discovered the fog light had fallen out called customer service to explain what had happened and ask for a new fog light to be shipped to me and the manager on duty basically said it was my fault for not double checking their work and that I would need to purchase a new light for almost the same price as the whole bumper assembly. Why would I need to double check their assembly if they’re saying all they sell is quality parts? Terrible customer service not helpful at all doesn’t care about the customers

I thought this place was gonna be great purchased my bumper and also got it painted, not once was it mentioned to me that it is non returnable only if it was painted… unfortunately I got a slightly different bumper and paid almost 500$ with paint and they will not take it back. I’m just a girl out here trying to fix my car my mistake on getting a slightly wrong one but there’s nothing on the receipt stating that it’s non returnable nor did they say it to me on the phone as I was paying for it. These people don’t want to help you they want your money. Yall sell USED car parts like give me a BREAK. You’re telling me you guys don’t already strip the paint when you get the part yeah bye!
Called to get a price on some jeep parts and I thought I had a list of everything I needed. But after talking to Sonny he helped me find all the parts I needed and all the parts I did not even think of. He is always very thorough. This guy knows he job very well, very professional. We all know dealing with people can be a hit or miss, but I have had Sonny's help afew times and its always been a hit THANK YOU!!!

Do not, I repeat, do not ever get an auto part from Quality Auto Parts! For one thing, the part they sent was defective and looked like it was in a wreck! For another reason, they have terrible customer relations and don't take the blame for their part - it's all your fault if they sent the wrong part! Not only will they not take it back and exchange it for another part, but you eat the cost for the right part they should have sent. To add insult to injury, they will charge you again for the correct part they should have sent before, and it costs more than the first part!!!
Very Professional business, always gets our parts correct and the sales people like Rafal are very professional, we have been dealing with them since 2009, and till this day we have never had any issues, and if a part is incorrect, we get the one we wanted same day. Rafal is a very professional sales person over at Power Auto Parts, never have issues ordering parts through her and will continue ordering through her.

Visited these guys for an estimate after I was hit by someone running the light. I love these guys, they are really thorough, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.
