I am handicapped I have one leg I walk with a prosthetic and crutches when I arrived at US Auto there in Sterling Heights when I walk through the door it was clean I didn't have to worry about falling does a greasy oily floors when I went out to get the parts for my van I was given a list of all the vans that were in the area and what row and made it completely easy for a handicapped person to get their take the parts off the car and check out I've been to other Pick-A-Part places and you couldn't even get in the door and there was just so much stuff laying around you had to walk past all kinds of oil and greasy stuff this place is clean and the people that run it are friendly as hell
I would recommend this place if you need parts.Doors panels any part you need excellent prices, the cashier Jordan was a good guy.I would come here again
We had a great experience hunting down some parts for our daughters car. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The area was surprisingly clean for a salvage yard. We picked up a few odds and ends for a door panel and the price was perfect. We will certainly return to this location in the future.

What can say about this is nothing short of cool and educational experience. I have been coming here for almost a month now, getting parts for my 2005 Toyota Camry. Learning how to pulled a part of car and installed it in my car gives me a better understanding of my car.This is a place where you must come if your on a budget or looking to upgrade parts on your car or truck. So my car was almost doom because of a head gasket. I was able to find cylinder head, head gasket, water pump, belt tensioner, alternator, timing chain, cam sensors. Everything that was need to get my car back on the road because of this amazing place. Great place to get used car parts for your car hand's down and they have it. And you can request when a car or truck comes in to . And very clean place and safe.just bring your own tools.and if you're lucky someone there will have a tool you can use I was lucky I didn't have one socket and a gentleman let me use one .thank God.

Walked in to buy parts, walked out feeling like I’d just been paroled. They treat customers like criminals, accusing people of stealing even when you haven’t so much as pocketed a rusty bolt. They ban people left and right, so if you go, tread carefully and keep track of every single thing you touch.
Imagine a self-serve junkyard crossed with a maximum-security prison. Cameras in every single row, employees watching your every move, and Facebook “most wanted” posts for anyone they suspect might have swiped something. Ever heard of “innocent until proven guilty”? Apparently not in their yard.
Honestly, they might as well install metal detectors at the gate to complete the dystopian experience, would pair nicely with their surveillance arsenal.
And just when you think it can’t get worse—boom—welcome to the Active Karen Zone . Management here rides the highest of high horses, and the Karen-in-Chief seems to have a personal mission to remind you who’s boss. Proceed with caution (or better yet, don’t proceed at all).
Won’t be going back. The only thing “self-serve” here is the misery.
Prices were great. I've pulled half a dozen drive lines from this place in the past 3 months and I'll gladly keep coming back. It's very clean and organized for a u-pull yard.
After reaching out to five different salvage yards in the Detroit metro area, this was one of only two that actually got back to me, and US Auto Supply offered a considerably higher dollar amount than the other place. Staff was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Building and parking lot were like new, very clean and organized. Highly recommend!
This place was amazing. Everyone very helpful so you can find the parts you need. Just make sure you have all the tools you need and maybe bring someone to help you and have knowledge of vehicle mechanics.
Pretty cool place trying to find usable parts is a Joke they need to hire a parts puller instead of letting these backyard think they know it mechanics pull there own parts. Have the parts on cars are totally just destroyed. Hellllo leave some good parts for the rest of us

Terrible customer service. My son spent two hours sweating and working to get an exhaust manifold for his car, only to be told at check out that it was Illegal for them to sell it to him. There is NO disclaimer on their website nor any signage saying that they cannot sell an exhaust manifold. I even googled it and everything I read says it's NOT illegal to sell an exhaust manifold in the state of MI so I don't know what BS they were pulling....would NOT recommend going here....
I really enjoy this yard. I drive all the way from the Jackson area to hit this place. Love that they post their inventory and keep the new stock updated on Facebook. Unfortunately, I think the I-696 construction is going to keep me from visiting as much as I currently do. Great place to get odds and ends you may need
Cousin Purchased a battery and had battery acid leaking all over him and my car vary dangerous for people who dont purchase their used and “tested” batteries doubt they are even inspected
I drove 3 hours from ohio and my experience was outstanding! Honestly the best junk yard i have ever been to. They have nice / new model cars and low prices! I will definitely be back again soon
I've rebuilt several cars so I'm well acquainted with salvage yards. US auto is my go to. A very well laid out yard, everything is organized by make and in numbered rows. The website allows you to look up the vehicle your searching for and you get a photo and exact row location from your phone. If the vehicle you need isn't available you can have the site send you a text as soon as one shows up. Everything is "you pull" which I rather prefer, it allows you to see exactly how the part is attached and gives you the knowledge how to assemble it on your vehicle. If there is more than one vehicle of your choice you can also cherry pick the best condition parts. Prices are surprisingly inexpensive. There's a price list on the website. You'll need to bring your own tools and if you find you have more parts than you can carry they have plenty of wheelbarrows available. Although I've never bought any, they also have a large selection of used tires. If you dont mind getting your hands dirty you you can't go wrong here.
Great selection of parts. One of the cleanist yards around. Alot of good tires and a misc parts or tool section on the inside. They rotate their inventory alot. Bought alit of parts for my vans plus a 10ft aluminum ramp. Alot if commercial trucks to and i saw some motorcycle parts.
