Highly highly recommend this place got my part for truck and I called before showing up and they had it ready just waiting for them to pull another part off but they are very friendly helpful and price is just great and pocket friendly.
I ordered a rim off ebay from them. I didn't realise the size difference until the next day. As soon as I noticed this mistake i tried to cancel my order. Which was less than 24 hrs later. I contacted the seller letting them know what happened and if they had the certain size rim I needed. They said NO. They denied my cancelation request. I canceled the order in plenty of time and still was denied. It's really a shame that someone makes an honest mistake and they aren't willing to work with you on this. This is bad for business...
Update, I was contacted by the seller and was informed that ebay is the one who declined the cancelation. The seller refunded payment.
The guys were polite and had my part ready at the register because I thought I was going to have to Uber myself up there. This was incredibly nice on their part and I very much appreciate their kindness.

Saved my family $5250 costed only under 200$ with shipping. Arrived in good condition and clean inside! Don't believe the dealership they said it wasn't serviceable when a 10 mm Allen wrench and 25$ 75/90 weight oil would keep them going, change every 30 k miles .
So not only did it save us thousands at a dealership saved my property and home as I was being blackmailed to sign it over to get help.
So it was hard sure but used safety stands in the driveway no lift .
So I'll be saving this company information forever and they shipped promptly and was I great shape so I'll be driving again very soon .
So need a engine transmission or in my case a transfer case these are your guys.

Lenny was a tremendous help. He went the extra mile and sent me pictures of the rear lift gate for my Tahoe. He held it for me until I was able to get there and pick it up. The lift gate was in very good condition, exactly as Lenny had described it over the phone. Excellent customer service. The facility is also very clean and well organized. Highly recommend.
Had a great experience with this company recently. They do what they say and stand behind their parts. I really appreciate places like this that make my job easier. I will for sure be searching them up for my next need. Kevin's customer service is top notch.
This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. They say things that is not true. They said they had the tire i needed in theirinventory. But when i drove 45 mins to an hour to get there, they claim they didnt have it. And when i asked them, why did they tell me on the phone they had the tire, they looked crazy like i didnt know what i was talking about. And to top it off, i had called them 3 times before i got there to make sure they had the tire. Just terrible.
This is the type of place you need to save in your contacts. Just save the number, put down the name of the company, and then when you call, ask for John. That is the exact recipe I've been using for success. And even if they don't have what you're looking for, John is the type of guy that will do his best to lead you the right way. I can't speak highly enough of him, his expertise, and his willingness to put in a real effort on behalf of the customer. And if by chance you get Kevin, you're in for very much the same type of time. Kevin has bailed me out on some things that I thought we're pert-near impossible to find... I'm a first time user from out of state and had a part shipped to me. The shipment came promptly, but was not the part I intended to order. I called and spoke to Bruce. He emailed me a return shipping label for the return and shipped me out the part I needed, even before the returned item arrived back to them. It was refreshing and relieving to get accommodating service, especially with an out of state shipper. Bruce made it EASY!
Russell Rowan is a man of few words but those words are exactly what you need to hear. He helped me out by getting the exact radio I needed for my daughter's car. Because of his service I was able to be a hero to my daughter and have a radio in her car that has never sounded better.

Don’t buy an engine or a trans they sold me a core as a good engine had a noise last for one day they said it’s my fault don’t stand behind their warranty and they bring up any excuse not to warrantee it .and the engine never overheated at the shop and it was running for hour and the customer stated the engine never overheated when he was driving the vehicle too .you guys sabotage the heating element when you got the engine in your possession.
There is no zero star to give them its very bad costumer service i called them Wednesday about 2014 ford flex Carrier Differential he say Friday ready to pick up i drive 45 miles to make a payment and show him which correct part i want . i call friday he say im sorry monday ll call you to be ready pick up part . no one call me until i call Wednesday he said ll call you as soon its ready no one call i call next day he said its ready i send someone give him wrong part and them say its not for you sorry ll call you when its part ready. drive 45 miles and back 45 miles too with nothing just say sorry after 2 days call them ask for manger hold me on the phone 10 minute he say i ll see whats gonig on and call you i wait for them 10 days to pull part , This is so funny , the owner have to take care for his Business and costumer . i never do Business with them a gain . Waste my time so bad service .
Needed a fuel tank for a friend's car, they didn't have one but they were able to find me one. The tank came in but John said he didn't like the quality of the tank, he was able to find me another that was in excellent condition. He kept me informed and everyone there was great. Will definitely go back again. The whole operation is well organized and clean.
I ordered a rim on 8/27 lady said it would be shipped and I'll receive it in 2 days I was like thank you soooo much because I couldn't get to work. Thursday no nothing came I called talk to a guy "not saying names" he said we'll I don't know why she said that it's scheduled to be shipped tomorrow on friday it'll be there Tuesday I said okay I cant miss more work so Tuesday right "YES". Tuesday nothing call back oh we just sent it out today well it was scheduled to be sent last friday. Thanks no rim no job now. Better communication would be nice.

Honestly these guys are awesome! I'm from Cleveland and my window got broken from a concert I went to. I couldn't find anyone in my area with the part I needed so I called them and ordered it and they got it sent over from another place. Unfortunately it arrived damaged but they were extremely friendly. They offered to refund me, give me the window and even continue to look for a new one for me. Genuinely made my life so stress-free and helped me out so much. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Russell is the kind of professional you want to have the privilege of having help you. I live in Colorado so I found this part online and ordered it, paid and a couple of days later I got a text saying that the shipping was incorrect for the product that I owed more. Now, in the world of commerce, if a customer has already paid in full including shipping for a product (considering that it was the companies program that charged me) the company selling the product is obligated to ship the product. Apparently there was a mistake with the online process, Russell‘s team reached out to me stating that there had been a mistake and that I needed to pay more (after i had already paid and their system has accepted my payment and even sent me an email confirming my payment and the part I had ordered would ship soon). I asked for a supervisor and Russell Called me and even though their system has mass a mistake ( I offered to split the difference shipping with them). Russell was very professional, he acknowledged my perspective and authorized the shipment and I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided and the product l received. Well done Highway Autoparts. And a shout out to Russell!! Grille looks great and wife is happy……happy wife, happy life.
