This place is a joke anymore. Time to fire the staff and start over with people that actually care about doing their job correctly. Last dozen times I've dealt with these clowns I've left there unhappy. But maybe the problem is the owners. Fire them too.
I find this to be my go-to spot I find myself coming back to buy their used parts which are on the shelf usually when I get there I'm in and out in 5 or 10 minutes great customer service. They know their car parts
I’ve been dealing with Alex for 5 years now, he has the parts almost all the time, his prices are fair, and Ken put in a window in my Tahoe same day in 30 minutes. Would refer them to friends and family.
If I could give them 0 stars I would, I had contacted them about a single rear wheel flatbed they had. I had sent my girlfriend out with a trailer to pick it up. They made her feel incredibly uncomfortable, they lied about the flatbed because in fact in was a dually bed and still took the deposit. Probably the worst experience with a business I have dealt with.
Ordered a tail light for my car yesterday.they called this morning said light was ready to be picked up.had the wrong light . Waited over 1 hour for the correct light. Still charged me the full price. Won't use them again.
Bought a radio didn't work took it back got anyone everything work but volume button. I put the newer one in the parking lot took it back in and he said I can give you half your money back and sell me another at full price. And when seating in the waiting room the talk crap about the customer behind there back. This place is a joke. CUSTOMER BEWARE. Go somewhere else to get your parts.
The gentleman who helped me was absolutely wonderful. I needed a headlight assembly for my car, which is a foreign vehicle that's extremely hard to find parts for since it's 18 years old. I originally only needed my passenger side. They had one and quoted me $60, which is a price I was happy with. When I got down there, me and the gentleman realized that it was an aftermarket headlight. He offered to give me the driver side as well with no extra cost so I could replace both and not have mismatched headlights.
If I ever need parts again, I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
Never had an issue dealing with this used auto part yard. Part worked and fit perfectly, and if they didn't, I have noticed they take care of you fairly in a remedy. I work for a shop so we do a fair amount of business with G&T.
Very unprofessional. Made a deal on a vehicle they had for sale. When I came to give the last payment he then upped the price and shut me down after I have already made some payments. Wish I could give them 0 stars!
I can not put into words how satisfied I was with the service provided by 1 employee that's works at this place. His name is Rob, when I say this individual went above and beyond through out my whole experience, I feel like I'm not even giving him the recognition he deserves. From locating the parts I needed to working with me and making sure I get them, Rob helped me the whole way, EVEN ON HIS OWN TIME!!!!. THATS UNHEARD OF... I will definitely go back to this place first for whatever I need for my car and I will recommend them to everybody. This business is very lucky to have an employee like Rob. Thank you for everything Rob. If I could I would give him 10 stars... A++++++++++++++ rating i definitely would. I'm very happy
Nothing but the run around stay away!!!!!! They are terrible. Nothing but lip service. Dave never called back. I even visited this place. They said they had doors for a Dakota in stock and then said not in stock.
Called for a part, they called back. Had the part. Very nice staff, reasonable price. The man who helped me offered to carry part and place in my trunk.
Only go here when its convenient for THEM.
I went to this business looking for an inexpensive part for a project I am working on for my car (trunk lighting). To make matters worse (for myself), I did it with less than 30minutes before they closed.
After telling the person what I was looking for, he asked what kind of car it was for. After I told him, he said he knew for a fact he didn't have anything that new on the lot, thanked me and turned his back.
never mind that this part has been used on all GM brands since 2008 and that I was holding a list of cars it could be gotten from.
Like i said, if it was a big ticket item i bet he would have bent over backwards to help me, but a couple $30 parts just wasn't worth his time.
How do I know they were $30 each? Because when I got home I looked them up on eBay and bought 3 of them from 3 different sellers.
You would think this business would be hustling during the UAW parts strike because if they can't sell some of these parts now, they probably NEVER WILL.

I've been coming here for decades for good used parts & they have not disappointed me with their prices & parts available. It's also an entertaining show to watch the crew chirp at each other & throw friendly jokes and insults at each other while you wait.
Absolutely unprofessional and going downhill, that’s what happens when you don’t keep up on your business. Whole junkyard looks like it’s been tracked over with the forklift to many times because they are to CHEAP. 40+ years and not one renovation made to the yard. Detroit has seen better junkyards.
Highest prices in the world, wanted a door with dings they want nearly 400.00 when other shop has door 200.00 and negotiable.. They are nice ppl so two stars for that but I won't be returning, I'm in this business and have been for a while , fix your pricing I'll return
Hurb did an amazing job handling my parts need. Called from FL for a hard to find part. He make sure part was pulled, send me a picture to confirm proper part and handled all paperwork easily. Would definitely recommend for any kind of parts need, close or far. Thank you!

This place is really cool I get a lot of my parts from them tires stuff like that fairly good pricing and and herb is always the one that helps me he's a pretty cool guy I like him I won't steer you wrong her tell you the truth. Either they have what you want or they don't and they'll be getting it in because they get a lot of the cars that are in accidents and stuff. Check them out for yourself 26 Mile and Gratiot
I worked with Dave to get an original, OE replacement, BMW wheel for my 07 530i. I live all the way in Pataskala, Ohio and Dave was very helpful. Allowed me to send a pic so he could verify correct parts he had in stock and match them correctly. The part was priced very well and the shipping was cheaper than expected! I would definitely shop again and have already started looking for other parts with them.
The place is 1 mile from me. So I thought cool it's right there and I can go back if I need other parts.! What a Joke! Pay new part prices for used parts ? I was told I had to buy a full dash to get 1 defrost vent. Needed a battery tray, The guy looked it up on Google and gave me the new parts price. So much for a GOOD parts yard right by the house, now I gotta drive 15 miles to the next one. Try going there tho! You'll get a laugh!
Was looking for a replacement oem radio. They had 3 in stock but none of the CD changers worked. Guy offered basically half one of them for parts. I was cool with it cuz I just needed the screen. Good experience considering... Only one other place had a replacement and they were asking less however they inventoried the wrong part # - different model.
This business is top notch! I have no doubt that I will be using them plenty in the future. The biggest thing is they have guys that work up front that really are professional and work with you. Jesse worked with me and researched the part that I needed on my truck based on my vehicle options. They also have an incredible inventory at prices that are better than what you'll find elsewhere! I drive a long way, and pass several other salvage yards to get to them because they are the best!!

I will say at the end of it all I got a great tire for my truck, however that was after I insisted on picking it out myself. The tire they had picked for me was crappy. (I was happy with my purchase at the end)

Really liked this place they had the parts I needed and got them to me quick and at a good price. I also needed an additional part but couldn't afford the price they had so they cut me an amazing deal and I'm very thankful to have worked with such great people!
They finally processed my refund after two months and many many phone calls. They sold me an used engine with problems leaking oil and bad injectors... (I understand that happens) and I was really annoyed because I keep calling and getting the "let me talk to my boss and I'll call u bak" answer of which I think they call me back once (I had to call them over 15times and they always promised but only once actually called me). Well, I just kept calling them and finally they agreed to a refund. I don't think they sold me a bad engine on purpose, but the refund took way too much effort!
