Ordered online. Went to pick up order, lights on. Hours say “open” but doors are locked and no one is answering the phone.

So in a pickle need a jump box ask the clerk if I buy this what's the return policy he says if u have all the parts I can return it so I buy it I use it 2 mins later I return to return it and he says now if used it ilhe can't return it like I just asked u before I bought it from yoy like that's the definition of lying to the customer bow I'm stuck with a charge box while I drive a hybrid just because I needed to help my older mother with her car now 138 dollars down the drain that could've gone to bills like didn't need to lie I would have bought th 89 dollar one other wise. Just ruined my day should have went to the guys across the street.

Coldest day of the year. Went in for new battery. Great young man installed it, and I was good to go. BTW, Auto Zone across the street wouldn't install. Said it was too cold out.

I absolutely love this Advanced Auto Parts location. The staff is always helpful and informative. The store has what I need and if not, they’ll get it! I highly recommend this store! Keep up the great work!

Shout out to Dylan G. We installed two new batteries in my Ford diesel. Found a corroded battery terminal that needed replaced. With his help and the right parts in stock, I was up and running in 40 minutes! Keep up the excellent customer service!!

Gerald was helpful and kind enough to help me up the fluid in my car because I had my hands full with my baby. Truly appreciated.

Dan was absolutely amazing. He was patient and understanding with the lack of knowledge I have when it comes to that area of my car. He went above and beyond to help me fix the issue and did a fantastic job not only fixing the problem, but explaining what caused it. 10/10, would recommend going here.

Staff is pretty helpful. Better check engine code reader than Auto Zone.. I think anyway. Prices similar between the two. But a truck battery was near $300, got one at Valvoline with my oil change for $100.. big difference

A dead battery on a Saturday morning almost ruined a family getaway before it even started. Dylan was able to point me in the right direction and help get the battery replaced quickly! Excellent service!

Good and friendly service. But they try to push you to more expensive things at times when you rent day cheap plate bulbs

It's so nice to be able to stop in and get exactly what you need from a friendly, knowledgeable person. My latest stop was for windshield wipers. After purchasing, they installed them and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Such awesome service! Thank you!

Needed a leaf spring shackle but it was not in stock. Darrel had it delivered from the 14mi. location and ot was there at 3pm. Great service.

I'd love to give a review of my shopping experience but I can't because THEY WERE CLOSED AT 5PM!!! ....but the competition across the street was happy to pick up their slack...thanks Auto Zone!

Purchased a battery from here solely because they offer free installation. Service tech refused to do it because there was a piece of plastic covering the battery. Literally all that was needed was just to lift the piece of plastic by hand, no tools required. Took half a second. Bought my battery elsewhere and installed it myself. Lazy customer service

A great place to shop and get parts or whatever accessories you need. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The employees seem to be a little standoffish or distant when it comes to information and helping. Across the street is AutoZone, they're a little more personable and a lot more helpful.

Needed new wipers while on vacation...fellow assisting us gave is the wrong ones. They were detaching. At our local Advance Auto, we were able to get the correct ones...happy with results. ***We were happy with New Baltimore, it was the store in the Upper Peninsula that gave us the wrong wipers. Don't want to give our local store a bad name. Thanks for your reply.

Dont take your amazon returns here amazon says they do the labeless returns but apartently they dont. I get it that is fine but you dont have to be rude as hell about it. In the future when I need something for my car I will not give them my business.

Editing my review from 5 stars to one star. My battery had a 3 year free replacement, but I had to pay $33 extra for the replacement because "the price went up"

Great friendly staff . Convenient tool rental for parts needed for a job ( my case a puller for rear brakes ) After job was completed returned the tool and they credited my charge immediately . ❤

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an auto parts store. I purchased front quick struts for a friends truck. When going to open the packages and install them, one of them was over an inch longer than the stock one I just removed. The other wasn’t even close in overall design to the stock one. I had to drive all the way back to exchange them for a different part number, both part numbers they list as a direct fit. When trying to exchange for the other ones, the staff member was rude and unapologetic. I told them the parts were not right and they shouldn’t just put them back on the shelf. The staff member kept saying that it shows it’s right in their system. Even though there was a huge difference between both parts they sold me with the same part numbers. Lesson if you’re going to shop here, check your parts before you leave and compare with the take off parts first.

Mr. Lee was very helpful! He was very fast in finding the parts I needed. He also helped me find the best deal for my dollar and provided great suggestions on what to choose from. Wasnt pushy or rushing at any time. felt like I got the best deal when i left.

I really appreciate the individuals who work here! They are knowledgeable and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me when my car had battery and alternator problems. They are always there for me which is nice to know. they tested my battery for free! they give me advice over the phone. I even saved money buying my alternator there! Thanks !

the staff at advance Auto Parts was able to help me out of a dilemma. I needed a specialty to take off the lights of my tire. They help me out on forever grateful. Thanks a lot guys.

Very helpful , cheaper than Richards auto parts. advance auto parts is a lot more friendly. Which makes me want to tell people to try advance auto parts

Went to buy my own oil for an oil change. I've never done that before, so I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for. The man at the counter looked up my car on his computer and told me exactly what I needed, he even brought it out from the back room, I didn't have to do ANYTHING. 5 star service, and a 5 star store location.

My car broke down in front of here & was parked for 14 hours and they towed it for no reason, resulting in me paying $300 to get it back. The people here are super rude and think they're the bomb. I will never give this place any of my money.
