Needed to get different oem rims for bigger tie rods on my pickup. While they didn’t have the ones on hand I had wanted. Was in no rush, just a few days later I had them. They were just what I wanted
This place is nice and clean inside and the people are nice but it's a bit misleading. We checked parts online,called to confirm, and drove 2.5 hours to find out that the parts are from one of their out of state "partners"
that they could order and have delivered in about a week. At least show local inventory and shipped inventory. Don't mislead people into thinking you have it in stock when you don't.
Great Auto Parts store, if they don’t have it in stock they will find it order it even if it must be tracked out of town. I recommend them highly, Thank you Middleton for getting my Kia Soul in the city had one and you delivered.
Ordered 16 inch rims got 15 inch. A blessing in disguise. Smaller, lighter and same height.Yes,I had to but 15 inch tires to fit so that's I would have had to buy this fall anyway. Under pressure when I realized they were wrong lead me to a bad review. You can thank Maps for requesting a review prematurely. We are all only human and errors do occur. Owner reached out to me and discussed this matter. What a great guy! Middelton Auto Parts will make it right.

I needed a matching rim after I cracked one in a pothole on the freeway and they had the exact rim and quoted me the best price. Any time I need parts for my car, this'll be the first place I look. This isn't the first time they've been the best choice either.
I would never purchase anything from this place ever again. 6 months ago i purchased an electric steering column from them, for my saturn vue and first off they got the order wrong 3 times before I was even able to ge the part. Then when the part was done my mechanic had to use my old parts because their parts were trash. Now all of a sudden my steering wheel went out so I had a warranty on it, and once again the same thing happened they got the order wrong TWICE!! and by the way John who works there is very unprofessional, and he does not know how to speak to a young woman like myself so I had to have my mother go up there and show him some respect. Thankfully the only good person out of this whole experience was the manager. And it shouldn’t have had to come to that. Would definitely not recommend please spend your money else where!!!

These guys are AWESOME! Great customer service. Rob took great care me. Purchased a transmission for my daughters car after a transmission shop said she needed one. Turns out it was six quarts low. Long story short I was able to return the trans no problem. It's good to know there are still company's that stand behind their products and services. I would recommend Middleton everyone looking for good used parts and great customer service.

No matter how busy (and they get very busy) he goes the extra mile to communicate and get back to you. I have done several deals over the phone with prompt delivery. I have visited the yard in person and was greeted by Brandon like a good friend and shown by the owner, how their business operates. I believe this business bought out my dad's totaled car. He had left RayBan sunglasses in the car which had very high sentimental value for us (heirloom). These good people were nice enough to FedEx the glasses back. My family greatly appreciated this wonderful gesture.
