Just bought a new battery they said that they changed them out for you. After I purchased it the guy literally said he "didn't feel like it" and the other guy said it was "too cold." AutoZone customer for life

I just stopped for wiper blades, the two staff were so nice, and HELPFUL! Got great set, great price and Dillon went out in the pouring rain and installed them for me! Definitely super service!

Let me say I have been a professional mechanic since 1994 and I have never been helped by an aftermarket parts chain employee the way that Lewis helped me. Absolutely bent over backwards at 9::30 at night to help me match up an oring. Need more like him out there. This will not go unnoticed. Thank you

Only place open until 9 pm on Sundays around my house and has helped me when I run out of basic auto supplies last minute late night. The guys who work there are always helpful in any way they can be! 👍

I ordered a trailer hitch for my son for Christmas, it was the 23rd I was told I wouldn't get it until the 26th which I was ok with, I got the hitch Christmas eve. I was beside myself it made my Christmas even better. O'Reillys really came through, there customer service is awesome, keep up the good work and I will keep buying my parts there. Thanks

Staff is courteous and capable. Knowledge on their computers, and know where their inventory is in the store. They'll even help you install some of the more simple parts (wipers, light bulbs, fuses...). Store is clean and well-lit. Hours are great - open late. Can't complain. Except perhaps prices - it's not exactly bargain central, but then again it is what it is - a speciality store that helps you get what you need when you need it for your car.

On 11/30/17 - got my batt checked & was told the batt had bad cell. Got it replaced there same day which took probably only 30minutes. The sales person was great - helpful, informative & very nice. I unfortunately didn't catch his name. The price of the batt was good also. Overall experience was excellent. I recommend the O'Reilly Chesterfield to everyone. I will definitely come back again.

Went in to get parts for my husband a few weeks ago and wished there had been a comment card handy. But I just have to say I had a great experience with Billy. He was knowledgeable, kind and helpful as I did not know what I was looking for. He found what my husband needed and the service was professional and great! Thank you Billy!

I highly recommend them, AWESOME! Frankly 5 stars isn't enough. I was about a mile away doing some work at a business and when I came out I discovered my battery was dead. I was mortified because my AAA membership expired and there wasn't anybody home that I could call. So I started to walk to Meijers in hope of getting a portable jump battery, then I saw O'Reilly saw I ran over there. I asked them if the portable jump charge batteries came pre charged up? The manager asked why I needed to know and I told him. So he said if I leave my credit card he would let use theirs for free instead of having to pay $50+ to buy one. I really can't overstate how much this blew me away. If I went to Meijers like I originally planned there isn't a chance in hell they would have done this for me.

Wow, what a experience I just had at the Chesterfield location. The store manger Steve was a real piece of work. The way he treated me was completely unprofessional. I simply wanted to return an item without a receipt and he wouldn't allow it. Said " You cant return items without a receipt here". Which is a compete lie. I then asked for the corporate phone number which he wouldn't give to me. Im not sure how he got to the position with social skills like that. Id be surprised if he can hold his position as store manger for much longer I felt I was completely level headed with him and wasn't asking for anything out of the normal. I will definitely not be buying any more parts from this location just out of fear of having to deal with him again. Nice work today Steve! Keep up the good work of making the job harder than it needs to be.

I am astounded at the pure incompetence of the staff here!! I ordered a simple part and was called the same day stating it was in. While working on my brakes I realized I needed more items.. called and was told they had it. Great up to this point.... went in the next morning.. left almost an hour later. First Ryan answered a call and talked for better part of 10 minuted after initially helping me before the call. After he came back he went to find my ordered part which took.. no lie, over 30 minutes!!!! Was told they sent it back. I guess someone changed the first name by one letter which was enough to confuse the hell out of him even with my last name and part number. I then asked for the "stocked" part... clearly my mistake. As after another tail spin search, they do not stock them. At this point I am the retarded one as I called and asked for a very specific oil. They took my info and said they would be able to order it and would get back to me with price and time frame. No call ever came. As it turned out they decided to order it with out calling my, but of course ordered the completely wrong stuff. Bottom line, there is an Autozone a 1/4 mile away that will be getting all of my business from now on.... Just simply ridiculous
