Literally called and asked for a tire change I was obviously upset due to situation and was very respectful he responds “ok thank you” and hangs up and didn’t provide service. Terrible
I got locked out of my car at Meijers In Howell, apparently I had dropped my keys by the cart corral and someone had found them. I had just put my kids in the car and was filling my washer solvent. The person locked my car and took the keys inside. I didn't know what happened but my kids were locked in the car. I called and he was there in literally 30 seconds. He helped me get things figured out. I'm so so thankful for this company! 100% recommend.
Service was prompt and very good. They allowed me and my passenger to ride in the car being towed. They didn't bill my card for three days and then called me yelling at me about being a criminal and threatening to turn me into the state police. The same state police they insisted I not wave to while riding in the car being towed. Good service terrible human interaction. I swear the total on the phone was 248, I had 250 in my account. Three days later it's now 265 and I'm being berated like I'm some murderer over the phone.
Ryan drove us 65 miles to our destination! Not only with our truck on the flatbed but also hauling our camper behind. I felt safe the entire time! I could tell he was very experienced and he was also very nice!
Great service. Had a flat tire on my motorcycle. They came out when they said they would....on time. Driver did an excellent job of strapping the bike down and getting it home safe. I would definitely recommend this towing service.
We greatly appreciated the promptness and professionalism of Patti (dispatcher)...also, the kindness, patience and care that Frederick took in handling our roadside tow. Not only did we have a blow-out but also a medical issue inwhich called for a late-night service and delay of hook-up on our part; Frederick displayed excellent skill and care in assisting is get our vehicle to safety.

Got into a pretty bad pickle passing through howell. My project truck fell over the front side of a Dolly and popped the dolly tire. U-haul roadside assistance had me on hold for over an hour,
but pardiac towing was there in 20 minutes!
Thomas, I think his name was even Able to put the tow dolly on the tow truck as well as my project vehicle and made the hour long tow back to my house, even though his shift was already over.
Also, the cost was not too bad for such a long tow.

Very professional! Thomas bailed me and my family out after our car died on the side of the road in the middle of the night. He was there for us immediately, and since we know nothing of Howell, he helped us find a mechanic and hotel.

Today I was at Walmart and locked my keys in the car after putting my groceries in....that wasn't the worst part my five month old daughter was locked in the car as well I called Michael answered and kept me calm on the phone and sent a driver out immediately, Steven was there within 3-5 minutes and got my door open so quick such gentleman both were I recommend this towing company to every SINGLE person in need thanks guys. Such a scary situation that they made easy!
They were great. My one vehicle died in the driveway getting ready to leave for the airport. Called them once I landed at my destination had them tow it to my mechanics. Paid over phone. They text me when they picked it up and dropped it off at the mechanics. So simple. Great communication. Definitely would recommend and will be using them again if I need a tow truck.... Let's hope not.
Steven was awesome when I had a flat tire. He even arrived earlier than expected. I was very grateful. He was so nice and concerned, and got me back on the road in no time. Worth every penny!
Pardiac Towing was recommended to me when I needed my car towed to the garage for service. The dispatcher was helpful and professional and asked questions to better understand what I needed. He also gave me a time frame for when the driver would arrive, and he was spot on. Steven was professional and courteous having my car loaded with care and in a short time. My husband and I got stranded an hour away from home in a snow storm after our alternator went out. Other towing companies were too busy to pick us up and tow our car so far because there were so many accidents.
Our tow truck driver Ben picked us up really quickly and was really pleasant! We actually had a nice ride home chatting with him. This company definitely delivers even in stressful situations!

Amazing experience. I had been dreading dealing with my car being towed from Howell to Royal Oak. I missed the guys name who I spoke to on the phone to figure out what it would take to get the job done but he was very pleasant to talk to and put me at ease about the process.
Steven towed my car here and called when he picked it up to let me know he was on the way. He was polite and friendly throughout the whole process. You could definitely tell he knew what he was doing and made me feel comfortable as he backed my car into my Royal oak driveway, which is quite small. That guy works hard and goes above and beyond.
Thomas from Pardiac Towing is awesome! He showed up super quick and was very professional. He even backed my truck all the way down to my shop, and then gave me advice on where to get parts. What a nice guy! Would definitely recommend Pardiac for any towing or recovery needs!
Matthew was the person who came and towed my minivan. He was very quick and professional. We were stuck on the side of a very busy highway and he got us off the side of the road fast. Ben answered my phone call and his customer service was exceptional and realistic for time which is appreciated. Highly recommend this place for your towing needs!
First time calling this company as I have previously used a Roadside program. Was advised upon calling that there was one tow in front of us, and would be approx. 45 mins. Tow driver arrived an hour and 15 mins after quoted time, with no call from driver or office. When I called the office, was advised previous call took longer than expected, no apology for the additional wait. Payment information was taken on initial call, and I received a quality survey via text after. This company will not likely be my first call for towing in the future.
Thomas was AWESOME and VERY professional!!! He was at the Howell rest area within minutes of my call and even though we left before him and made a quick stop at the store, he was coming around the corner, (back in Lansing) with my SUV riding piggyback, just as I was putting the key in the door. I recently had a bad experience by having my new truck break down. Things quickly got better after calling Pardiac towing in Howell. The gentleman on the phone was professional and courteous. He said we'll have someone there shortly. Within minutes Thomas arrived. He was very professional. He definitely knew what he was doing. He had his rig and my truck at the dealership in minutes. This is our second time using Pardiac. Once was with our vintage truck and now with our Bronco. Both times were 5 star. Today Thomas picked us up after a breakdown. He was professional, kind, quick and got us back home safely in no time. He also impressed us with his skills of backing down our dead end street and putting our vehicle in a not so easy driveway! Well done Thomas! Will use these guys for all of our towing and hauling needs for sure!
I have always had good experience with these guys. The only complaint was I was in a car accident and my car was towed here by the police and it took me forever to find out where it went and the cops were no help so I would of had to pay a crazy storage bill to get the car out instead I just signed the title to them and I’m glad they allowed that but if they would of contacted me I could of got the car out as soon as the next day and my name and phone number was on passenger seat. But overall over the years their a pretty good company.
Car broke down on Sunday at 745, called and got a super speedy response. Before they took the car off to the dealer, our driver everything he could to try and get the car to start up for me. Got on his hands and knees searching for a solution. Then, our ride showed up and he let us fill out the paperwork and he took it away for us. Amazing service, incredibly helpful, will be recommending to anyone who has a car issue in the area.
Excellent customer service!!! Matt arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and was nothing but awesome. He had everything loaded quick (even when he had to load our motorhome AND trailer!!). My husband and I were very thankful for everything and will highly recommend Pardiac Towing and Recovery.
