Ryan, the driver, and everyone I spoke to on the phone was very kind and professional. The truck arrived quickly and my car was swiftly hooked up and hauled away.
Our truck broke down in a big backup on 23. We were 100 miles from home, in 98 degrees heat, on the side of the highway. Pardiac sent a flatbed, got us home safely, and really saved the day. Our driver was amazing, and it was a great experience from the moment he showed up until we were home safely. The side of the highway is not a place I ever want to be stranded again...but if it did happen, I'd call Pardiac first.
Pardiac helped me out of a very dangerous situation. My car died on US 23 north just south of the Lee Rd Brighton exit. It was a construction zone with no shoulders and cars were still going by at 80mp. I called AAA and after an hour they told me it would be up to 3 more hours to get a truck to me. I found Pardiac online with my phone and they were there in about 20 minutes. Ryan was really great, he knows what he is doing and handled everything very well. Thanks guys, I really appreciate you taking care of me in a bad situation when AAA let me down.
This company is a horrible place to do business with. My driver broke down within 5 miles from this location. I needed it to be towed 50 miles away. They quoted me $1,600 for the tow!!!!!
The gentleman that was on the phone was very short and rude. They are taking advantage of the situation. I was able to find a company named Goch and son that was based out of Detroit and they only charge me $725!!!!!
It’s ridiculous that they charge so much. There was another company nearby that only charge $600 but they were backed up for three hours otherwise I would have used their service.
Awesome service. I tried my best to give these guys a challenge and they moved my equipment with ease and we're extremely flexible with scheduling to make it work for everyone. Great company and owners!

Had a Good Sam claim for a broke down truck when I was pulling my 33 foot camper. Ryan made it out in the time quoted, even though it was a long distance from their shop and a long transport to the destination. He was kind and professional. Pardiac's help made a difficult situation easier and took a huge burden off.
I had a mower stuck on the edge of a retaining wall and thought there was no chance they could get it.
Within 30 minutes they got to the job and got it unstuck! Very professional and trustworthy company.
For those of you that read my prior Review, I’d like to correct it. As it turns out The problem was simply a miscommunication between the parties. Also, the misunderstanding was brought to my attention and handled appropriately by my friends at Pardiac. Knowing both Pardiac and Corgan oil for the past 40+ years, I stand by my opinion and review of both companies. Five star all the way.. However, my loyalty remains with Ben and the crew over at Pardiac Towing .
I couldn't be happier with my experience with Pardiac towing and recovery. The dispatcher was courteous and the truck got there in less than 20 minutes. Ryan was professional and kind. Also, the price was absolutely unbeatable.

Great service and professionalism over the phone. Kevin showed up within 20 minutes while we were stuck on the side of a busy highway. Our spare tire somehow got loose and dragged under the bumper on the freeway. I’m glad Pardiac was there to help me get it out, so that I could get home safely! Kevin was great!!! He was there well within the 45 min, loaded up our big Chevy Truck 2500, and towed us all the way home. Fun to talk with on the ride. Very happy with the service. Also, the lady who first took our call was very nice too.

Ben is an absolute tactician when it comes to his towing. I have a 80s bass boat that is very good condition for its age. I ended up having to get it towed due to a wheel bearing failing. I was very nervous about having it towed due to the rarity of the boat. Ben handled it like a pro! 5/5
Thomas came and towed my wife's mini cooper today. He was at my house in under 20 minutes, was super polite and had skills with the wheel that would make you think about going back to driver's ed. I could not be happier with the service. Especially the driver Thomas, great guy!

My husband and I were stranded on our way to the airport on US 23. After waiting for AAA for 1-1/2 hrs we called them back only for them to tell us the tow company they dispatched our request to never responded and was not available. We called Pardiac Towing and they got a tow there in less than the 45 minutes wait time they provided. Thomas was efficient and courteous and the ride home was comfortable. Thomas was very helpful in getting us off the side of the highway. We are new to the area and wasn’t sure who to call, the company was quick to get our driver Thomas out to us. The estimated a 30 minute wait and we barely waited 15 minutes for him to arrive. He was very polite and friendly, quick to get us on our way again. 10/10 would call the company again to ask for Thomas.
After waiting for over 2 hours to get assistance assigned by Roadside Assistance, I had called and asked the delay. They said it was assigned to a towing company (that didn't even exist in our area!!) and there was no time yet. I requested, if possible, that they assign me to Pardiac Towing, as I had only had good dealings with them. They surprisingly did just that and within 25 minutes, they were there and had my car hooked up and on the road to my house. Fantastic prompt service, super friendly and delivered my car without any (additional) dings on it! Absolutely recommend!
Thomas came and picked my truck up at 10:15pm. He got there really quick. He was very professional. He took my truck 20some miles to the dealer in canton. I'm very grateful that he was available and did it very quickly. Excellent service
Tow driver (Steve) was very knowledgeable and professional in getting my dual PWC trailer with broken wheel/axle loaded, towed and dropped off. Response time was awesome and they got me off busy US23 quickly and safely. Great job! Highly recommend them!
