On this businesses door It has the hours. On line it only says open 24 hours. I called for my friend father who cannot drive and gets around with a walker! when we contacted the business because we were standing out side the door. The guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and told us that the wrap on the door was old and even though I’ve never talk to him before told me that he had told me yesterday on the phone that if we weren’t there by five, we were out of luck and would have to keep paying till mon. I got a tow from clinton to tecumseh to micks kelly tire they charged me almost $300 just to pick it up and drop it off not to far away ill always use micks kelly tire for towning from now on you guys are just selfish
Hands down best towing service. Waited 9 hours for my insurance to "find someone" to take my roadside request. After the long wait I made a call to Neill's and they were onsite loading my car onto their truck within an hour. Didn't get to catch the drivers name but he was hands down the best of the best. All for $100 less then what my insurance quoted me even with crossing state lines. Would recommend and will use again if needed. Thanks again to the driver of truck #52 on 3/26.
The driver showed up before his expected time. Wasted no time towing me out of a steep driveway! I'm so thankful for this company!!! You are appreciated, greatly!!!
My son's car broke down on way pick up medical letter on side non busy country road.. Called our insurance provider USAA called tow truck companies none were available to take him or his car back to Bowling Green until next morning.This was around 8pm. Was told leave car it be towed in morning.hour and half away.
Then this company gets involved beat the scheduled tow truck driver and now wants 150$ no exceptions.
Seems like shady practice would not use . And if you breakdown in their area do everything your told to do, doesn't matter give them their money so they can give % to sheriff or whoever called this in.
Seems like if you can call to let us know it is in your lot prolly could have called see why on side of road. At very least see if driver and owner are OK... Again do not use...
Neil's Towing out of Tecumseh this guy has a big attitude if your car ends up on his lot good luck getting it back I believe they damaged my car therefore the price they're tagging on it is outrageous they know I can't afford it therefore I will not see the car
They are way overpriced and have a bunch of fees. They were extremely rude everytime I talked with them on the phone and were just all around unpleasant and don't care about about their customers.
Thank you Neill's for both towing and working on my recently purchased work van! Everyone was very helpful and professional. When I picked my van up, I had just left the Secretary of State and Ryan one of the mechanics even helped me put my new plate on so I could drive it home! Highly recommend.
I was in my first ever accident yesterday morning on the way to work. It was scary and stressful but I had an amazing experience here with being towed and getting things repaired!! :)
Neill's Towing is by far the best towing company in town! They have towed my vehicle MULTIPLE times and I have been so pleased with them. They where extremely polite and courteous to me every time. I even had family members get their vehicles towed by them and they have been extremely happy too! My car broke down and I needed to get to work - they where quick and cheap. I definetly recommend Neill's to anyone that needs a tow!
Professional and straight to the point. Towing is a thankless business, but these guys offer excellent automotive services as well. Don't hesitate to call!
I’m unsure how some of these poorer ratings concern this business. There’s a hookup fee and mileage fee for every tow. Your personal funds aren’t their business, and I’m sure these guys have seen it all.
I was in an accident and almost didn’t want to call this company for the reviews. But I’m glad I did! The gentleman was funny, good to work with, and I knew where I wanted him to take my car so there wasn’t another fee, which is customary in this business, by the way. After being so shaken up, he made this experience a less unpleasant one. This is my story and I’m sticking to it!
PS Took about 15-20 min to get to me TOPS! Considering where I was at, I’d say he definitely had the engine ready, waiting for a call! Very little wait!
Bad bad place! $210 to tow it less than 15 miles to the shop, I had an accident at night he took the car back to his place picked up right in the morning and had to pay a housing fee. $150 for tow $35 for labor and $25 for storage. Oh and my wife asked them a question and he made noises as though she mumbled when she asked him, so she had to repeat her self. Just a bad day and no help from them, labor fee thought towing was the job but I have to pay them to tow and to hook it up? Stay clear too many other tow companies to use him.

Very knowledgeable with my diesel trucks, they’re always able to help me out when I need them, and always fair prices. They won’t sell you things you don’t need, and they stand behind their work. Thanks guys!
I had a flat tire, I decided to call them, I hadn't had any problems with them before until then. I'm from a town where everyone is nice to one another, for the most part, if you need a tow, or help fixing a tire, they are friendly, they make jokes, making things less stressful.i had called to inquire about ETA, the gentleman on the phone said he had a guy, "leaving as we speak". This guy took 15 mins to get to me, I was in town and about 4mins away. He was rude, didn't say a word to me, nothing. I gave him my card info, he ran it and apparently, it was declined, I had made an honest mistake in thinking I had the funds to cover it, he threatened to have me arrested, so, I asked if he could bill me, he said it wasn't an option, I couldn't call the bank, as is was after 6 when he finally ran my card, my car was fixed at 10am. I had to scramble to get the funds in my account the next day. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone
I have a professional working relationship with this company. I have seen them time and time again go out of their way to help people who are in need. A few days ago during a morning ice storm this tow service was summoned to remove a vehicle that had slid into a ditch. Due to their expertise they were able to get the vehicle out of the ditch without using their truck. They did not charge the owner a dime for their assistance. This is
just one example of the numerous times I have seen them go above and beyond to help someone. I was involved in the situation that a recent poster gave a negative review about. That poster had some very unrealistic expectations about what could be done for them on a moments notice. This company cares and proves it on a regular basis!!!!!!
Went to help a friend to get some stuff out of her mother’s car after getting in a bad accident and the employee was totally unsympathetic and completely inappropriate, he even said we were trespassing even after the police said it was ok to go get what we needed. He was even yelling at my friend.
I had a flat tire this evening and I used my AAA app for service. Within 30 minutes of my request, Neil's towing showed up. The mechanic was friendly, courteous, and professional. He changed my tire very quickly and I was back on the road. Thank you again and great service.
They're used to be great then were bought by two brothers they drive red white n blue tow truck very rude and nasty horrible service i refuse to allow my aaa to call them ever!
First after I bought the abandoned title was signed in the wrong place and took 3 more days to get that fixed. When I able to get it legal the car stalled and wouldn't start. 3800 down the drain. Have drove less then 12 hrs and won't start. Sent them a msg and called and they won't respond.

My 33 yr old daughter Crystal Carol Ann Ramsey died in a tragic accident that left behind three children, the owners son was rude and nasty to me when i asked to get her personal belongings from the vehicle.. he said nothing leaves his yard until he gets paid and hes writing the bill right now.. 350.00 was his demand.. did i mention the fact she died? and left behind three small children, so i of course argued that he was gonna make money off my babies car anyway. so he said 150.00 like he was cutting me a huge deal and then after i paid stood there and told me its his dads company and business is booming,, anyone that has to deal with this person ill pray for you ,, and Neils Towing you should be so ashamed .. you are going to get more than 100.00 bucks for my baby's car you are a cheat and heartless Family owned business,, ha after I'm done posting this everywhere and believe me i know alot of people you wont be booming with your business..
