When I tell you, I’ve been doing this for a long time I’ve owned multiple Mechanic shops. These guys came out and did something I’ve never seen anybody do.I have a wrecked truck that was stuck on a trailer and these guys pulled it off, I don’t know how the heck they did it but they did it. Let me tell you Phil is amazing.
E&L is great they towed my car after it was totaled and they just picked up my husband car after the breaks lines went out on it. Great service- got the car where I needed it to go and they only took 30 minutes to get to almont where my husbands car was. Thanks so much!!

They were very quick in getting to me from Lapeer and I was in Flint. I only waited maybe 30 minutes. The driver was great, Chad had me laughing by the time we got to my mechanics shop in Deerfield, when I was crying when he got there. Will definitely use this company again
My truck broke down at 2 a.m. on a Saturday night, 15 degrees outside. E & L showed up fast with a smile and concern. Had my truck loaded up safe and quickly, even gave me a ride home. A+ I would highly recommend E&L.
Great service! I was stranded in Lapeer in the middle of the night. E&L’s driver got my car to the repair shop along with me AND my dog. I was worried I was going to have to walk since I had him with me but they got us all to the shop safely.

I was on my way home from getting a prescription for my husband (who had just had knee replacement surgery) when my car started acting up, so I called E & L Service and they had someone come and towed the car to my house. The young man was very helpful and prompt. I will always call this company when I need assistance.

When towing my vehicle, it was handled with a lot of care. He made sure the low hanging branch wouldn’t Damage my vehicle. They also helped an emergency situation with no charge. This is the only place I will ever use for towing
I ran into some bad ground while backing out of a construction site and knew my only chance of not losing it was a wrecker. Within a half hour he had me out and was able to salvage the concrete and finish the job
We broke down in Lapeer on a family vacation. E&L towed our truck, offered us a ride, and had our truck fixed by the next day. They also coordinated an appointment at another shop to get our windshield fixed to get us back on the road. Great, fast service and the nicest people. They even called a couple of days latter to see if everything was still working well.
Fast service. Caring for 97 corvette. Even used extra ramps to protect my air dam. Gave me ride home with car. Clean interior of truck. Very impressed with service!
Sadly my car was damaged when they were loading it up for a tow to my mechanic. Things happen, I understand it was by no means intentional. However, I have now been without a car for a week when the initial repair took less than a day. I had to call them to get any information and even that was limited. I had to ask for a loner but was given one with a check engine light on and several other issues. That was returned the very next morning and there has been no effort made to contact me or get me a safe rental. I tried to be understanding but the lack of follow up and resolution and leaving me without a vehicle for so long is the reason for the low rating. Disappointing because I’ve used them in the past with no issues and left a good review.
Update: after over a week (and after posting my review) someone from the shop did contact me. However there was no resolution, I still have no car. Another one of their shop cars was offered, however I declined that because I was told previously by another person there that that one had a check engine light on which is why I told them no to it in the first place.
Had just purchased a boat and on my return trip home the trailer tire blew out. Called several others who wouldn’t or couldn’t help me and was referred to E & L from another tow provider. They answered the phone right away and dispatched my call. Driver called me and said he could be there in 15-20 minutes and was right on time. Had my tire changed and me back on the road quickly and cost was very reasonable. Thank you E & L for the great service!
These guys legit sent my sisters car out without putting her heat shield up for her muffler then said "accidents happen okay?" Then TO TOP THE ICING they told my sister to take it back in on Monday AGAIN to get it fixed when it was already in there for something they messed up in the first place. Not to mention but my sisters car has also been up there all week. I Personally wouldnt recommend someone like THAT to work on my vehicles.
