Car exhaust system failed and began dragging under my car on I-96 right near the exit where this shop is located. Called them to if they could help with the repair same day. They said yes. Had to get a tow to take me .3 miles up the ramp but once there, the guys in the shop took great care of me. Car fixed and back on the road that afternoon. They were a communicative and pleasant bunch, let me know exactly what needed fixing and how much it would cost, even offering me a slice of pizza as I waited.
Awsome ppl that help others in need when money is low! They treat customers as family not cash cows ! They helped my buddy when he was rock bottom so they always have my respect n buisness with my atvs .. fred @transfast trucking

until they got a whole new crew in there!
Took my car in. Told them what I was hearing well it wasn't fixed. Brought it in again. Still they could not find the problem. After I told them what to look for and asked them to check out the front end they claimed they did and then I took my car to another mechanic. He drove it then he looked at the front end and seen exactly what was wrong with it just by looking at it!
I had just paid them $880 to do control arm bushing and I didn't realize that was way overpriced by about $400 or more and then they screwed me by telling me there was nothing wrong with my car. The new mechanic found all these things wrong and quoted me less than it cost for one control arm bushing!
I told them my car has to be in top mechanical order because my son had a heart transplant and has several appointments in Detroit. I need a trustworthy dependable car and instead they overcharged me by double and blew me off. When I told him there was other things wrong with it.
When they told me if it doesn't act up when they drive it, they can't tell me what's wrong with it. Really. I was raised around cars. I know better than that. I knew if they looked at the front end like I told them to do they would be able to see the problems. Obviously they didn't do it. They just blew me off! Thank God I found an dependable, reliable and trustworthy mechanic to do the work. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
I thought my 4 wheel drive was bad. It happened to be the motor that makes the 4 wheel drive work. They fixed it and my Tahoe runs great!!!! I have no idea about prices because I never called around.

Have always had great experiences with Keusch. Two recent experiences were both excellent. In both cases, some electrical troubleshooting was necessary with my vehicles. The team at Keusch was thorough, transparent with updates and costs, and ultimately fixed issues with both vehicles. Highly recommend and will continue to use.
Really enjoy doing business with Keusch, they always take care of me with out pushing additional items. They always try and get ypu the best deal, and they also are always running deals. Great crew!
The staff was great. We needed a catalytic converter and we would have to go to the dealership to get the part. Staff was understanding when we had to pickup our van t9 have it serviced elsewhere.

Completed an oil change and tire rotation on my wife's vehicle. Did a thorough inspection for brakes, struts.and all fluid levels. Great job again! We recommend you to everyone we know.
I was driving from GR to Detroit to catch a flight. I noticed low tire pressure signal so got off to get air at Speedway. I found out one tire was completely flat. Fortunately Keusch Auto was cross street. Nathan repaired my tire in a lightning speed. Manager didn’t even charge me for their excellent service. They were not only good at what they do. They also were so willing to help. It brought tears to my eyes. I am so thankful for them. Because of their help, I was able to catch my flight.
Scheduled an appointment for oil change on my Ram. Service was very professional. They checked all fluids and found my antifreeze was low and topped it off.
They also checked tires and looked for any possible problems.
When I drove off my truck didn't smell oily or greasy inside.

This shop provides fast repair service. However, after I requested air conditioner repair, the heater stopped working. Also, if you don’t ask for an exact repair estimate in advance, you may be charged for additional costs that were not discussed. In addition, this shop offers free flat tire repair service. Have a blessed day.
Nate explained the repairs very well and kept me updated on the progress and cost. And also explained things I should address in the future to avoid bigger problems later. Much appreciated.
I don't write reviews because most places are a little above average, but Keusch's went above and beyond when it came to my tires and tire pressure sensors!!!!!

We were on our way to Ohio and a battery light came on. Stopped in and they dropped everything to test our alternator and batteries. Alternator was gone. Went into Grand Ledge and found one for my husband to install. They really helped us to not be stranded on the highway somewhere. GREAT SERVICE!!
Keusch was great and their employees were very helpful. I had a specialty tie i needed help with and they were knowledgeable and able to get me going again! They've earned my business moving forward.
I definitely recommend Keusch! After stopping at a big name tire place, I was told my tire was not repairable and I would have to buy new. The next big name tire place told me it was a 3 hour wait before anyone could even look at my tires and I would have to leave my vehicle there to keep my place in line. I called Keusch and had an appointment within an hour. I drove away 30 minutes later with a repaired tired. Excellent customer service!!
Helpful, friendly, awesome! My low oil light came on while 50 miles from home. Stopped at the gas station to grab a quart, but they didn’t have the correct type for my vehicle. Saw this shop across the street so decided to see if they had the correct type. They were so kind and helpful; they got me back on the road within minutes. Thanks, guys, for your willingness to help! You made my day, and I’m grateful for you!
My mom, sister and I were on our way to Holland for a wedding when the tire pressure went really low. They were able to fix it right away. The service was amazing and they are honest and friendly. I would highly recommend.
Kindest, most honest people that are in the business. I got a flat tire on the way to work, almost 2hrs from home. I pulled into the first place I saw & Jonathon Smith helped me install the temporary tire & searched for the permanent one for me. He directed where to go to get it & even advised me on cost & how to pay for the expensive, unexpected problem I encountered at 7am in the morning. He was my hero. Highly recommend Keusch Auto.
In all my years of driving I have never received such quality service as I did from Keusch Auto-Eagle. We pulled into the facility needing a tire repaired, and within less than 5 minutes a mechanic was working on the vehicle replaced the tire, set the lugs with a torque wrench and we were off and back on the road within 15 minutes. They didn't even want to charge for their work. This group is honest and does great work and they really care about their customers!
Absolutely incredible service! I am not from the area and was passing through. Had a mishap on the road due to some safety vehicles and ended up going over a big wooden log. pulled off the freeway and Keusch Auto was right there. without hesitation they took my car in and jacked it up. They checked the underbody thoroughly, made the fix, and got me back on the road very quickly. So incredibly thankful for their professionalism and thoroughness. If I was from that area I would definitely trust them with all my car issues.
We stopped here unexpectedly while on a business trip, hoping to tighten our lug nuts because they felt loose. Jonathon Smith was so accommodating and he sent a tech out right away to help us. And, They WERE loose!! We are so glad we stopped and so thankful that they were so willing to step up and help us. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. We appreciate you all!
