We blew a tire on our camper on the 4th of July in a very busy section of 131. First place we called wouldn't deal with trailers. Bud's came out and had us back on the road for a very reasonable cost in under 30 minutes from when we called them! Excellent service.

Wow. Just had a large wrecker cut my truck and trailer off on 54th St. Almost caused a crash. Had to of been going at least 45mph in a 35 zone. Blinkers must be optional on these trucks. Weaving in and out of his lane. You would think that with these guys having a CDL, they would drive better. TRUCK NUMBER 688. WOULDNT CALL THESE GUYS IF IT WAS THE LAST TOW COMPANY AROUND. And I can see this isn't the 1st bad driving complaint on here. Get your business together. If I could give negative stars I would.

Roger was dispatched to do a lift for our company recently. My first impression of him and by extent Buds, was this guy is a real professional. There were several of us involved in the lift, so Roger took the time to collaborate with everyone on site as to what was going to happen. Extremely safety conscientious. Roger, and by extention Buds was a real pleasure to work with. Would definitely recommend and look forward to working again with in the future.

Driving a big truck down Baldwin street in Jenison/Hudsonville FLYING past cars in a SCHOOL zone. Unsafe and extremely unnecessary. Truck number 518. The safety of our children especially in a BLINKING yellow school zone, for 40 MPH blew past us at 50+. Advocating for our children!

Incredibly impressed. I was in a major traffic backup caused by a closure on US-131. A semi that was part of the backed up traffic broke down and required a tow. The driver from Bud's split the lane on a 2 lane country road with back to back traffic on both sides. Next thing I knew, the driver had the disabled truck hooked and pulled off to a side street. Kudos to the driver for prompt service!

Very impressed with Buds Towing. My Kenworth Semi wouldn't start and they arrived 30 min after I called. Towed my truck to the Kenworth dealership and I was very happy with the cost. The driver was friendly and knew his stuff.

Today I was merging on to the highway at 28th St. One of your tow trucks was in front of me, I watched him cross 2 solid lines cutting cars off in the right lane. I thought it was weird because had he merged when he was suppose to, he would have made it ahead of the cars instead of cutting people off (it was rush hour) Then I go to merge on the highway and the tow truck then cuts me off! I had to slam on my brakes with a line of cars behind me! The driver and this company are very lucky no one was hurt today! * I started reading some other reviews and it didnt take me long to find a similar story. Next time I see one of your trucks driving like that, it won't be a bad review, it will be a call to law enforcement.

Overcharged!!!!!! for 20 miles they charged 850$ just because we were brokedown on the side of the road and police called them straight away. Truck was towed 20 miles away to a shop . Truck was with trailer empty . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL OVERCHARGE. !!!!!!!

Rude and sneaky little cockroaches! Towed our trailer, was given one price in the morning so I sent my driver to grab the trailer. When he got there, it turned out to be more expensive. Don't use them!

Used them to unload a 40' shipping Container distance from the company to my house 28 miles, lifting container and place it on the floor they charged 450$. To lift the same container from the floor to a truck they charged 750$. Now rate for yourself I say only NEVER EVER BUD'S WRECKER SERVICE.
