This establishment has been around since Wyoming, MI has been a city, Tracy the owner rebuilt an obsolete motorcycle starter for me, pretty much from a box of obsolete parts they've been collecting over the years. If you want your rebuild done with true precision and quality, bring it to Tracy, pricing is excellent, he will rebuild your part and with better quality parts far less than the big box stores, the warranties in place are great, but you will not have a need to use that my friend. The company takes pride and injects passion into their work.

Awesome needed a starter for riding lawnmower couldn’t find anything in town for less than 150$ brought my starter to Tracey. And he put new parts on the old one . One day later fixed 35$ out the door. Been there forever and hope he continues masterful job.
Tracy talked to me over the phone to help with my vehicle. It was something they didn’t do at the shop but he gave his time to listen and give me a direction.

Tracy has saved me lots of money over the years, and when you have a very him rebuild you original equipment it will be with good internal parts unlike all the garbage you get from all the parts stores now a days. and its cheaper than the parts stores, I'd recommend him t o anyone.

This is one of grand rapids hidden gems when it comes to automotive, istead of blowing hundreds of dollars in new part (starters alternators) you can have them rebuilt better then the reman stuff at the big box stores , Tracy the owner is a very knowledgeable Guy and very friendly and helpful
I was looking for an original replacement alternator for my classic Mustang. They happened to have the exact rebuilt Motorcraft alternator in stock. They can also rebuild your existing alternator for much less than a cheap reman and turn it around in a very short time.
The service was great and prices are extremely reasonable.
Very pleased with the work, he worked fast and got my alternator working the way it should have been. I'll return here anytime I need a rebuild. Oh, and he has two cool cats as well.
Love these guys, my dad went there for as long as I can remember. Now I go there for my alternator or starter needs. My son is the next generation customer. Shop doesn't look like much but I dont go there for a vacation, I go there because they know what they're doing

Been going here for over 20 years for starters and alternators. I won't buy the chinese stuff from the local chains. It is a small shop and nothing fancy, but worth going out of the way for.
