Worst service ever! Damaged my vehicle tried to contact haven’t heard back! Never mentioned anything about damaged and avoids customers. Never would recommend this company.
Tow driver immediately took off after towing, without asking for payment, then I woke up at 7am the next morning to a voicemail threatening that my car would be impounded because I hadn’t paid. After calling back and getting payment figured out, they charged my card three times for the purchase, leading me to have to get on another phone call with my bank to fix that issue. Not the brightest group of guys over there.
Thursday in really bad weather I was in the far left turning lane on 3 Mile getting ready to turn on Fruitridge. Their red wrecker was in the right left turning lane like he wanted to get on the highway. While I was next to him with no blinker in he nearly side swipes me making me have to swerve into oncoming traffic Luckily no one was coming. I called and complained avoyt the issue and was told they would speak to the driver but that this is not the first complaint like it.
I was in a ditch 4 hours these guys had no idea and still came and helped me get out im so appreciated and lost for work bit thank yall gentlemen that helped me such sweet amazing people definitely will be my number 1 tow truck
One of your drivers is reckless driver , speeds 85+ on the highway, flashes his lights as if in emergency and honks horn only to end up turning off lights and go to right lane at a later time. I wouldn't trust this disaster to tow a vase for me let alone my vehicle. Reporting driver to MDOT as well for reckless driving.
Really want to thank Rodney, really nice person. My car is lowered and he took the time to get it up without damaging it, and he even helped check on my total which was way higher than it needed to be. Overall really good experience with this towing company!
I would give stars but why when they threw something at my sisters car very very unprofessional why even work if your having a bad day you should learn how to cope with how people drive that’s your job right horrible do not recommend
HORRIBLE COMPANY especially Jeremy….car broke down at noon and he didn’t show up until 4:15pm….then told me I couldn’t drive with him and my car to the mechanic…told me I’m not a “taxi service” very rudely….told me he had to pick up another car and so that’s why he couldn’t let me ride with him…then I call my mechanic 20 mins later and my mechanic said he just pulled up with only my car…bold face lied to me.
The worst experience ever! They towed my car from CVS pharmacy to Belle Tire and caused damage to my vehicle. When I told the manager that it was on video he denied ever picking up my vehicle.
Needed a tow at around 645am about a week ago. Tow truck was to my location within 25 minutes. Driver was quick and friendly. A smooth process on an otherwise not great morning! Many thanks to All Nations Towing
These guys are fast and reliable! Arrived earlier than projected and were able to unlock the vehicle in less than a minute! We had two other towing services try, but they weren’t able to unlock it. Thank you so much for helping us, and we will recommend your company to our friends and family!
My wife was on a trip and locked her keys in her car. They were very pleasant to talk to over the phone and very fast on arrival. The professionalism of this company is amazing.thank you for showing us towing companies that care still exists.
Anthony was very helpful and willing to provide me with the best costs than other towing companies. I had to use their services twice in the same day and both times the driver was Ryan and he was very friendly and pleasant to work with.

All Nation's did a great job today. My vehicle was in a very tough spot so it was a pain to get hooked up. The driver was polite and friendly. Good experience.
Zack was able to fix my hood latch and assist me so that I did not need to take my car to an auto body shop! Super super thankful that we could skip the tow and that my car was a quick, easy fix! Zack knows what he does and does it with such a good spirit! Super grateful

Had to have a car towed to repair shop. The first tow driver was concerned that his type of truck would damage the car, because it was low to the ground. He called back to the office to have them dispatch a flatbed. The flatbed was there in 10 minutes. Appreciated their knowledge and concern for the potential damage to the car. Both drivers were courteous, helpful, polite, and did fantastic jobs looking out for the car. I believe their names were Jose and Ryan? I hope I got that right. Much appreciated!
My car wouldn't start so I needed to call tow truck my dad recommended All Nations Towing. I called and talked to Anthony the owner and he said he could send someone out in about an hour which was perfect and his prices are pretty reasonable. Frank the tow truck driver called and said he would arrive at 7pm and he arrived at exactly 7pm. He was very professional and nice which what I needed after the day I had. I definitely will be recommending them to my family and friends in the future.
My husband was in an accident and used this company to get his car towed to the dealership. What should have been 90 minutes turned into 4.5 hours of just waiting with repeated calls and later and later ETAs. The last guy we talked to even lost his temper on my frustrated husband telling us all about his 16 hour work day. Terrible customer service. Seriously just call someone else if you need a tow. Maybe just push it down the road yourself because it will get there faster. Unbelievable.
I had a small accident on 5/2/21 and needed a tow, called All Nations Towing and was pleased with the customer service. I received phones calls just to let me know who things where going and when the car left to go to the body shop. Would highly recommend this company to everyone

Had to have my late husbands corvette towed to the dealership because would not start. He passed away January 24 2021 . Went above and beyond , very caring people work here. Will tell anyone who needs assistance to contact this company they are great
All Nations Towing and Anthony are the BEST!!! He made a very horrible situation for me much better. I don't think I could have navigated it successfully without his help (and he didn't even know me!). He saw an opportunity to help a stranger and when most people would have turned away, he went wayyyy out of his way to help. I am still amazed by his kindness and generosity to a person he never even met before.
I was recently in a bad car accident and my car was towed to Grand Valley Towing. I had a concussion when I was brought there and didn't even know the name of the place that had it when I finally started to recover. It came time to junk my car and I was contacted by Anthony from All-Nations through the junk company. He could not have been more AMAZING and KIND to me! Turns out that Grand Valley Towing had reported my car as abandoned and tried to charge me $1475 to get it out. After coming to terms with them, I had a small window of time to get there or they wouldn't honor the new agreement. Due to work, I couldn't do it but Anthony took it upon himself to pick up my car anyway so Grand Valley Towing would honor the deal. He ALSO COVERED the $500 in cash himself!!!! and said I could just pay him back the next day when I brought the title. IF that isn't ABOVE AND BEYOND, I don't know what is....
When I was informed of the $1475 to get it out, I was devastated and when I called All-Nations back to explain the situation, I couldn't stop myself from crying. Anthony calmly listened to a stranger cry and then did what he could to help make my situation doable. If there were more people in the world like Anthony, we would live in a much happier place.
Since this happened a few days ago, I have recommended All Nations to every person I have told the story too and will continue to do so. All Nations Towing is a reminder of a different world, a world from the past, where people helped people not because there was something in it for them, but simply because it was the right thing to do.
Best towing company around they really care and don't try and screw you over. They came all the way out in the middle of the night and helped pull me out of the ditch and I had my kids with me and really didn't have much money we'll come to find out it was the owner Anthony and he only charge me a $100 bucks even for everything. God is good.
Anthony at All Nations Towing went above and beyond to help me transport my recovered stolen vehicle that was impounded in Grand Rapids and transported it to a dealership over 2hr away. He helped me out by going the extra mile going to the police department to pay the impound fee. The police didn't make it easy BTW. This was extremely helpful because I'm over 2hrs away from Grand Rapids and no way of getting there without a vehicle. Anthony gave me a great price for the distance and trouble it took to get it out of impound. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs service towing a vehicle.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My car was dead and I needed to get it into the dealer for repair. They set up time to come to my home very early the next morning to ensure I get it to the shop on time. So professional and courteous, I’ll definitely use them again if I need to!
