Not super happy I got a call after my car was picked up and driven off they told me I would need to pay another $50 because they had to use ramps. I told them ahead of time what kind of car I had it was stock and I helped the driver load the car. The driver was friendly and professional but the upcharge after the fact is ridiculous in my opinion. There was hardly any additional hassle to warrant an upcharge of 40%..
Brett did a great job over the phone making sure I was his main priority and that everything was done absolutely right, and Isaac was on time and did a tremendous job. Thank you Sparta for making my life a lot easier in a stressful situation!
Our work truck had a blown out tire and the whole team responded promptly sending someone out. Our tow truck driver was Isaac, he came out and handled everything beautifully and efficiently. He was kind, professional, down to earth, and easy to talk to. Obviously, i hope we dont break down again, but if we do i will definitely be calling back and requesting him again. Whatever you are paying him, it isnt enough. He deserves a raise after the service i received.
Quick service by a very pleasant and helpful young man named Jarrod cane to my rescue when I locked my keys in the trunk. He unlocked the cabin but we couldn't figure out why the dashboard button wouldn't open the trunk. A call to the office solved that quickly and I was on my way.
I was very happy with Sparta Towing. She told me on the phone he would be there to pick up my sons car in about an hour. He showed up 15 minutes later. Great service.
Rick was very polite and was easy to work with. A recommendation for a business practice improvement would be for them to call the customer if they are not going to be on time.

Nothing worse than being stuck on the side of the road with a blown out tire. Unless, of course, it’s pouring rain. That was my situation when I called for help. The driver, Rick, showed up crazy fast and got right to work. Despite the downpour, he was super friendly and got me on my way in great time. I am grateful for the prompt and friendly service.
I have to say Rick was the sweetest, nicest driver ever, he made sure I got to the truck safe and was comfortable. Overall experience was wonderful and very fast. Highly recommend this company.
What a horribly frustrating experience. Starting at a call for service at 5pm and being told a driver was being dispatched, to my second call to dispatch 2.5 hours later and being told there was an accident and as soon as the driver cleared that scene He would be onsite for my vehicle. Well when I next called dispatch 13.5 hours after the initial call to see why my vehicle still wasn’t being towed I was again told a driver was on his way! Well that driver must have gotten lost because after making a trip to the offices and sharing my very bad attitude a driver finally showed up 16 hours after the initial call.
I don’t think that this company will be used again by myself nor my company.
Jeremiah was great and after the conversation I had with him being only a month out of training. I was pretty shocked he was confident, reassuring, and quick. Jerry's has done well with that young man. And if he is a reflection of what yall have to offer. I will definitely keep you guys in mind.

They charge a lot! 65$ storage fee per day wether it’s there all day or not, if it’s there for any amount of time that day or anytime past midnight then they automatically charge for an entire calendar day, my husbands vehicle was there from Friday evening until Monday afternoon and they charged us 260 dollars in storage fees alone! We ended up paying 934.80 for towing, recovery and storage fees. They even said they “discounted” us from 1,100 ish dollars to 934.80. We couldn’t get ahold of them on the weekend either so we were basically forced to pay 130 just because it was the weekend and no one was there to answer the phone. It’s just very frustrating because 934$ is a lot to pay for towing on an accident that wasn’t even your fault and the idiot that backed into the intersection got to drive home Scot-free ofc
Going in the ditch is something you never want to do, but man, the towing company sure made things better. I waited 1/2 hour on a day when others were waiting hours. The driver was so polite. I was worried about the underbody of my car- he hand shoveled down some of the snow. My battery died- he was prepared and showed me the loose terminal that caused it. I had to steer out of the ditch and he didn’t even come close to yelling at me, so in my book- I’d tell everyone I know to call this company.
Scheduling the tow to the repair shop was quick and simple. They were really busy and unsure if they would be able to get the car towed the same day. Which is fine. I didn't need my vehicle to the repair shop until 7a Monday. The vehicle was picked up while I was out for the evening. I left the key in the ignition. My only wish is if they could have communicated with me that they were on their way, at the very least. Getting home expecting to see my vehicle in the driveway, and it's not, is very disconcerting.
Called Sparta towing and requested to have my truck picked up as it decided not to work today. Without issue Sparta towing setup a pickup window and gave me a price on the spot. As always they get the job done and make a frustrating situation a whole lot easier.
Awesome experience! she was my hero for the day was fast and kind and made sure I was very aware of everything and was patient with all my questions and felt very confident my car was in the right hands. Excellent service. Brent is an awesome person. If you're going to need road service. You should use people who are not only professional at their job, but folks who are professional people also. Arrived in 30 minutes with a clean and great looking tow truck. The driver was friendly and had our vehicle loaded in 7 minutes. Then he was on his way. Very pleased with their service!
Holly was great & very down to earth, easy to talk with. She did a great job on hookup & unloading. I have a modified Couger w hydraulics so it's my show baby & dont trust many w it but she made sure to load it slow & make sure nothing rubbed.
