Had a flat tire couldn't change it for various reasons! Driver who came out (Brandon) was very quick and friendly. Got me back up in running in no time! He did an A++ job and of if I ever need towing related services I will be calling these guys #TopTier
It’s never a good day when your car won’t start, but Brandon and grand valley towing made the disruption a bit less bitter. They were prompt, thorough, careful with my vehicle and got it to the service center quickly. Definitely recommend.
The initial intake call was quick. The truck texted his name and when he was on his way. Total time from phone call to truck arrival was 13 minutes. I appreciate the speed and efficiency of this service during an already stressful time.
Justin got to my location within 15/20 minutes of me making the initial call, upon arrival he got my car door open SO quickly, I was expecting the cost to be more than it was, very happy with the service.
The technician was very quick, and very helpful! I put off the call to get my car towed, but am glad that I picked Grand Valley to help with my totaled vehicle!

Sadly I hit a deer with my not quite three week old car. I called the police and Grand Valley towing right away. Grand Valley got there first. The driver was courteous, sympathetic, and waited for the State Boy police to show up. Since I was stuck on M-21 between Lowell and Ada he gave me a ride to a spot in GR so I could get a quicker ride to home. This is a great towing service and I will always use them (but hopefully no need to)
Googled towing service and Grand Valley came up. Called very polite on the phone and they were there within the hour. Will use them again if I ever need!
Highly recommend Grand Valley Towing. My Jeep popped a ball joint loose rendering it undriveable but Jeff and Nathan got it away from the rail crossing and carefully lifted all four wheels off the ground for transport. Very happy with their level of service - they handled my “baby” with great care even though it’s an older vehicle at this point.

Grand Valley Towing goes above and beyond! Long story "some-what short". Brent was our service provider today.
He hauled my F150 plus my equiment trailer. From the moment I placed the call, I didn't even wait one hour. And Brent showed up ready go. Knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, honest . . .Now the hardest part wasn't loading my truck and trailer. Oh no, no, no... it was the trip we all where about to indore. But Brent only 20 years old. Drove better than most the CDL drivers I know. Brent had to go through tight areas along 96. Through construction sites, some areas had minimum visibility. Construction was kicking up dust, in and out of traffic. All while Brent drove like hes done this fir 50 plus years. Some areas along 131 he made look like its a pice of cake. The biggest part was he got my daughter, wife and I back home safe. He wasn't disrespectful, he didn't play loud or any music so he could be intuned with his surroundings. The kid did so well I really hope this company gives him the respect he deserves. Becase as a business owner, you cant find people that enjoy their jobs let alone work this hard and give respect, like Brent gave us today. With all my appreciation kiddo thank you very much. If anything changes in your future Brent Id hire ya in a heart beat. Thanks to all of you at Grand Valley Towing. Very impressed with your services on A+ Company!

Nate was so friendly, and incredibly swift with his service! I can’t remember who we spoke with in the phone but they were also great to work with. If you’re in need of service in the Grand Rapids, Holland or Standale area, they’re a no brainer choice!
My car just died on my way to work. Call them up and their driver Jeff was to me in less than 30 minutes. Very polite and quick service. Will be using them again.
Our experience could not have been better. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful and the driver, Eric, was wonderful. He pulled our car up a steep embankment in a snowstorm with great skill and care, and he was so kind during the entire process.
