Driver did a great job and was very professional. Dispatch however, failed twice. First by Scheduling it wrong, Sending a driver over the night before the actual time That was scheduled.Then on the day of the tow dispatch told me The driver would be there in 15 minutes, And he didn’t show up for 45. Not the driver‘s fault dispatch just threw a number out there without checking with the driver.
Our Suburban had to be towed tonight, and our driver Holly was an absolute gem. She was friendly, highly skilled, and turned a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. I’d give Holly 10 out of 5 stars if I could!

The driver was very efficient and effective. You could tell he cared about the safety of clients and himself. They got there in a hour or less on a busy day for them. Everything from calling to them towing the car was very straightforward and clear. Being on the side of the road is stressful situation and scary but they made everything easier and less stressful.

Terrible. My daughter's car lost a wheel on 28th and Kalamazoo. She didn't know she let her insurance lapse. These guys charged her 548 dollars to tow it from 28th and Kalamzoo up to Breton street maybe a mile. Talk about gouging people. In 2000 I had a pickup truck towed from the same intersection all the way to middleville. 20 miles. It was 70 bucks. Average cost of a tow in most places is 125. Don't go to these guys.
Quick, super friendly service. (I know that can change with weather.) Seth was very efficient he knew exactly what to do. I was on my way in no time. $88.00 for a winch-out seems very reasonable to me. But prices were not discussed before hand. (Not that I really had a choice)
Amazing service from start to finish! Jeff, the tow truck driver, was very kind, professional, and punctual. The dispatcher was equally helpful and responded quickly when we called for urgent assistance. We were stuck inside an oil change bay and needed immediate towing, and they promptly connected us with the nearest driver who helped us move out safely. Truly outstanding service — definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

Exceptional service. Our work trailer busted an axle & Grand Valley Towing was there within 30min. They had us loaded up & on our way! The driver was super knowledgeable & made a crap situation actually tolerable. From start to finish the service was flawless - did I mention the price was actually affordable? Highly recommend.

It’s never a good day when your car won’t start, but Brandon and grand valley towing made the disruption a bit less bitter. They were prompt, thorough, careful with my vehicle and got it to the service center quickly. Definitely recommend.
The initial intake call was quick. The truck texted his name and when he was on his way. Total time from phone call to truck arrival was 13 minutes. I appreciate the speed and efficiency of this service during an already stressful time.
Justin got to my location within 15/20 minutes of me making the initial call, upon arrival he got my car door open SO quickly, I was expecting the cost to be more than it was, very happy with the service.

Highly recommend Grand Valley Towing. My Jeep popped a ball joint loose rendering it undriveable but Jeff and Nathan got it away from the rail crossing and carefully lifted all four wheels off the ground for transport. Very happy with their level of service - they handled my “baby” with great care even though it’s an older vehicle at this point.
