Luis put a used transmission on my car. When I went to pick the car up, there was a dent in it. Luis was rude, threw a fit and accused me of not wanting to pay my bill. But what was worse, unknown to me, my car frame was severely rusted . He had to take it apart to replace the transmission. Within a month, the bottom of the car rusted through and was not drivable. Me he should never have agreed to replace the transmission. It was totally unethical. I would never trust this man.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. The address they have on file is not the right address, then the address they texted me it says address does not exist. I bought a transmission there and right off the bat it was a bad transmission. This place is shady AVOID IT!
They us information on the part we needed on what to make sure it had and what the numbers to look for. They didn't carry the part and couldn't get it. We thought that was very nice an unexpected of them!
Call them about Front Bumper Cover for 2013 Porsche Cayenne. Representative was VERY RUDE!!! He told me that they do not ship to Detroit because they got scammed many times and he hang up on me.!!!

I would leave 10 stars if I could. They provided the part I needed at a great price with awesome customer service. After a small mix up with tracking the part down, they offered to help me out with an installation. More than making up for the small human error that occurred. Thank you so much GRAP!
I called for brakes parts, they had the parts and cheap. That first phone call I was not told the part had to be pulled from the vehicle only that they had all the parts. So the next day I go in to purchase the part only to be told it had to be pulled and it couldn’t be done til Monday this was Saturday so I called on Monday to let him know I was coming in to purchase he took my number and advised he would call when ready this was 10am after getting the kids off to school. All day goes by and no call so around 2pm I called and the same guy advised he had a couple people in front of me and he would call. So around 4:30 I had my husband call thinking maybe he would here a man and have a lil more information. I listened on speaker while this man lied to my husband and told him he let me know it would probably not be til the next day because I called too late in the morning and he has several orders in front of me this was never said to me he told me a couple, now I failed to mention he knew Saturday I wanted the parts I was just calling to really confirm. It is now Wednesday and I have not heard a word from them I lost the mechanic that was waiting and I haven’t even been given the courtesy of a phone call.
Not open during regular business hours sat here for 2 and a half hours and waisted 30 dollars in gas to pick up a part I had called about and was supposed to be waiting for me. I was not the only one sitting waiting either. Called but no answer and no voicemail option. Will not be coming back.
NEVER BUY A PART FROM THESE CROOKS , LEWIS CLAIMS TO BE THE OWNER , BOUGHT A REMAN ENGINE FROM THEM WITH A WARRANTY 7 MONTHS AGO , ENGINE WAS A LEMON , THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE , THEY ADVERTISE WARRANTY BUT WILL NOT HONOR IT .
I ordered something from them.. a few days later i called them for a tracking number he put me on hold and then took the phone off the hook for the rest of the day.. very professional.. not

The worst thing he did a refund and I’m still waiting for my money more then a week,called the bank today because this business sounds like scam.
Great service. Saved me hundreds of dollars on a used transmission. The service was quick too. They also got me a brand new OEM part for another car 40% cheaper than the dealer.
Stewart was extremely friendly and professional with helping me get the part I needed for my truck. He also recommend a couple of locations where I could get it installed.
I live in Muskegon and needed to find a used power window regulator and motor for a 1999 Honda CRV. I spoke with Sid, a phone sales person at GR Auto Parts and he suggested that they could get a new, aftermarket assembly for the same price as a used one. I ordered the part and Sid called early the next morning and the part was there. He had a truck coming to Muskegon and offered to drop it off at the repair shop doing the work. His initiative saved me a two hour drive AND the car was repaired within an hour after their delivery! The window works great, I saved $350 from the price of a new Honda assembly and I'm extremely pleased. Sid was fantastic. 5 stars for Grand Rapids Auto Parts!
This place i rate it 10 of 10, i bought engine from them on Friday after noon, and they delivered to the shop for free, in the same day and my mechanical intalled instantly because my mechanical called me in the next day to tell me the car was already ready , and now the car runs and drive perfect, just i want to say thank for all the guys work there special for Luis because i speak spanish and i talked to him he is very helpful, i would love to buy an other part with them if they have, and great price with them, its very recommended
They ordered me a new aftermarket headlamp assembly for cheaper than I could get a used one at Weller. They had it shipped and ready to pick up the same day! Very impressed.
i purchased a trans and the tranny was bad and they didnt want to exchange the tranny or give me a refund i would rather go buy it at a dealership i got ripped off $2,000
