Super fast response time! Called of a lock out and with in 15 minutes. I was back inside my vehicle. Kyle was professional and had a smile on his face. Nice to see someone who enjoys there job. Thank you again for the help

Dan was amazing. I had slid off the highway on my way to work and was waiting for a tow truck to arrive. Dan happened to be in the area and offered to do the job so that I wouldn't have to wait forever.

Our UBER ran out of gas on 131 on a Friday night. They answered the phone right away, were professional, and they were there quicker than what they said! Bonus!....Kyle the tow truck driver was great! Filled up our gas, followed us to the gas station and was super friendly and knowledgeable! Nice equipment as well! These guys should be your first call!
Some of their drivers are super chaotic and dangerous. I am countered one on the road today near Breton in twenty eighth street. He cut me off Twice nearly hitting me the second time. Then he flipped me off.
I drive a motor coach and came off the highway with a soft tire. They filled it up and capped the valve stem and didn’t charge me! Drove the next 250 miles worry free!
These guys were absolutely great! Needing a tow truck is never a good thing but they were very fast, communicated great, and very professional! They went above and beyond! I'd highly recommend using them if you find yourself in need of a tow
This place is great! We were stuck on the side of the road with our pontoon boat - flat tire on our trailer. So many places said they couldn’t help us, but we called Premier they were so kind and helpful. Got us back on the road. So grateful!

Watch these people they go against state law and, charge you outrageous amounts, of money if your car is impounded. Supposed to be able, to get property out of vehicle free the first time and no more then 25 after that. They are, charging 150 just to get stuff out. Then the 3rd day in impound, was$750 it's outrageous.
They were great! I used them for a haul of about 75 miles. They were very fair on the price. The owner was very nice to talk to on the phone, arranged everything with no worries.
We used the company when our family had an accident. The place was very kind and helpful. The lady went above and beyond staying late because she knew we were coming.
I needed a vehicle picked up and delivered that was not mobile. Jim was the man who was sent out. I was surprised how promptly he showed up! He conducted what I asked for in a professional manor. His skills with the equipment were as good as I have seen. Jim also mentioned how happy he was working with this company. Calling Premier made my day and I will call the next time for sure !
Every thing about my experience with them was amazing! They were quick, professional, and courteous. After reading the 1 star reviews posted here, I can't even begin to understand their reasons for what they said. Premier Towing and Recovery should be a benchmark for conduct across the entire towing industry.
(Look at every negative review on here they claim they dont recall or never towed them) After being towed by these guys I had vehicle damage from the tow. Then the next morning I go to get my phone out of the car. The guy says he cant find it. Even though he was told right where it was and all of a sudden it's gone out of thin air. My phone had pictures of my Dad and me on our trip before he passed away. Update his reply is BS. I paid for my vehicle to be released.the property was in the vehicle. How bout you return my property before I file a complaint with the AG along with contacting every other person that has been ripped off by you and get them to file a complaint too. Your company will be on the list of companies not to use.
We had the BEST experience with this company in one of the worst situations I've ever been in on the road. I wish I remembered her name, she is a co-owner of the company and she was THE BEST. Two of my kids and I were ditched yesterday in a TERRIBLE spot on 131. She hurried and did everything she could to keep us safe in the face of really real danger. As a bonus, it was phenomenal to see a woman in a heavily male dominated career who worked her tail off just for us. We are forever grateful!
Unfortunately the worst towing service I’ve ever ran into. They are complete shysters. We were told that the motor was blown in our vehicle so it wouldn’t be worth paying the towing fee to get it back. Come to find out the motor in fine! When we came to check it out they were going through our stuff. I can’t imagine how many people they have ripped off!! Very sad.
I was asked to remove my review but instead I will be more specific. On July 5, 2018 premier came to my house to take a car that supposedly stolen from kzoo. I had car over a month. Had title, insurance, and a surety bond in our name yet they took car. The very next day the kzoo Det Ryan Johnson told premier to release it to old man that claimed it was stolen. Was released to old man on July 6, 2018. old man who had an Ohio title in his sons name and not his. Now we are in January 2019 and no car, no money, no compensation by any parties involved other than I'm sorry. And no the car was never stolen the old man lied cause he didn't like the work his contractor did to his bathroom so he renigged on the deal. But since detective told us to sign our title to old man before investigation was even really started other then them taking our Cadillac now we are left holding the bag. And the old man used the police and everyone else involved and he gets away with it cause he old.
My car was totaled in a horrific accident and was brought to Premier. Once I could get up and around, I went to my car to try to retrieve some of my stuff. My car was filled with car parts and dirt because they had to scoop them all off the side of the road. Being that I am injured, Beth, one of the gals who works there, helped me dig through everything to find my belongings inside the car, she even shoveled a dirt pile off of my floor herself in an attempt to find my keys. She was so sweet and helpful and I truly appreciated her going the extra mile to really help me out. I felt like she really cared.
A friend of mine was in an accident a wanted his car towed to my collision shop. it was Saturday so they told him it would go to their holding place till Monday. Well Monday came and it was not here. I called premier and asked why they said the frame was bent so they were going to keep the car their and I asked to have it towed to my shop and the person on the other end said the car was totaled why tow it. I informed him that the owner of the car wants it here and he said don't talk to him that way or he would hang up on me. I tried being nice but he would have nothing to do with it so I told him would have the owner call and tell him again were the vehicle was to be towed to and he will be sending another tow company to get it. Long story short the owner Tony is not a nice person so I'll just let it go at that
Very kind professional owner. My son wrecked his car and was taken by ambulance. The owner went the extra mile and picked up items that had fallen out of the car and put them back in before he towed it. I was amazed to find everything there when I went to pick it up. Great place!
I live southwest of GR and have a child attending Ferris State. He was driving back to campus through the tail end of the snowstorm this evening and went off the highwar between CS and Pierson exits. Premier arrived quickly and have him out of trouble quickly and safely. They are wonderful to work with and were truly a blessing during a stressful evening.
I would recommend this company to all my friends fast friendly service..what more can one ask for..and they even have a gated lot to keep your car safe!!!
