If you dont call here first you are wasting your time. Needed a console for a tahoe police suv. I could find them online but for an outrageous price. when my 2012 nissan armadas blew its transmission i was freaking out had no idea what i was doing/looking to buy premier auto made it easy, offered to deliver my part from cedar springs to lansing and walked me through everything. jim boese emailed me back basically immediatly and answered every question i had, warrenty, core fee things like that. really good place!

I had an amazing first experience with Premier, and intend to return to them any time I am in need of quality used parts. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine who said they also offer great warranty options (at an additional fee) for many major items.
I called and spoke with Adam, who was incredibly helpful and ordered me a low mileage differential/carrier assembly from another one of their locations. Adam also answered all of my questions about mileage on the unit, pricing, the additional/extended warranty options, and even working out a later pickup date since they had received the unit earlier in the week than I was able to come pick it up.
The team at Premier was incredibly helpful and friendly, and quick to reply in all of my communications with them. If you are in need of used parts for your vehicle, I highly recommend giving Premier a call!

Brad charges my shop $180 for something I could have e gotten anywhere else for $50. Also did 3 returns only gor my refund for 2. They ate literally stealing money from their customers. Stay far away. Contact m45 or mutual if you want good parts at a FAIR price. And if you want your warranty honored.
I had Ionia transmission replace my transfer case. It came from Premier with 85,000 miles. Cost a little over $1000 for just the transfer case. But came with 3 years warranty. Can’t get that at a auto parts store. I’d definitely by from these folks. As it’s been working great.
It's a fair drive for me, but these people get parts off of vehicles in 2-3 hours!! That is AMAZING! Pleasant, competent, quick and load it up for you! I am 2+ hours away but they will still be my first call from now on when I need parts. Only 7 minutes to their front door off of 131 soooooo easy! Thanks, Premier!!
Highly recommend Premier. I purchased a car from them in 2019 and its been great. We have also purchased used tires and wheels from them on numerous occasions and everything's been quality.
So I called to ask if they carry used tires and the gentleman I spoke to told me they have a rack that customers can come look through... I explained that I currently have a flat tire and have no way to come in just to see if they have the sized tire I need. I asked the gentleman if he could look for me and he said “No, I can’t do that”. This was the sixth place I called about a used tire and it was the only place that wouldn’t tell me if they had the size I needed. Very poor customer service and I will never be giving them my business and I would recommend that you don’t either.
So far so good. The 51k 3.5 liter engine I installed in my 2010 maxima has been performing very well. All sensors and leads were plug and play. 110 miles down will update as time goes. Leaving for cedar point. Over 1200 miles so far so good. Just hit 3k miles and going 1st oil change. Hoping for continued success with this build and wish everyone the same experience as I've had.

This place is great! We've gotten a few different parts from here before and never had an issue. The one engine we did have an issue with, they swapped out for us and got us a different one. But today, their customer service went above and beyond anything I could've ever hoped for. My car died right in their parking lot with my 3 kids in it on an 85°+ day right at closing time. As I sat in the parking lot, sobbing because this was the third time today it had died and wouldn't restart. Without question, about 6 guys from the shop were at the car. They swapped out the throttle body that I had just bought from them and got me back on the road. Scottie, Adam, Chris and the few others who helped me today, thank you! You saved this stressed out Mama's day and I will forever be grateful! Definitely, definitely recommend this place!
Great place for parts. Honest, great customer service and they really stand behind their products. We own a repair shop (Chuck's Auto in Grand Rapids), and we purchased a used transmission for a customer; once installed it had some issues, and they replaced it with no problems - even had their own guys install it to save us the labor the second time around! Andy was very responsive, had excellent follow up, and everyone was completely satisfied. We will continue to use them when we need quality used parts.
