Greens R&R Towing is on point! They did a great job and communicated along the way. Highly recommended! Steven was awesome!

Rick and Jr were such a big help tonight (when AAA failed miserably). They answered the phone right away and said absolutely they could tow our F350 long bed. Jr communicated to me when he was 40 mins out, confirmed my license plate for the tow, and then called again once the truck was dropped off at the auto body shop and even sent me a photo of the delivered vehicle. Very happy with their service and would absolutely use again. Thanks!!

Green's took great care of us! Our car wasn't starting and they came out right away. It wound up being more than the battery, so they carefully loaded it onto the tow truck. They were professional, friendly, and competent.

We were involved in a recent accident with our 334" travel trailer where the trailer flipped over on it side. Greene's R&R was called in to assist with the recovery effort. They did a fantastic job of helping to upright the trailer and lifting it with a boom truck onto the flatbed. I can't say enough good things about the way they worked to help us save what we could from the trailer.

Chris is whom I spoke with, and he was fantastic. I work for a logistics company, and had to have a large item moved from a LTL terminal to a Residence. Chris was SUPER HELPFUL, and his driver Junior was also so very helpful. They make a great team, and I can't recommend them enough! 10/10!

I first called another company, but they were way off on their time estimate. I then called Green's and they arrived promptly as promised. They towed my trailer with boat to the destination that I requested. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I didn't catch his name but he was very good at his job. Highly recommend this service!

My wife and I with our two dogs were stranded in a parking lot in alto with 2 flat tires. We called at 10:30 on Easter night and within 35 minutes, Kevin was there and got our car safely back to our home in Middleville. Kevin was an amazing guy and did everything perfectly. We would have been in a very bad situation if it wasn’t for him and this company. Will remember this night for a long time and cannot thank everyone enough.

I called for a tow truck today and I was suprised when I was told it would only be a 15 min wait and I believe he was there before that. The drivers name is kevin he was very prompt and super nice and I will be using these guys again.

My experience with Green's was amazing. They were prompt in communicating with me and were able to get me on the schedule in a timely manner. Kevin L. was great! His professionalism represented the company well. He was very polite and took care of my car in a way to where I had no worries. I would definitely use Green's in the future.

My old truck left me stranded but Kevin was able to come get my truck up on his flatbed and delivered it right into the garage where I fix my vehicles. Very quick and professional service! Would recommend.

Called to get my vehicle towed due to it being completely dead. They gave me a quote over the phone and was at the destination in 30-40 mins!!! Pricing was also decent! And dont get me started on the cleanliness of the outside of the vehicle!!! How you and/or your company vehicle looks is how you represent your company and I also give that a 10/10! Steven, tow truck driver, was great! 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are honest and fair. They went above and beyond when my wife totaled our vehicle while pulling a trailer. They worked with me to get my trailer home and didn’t try to gouge while in a vulnerable place - quite the opposite. I was treated well and would recommend them any time.

Transmission gave out on my truck while pulling my camper. They helped me find a storage spot for my camper while my truck was being repaired. Very skilled drivers. They did a great job.

We have used Greens from towing a car to a heavy quad axle dump truck. They also handle any of our heavy hauling. They easy to communicate with, fair on their prices and honest. I would recommend them for any towing or heavy haul needs.

I had to call them because I was stuck really bad and no one else would help me. They got there quick and had me out in just a few minutes with no damage to my truck. The driver was awesome and definitely knew what he was doing.

Someone needs to teach their flatbed drivers how to drive properly. Next time someone from Greens tries to put someone in the ditch and weave in and out of traffic in the manor the DOT will be called. Hey at least the person driving the truck with 3 cars was on was respectful and let us go ahead of him at the stop sign.

There is a guy by the name of Steve that I spoke with on Friday and asked him on pricing and if they do longer tows or just accident cars. He very rudely stated that he did not have time to answer my questions because it was a waste of his time. So I again politely asked if there was a phone number I could call as it was not on the truck and again he very rudely told me to just Google it. If I had my employee talk to any of my customers in that manor they most definitely would no longer be my employee.

Wow.. 😁 I live in Lansing and needed a tow back because my car was overheating. As I was calling the nearest tow company one of the owners pulled up out of the blue. I told him I was fine because I just called for a tow. He asked who I called and I said green something.. he said that's his company.. I asked if the number ended in 777 and he said yes. I felt like that happened for a reason. 'Richard' turned around and headed back to the office and sent a truck to me. Noah was the driver and was the most pleasant, kind, funny young man. He made me feel like I was a friend. After a very long weekend (my car had actually been stolen) I was treated perfectly by these guys. Even from my initial call (spoke to Brian) the entire experience was great! Thank you Richard, Brian and Noah!!!!!🥰

Over a week ago, I needed someone to tow my car to my trusted mechanic that was a little far away from where I lived. The towing service number that I did have programmed on my phone was no good anymore. When I looked up towing services on my internet, Green's R&R was listed and I decided to give them a try. I was so glad I did! The young man was so kind and helpful. He followed us in our working car all the way on a 24 mile long trip to our mechanic. The rate he charged was fair and reasonable. Will call again if we need future help! Thank you R&R!!!

I got locked out of my car and called several places all of which were very rude and wouldn't help me. Called Green's R&R and they were friendly and professional and said he would come to me in less than 20 minutes. Got my door open in less than 5 minutes. I recommend them to anyone who needs a tow or help with a lock out. If I could I would give then more than 5 stars. Put me at ease the moment I called them. Thanks!!!
