These people are clowns. Their inventory shows they have 5 of the specific part I need in stock. When I call them, they said that they sold off all of their inventory. I gave them a specific stock #, which they said they did in fact have, but couldn't help me until spring because "it's under some snow." Had one of my crew members follow up the next day and they just hung up on him when he asked. Clearly not a legitimate business.
I have bought used vehicle parts here. The owner is always available and very organized and knowledgeable. Great local business, I highly recommend Steve's Auto Salvage.
Got a drop in ready motor wasn't so drop in ready ... valve cover broke hit so hard bent the injector, rocker arm shaft broken lower valve cover broken.. got a core motor
Never had an issue with this place. I usually talk to Eric when I call for parts. I work at a car lot that sells 200+ used cars a month and I buy used when possible. Steve's Auto is one of my preferred yards to buy from.
I am another salvage yard who bought and engine from Steves auto parts in 06/25/19. The engine had problems and Johnny the salesman i ordered engine from said to return it and they would refund engine and freight. i paid them up front when i ordered this engine but as of 12-26-19 after many promises to refund me, they still owe me. The owners word is no good so i will not ever buy or do business with them again.
Awesome salvage yard, has a plethora of parts and is incredibly fair on pricing and super laid back and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for people who need parts
