For how busy these guys were. They took the time to stop. Walk me through the tire and rim yard. And we found a tire and rim I liked. Made sure it wasn't bad. Then rotated and balanced them for me. And gave me a great price. Great group of people. Much appreciated.
Why does nobody ever answer the phone or return your call after you leave a message? Doesn't seem to matter what day or time, they arent going to answer that phone. How can I spend my money with you if you simply can't pick up the phone?
I've never had a salvage yard pull parts for me before but this was fantastic! Called in advance for a 2011 Cruze VCIM / telecommunications module. Part was pulled within 20 minutes. Had it in my hand for an excellent price 15 minutes later. Amazing service and now my Bluetooth / hands free features are back!
First time to owens i had called the following Thursday and the owner had the parts pulled before I arrived on Monday. Staff was friendly and the price was half of the other savage yards I called i will be back if I need further parts.

They don't answer their phone. I really meed to get ahold of someone now and every time I call it says we may be closed on July 3rd (over a week ago) followed by an ear shattering beep before it hangs up on me. I cannot for the life of me get ahold of a real human being.
I have counted on Owen's to rescue me time and again for decades now. They have bought entire cars off me (enough that it is embarrassing, tbh), hooked me up with tires on the regular, and definitely have dug up a pile of batteries over the years. You know what? They are total godsends. Getting a battery with 30 day warranty for 10% of what i would pay retail is awesome, and saves a caustic thing from a landfill.
What i wanted to acknowledge was how gracious the pit guys were toward me. Though the activity level is always a whirling dervish of destruction, seemingly, in the yard; they were patient and informative about tire balancing and general "annoying white girl" questions. They handled it like pros.
I rely on this business, and feel it deserves the shout out for the grade A people who run it.
Wonder place , can't say enough good about this place. In the pouring rain I had a nail in my tire.. without hesitation they fixed it!! I adore them here.. great group of people .
Amazing service, and good prices! We will be back! Bent my rim on my car, everywhere else wanted to charge us $80 to $100. We got ours for $35 and they put our tire on the rim to boot! Thank you so much!
Fair prices, very friendly office staff. Younger man was not happy about the last minute business. We heard him cussing and yelling in the garage because there were PAYING customers in the office a few minutes after closing time.
Have been dealing with Owens for years now. And will say they have went out of there way many times to help and locate parts that were needed. Good crew of down to earth people.
Not good at all. Went there for 2 tires and got a pain in the a** instead. After waiting for an hour and a half which is to be expected but when they break the center caps of on my rims and no one has guts enough to tell me.. What kind of operation are they running there. Now it is going to cost as much for 2 new center caps as it did for the tires. If you don't care like they obviously don't then take your car here. I have little tolerance for half assedness so I will go elsewhere from now on. upon contacting them I was given the run around then told to shove it in my a**. This is the most unprofessional hillbilly establishment I have ever seen. So in short steer clear of these rednecks. Definitely not quality or even quantity of service. I wish there was a zero star rating.
Do yourself a favor this is run by jerks who think taking your money is their only job. My daughter and her husband tried to do some work on their own truck because they could not afford paying someone else to do it. They diagnosed what they thought was the problem unfortunately they bought a part that was in fact not the right one they needed a completely different part. At that time I and her mother got involved. After we repaired the problem we attempted to take the wrong purchased used part back, the person told me we now have a spare 35 dollar part. Since he has to pay someone (it's a junk yard duh) to take it off we now owned it. Do yourself a favor "DONT GO TO OWENS". They only want your money and not your business. I do a lot of my own repairs and get tons of parts at Wings in Mt P. They don't have this type of bullish#! Service. She (my kid) only went there because they were closer and it turned out to be costly!
