Fabio came and picked up my non runner within 2 hours of me calling to figure out what kind of payout I could expect. He quoted me the highest out of everyone in the area and didn't try to talk me down on arrival at all. Super polite guy and also straight to business. Literally the best customer service ever! My phone call was 1 minute and 30 seconds long, he gave me $300 cash for my beater car. I worked with Fabio and he was right to the point, honest and all around seems like a cool guy. I was scheduled for my car to be picked up at 9am today and he came at 8:15 instead which worked out great for me. If there was 10 stars I’d give them that!
