I’ve had a number of interactions and services provided by Jim’s. Gabe and Logan have been so kind and accommodating when I forgot my checkbook. I’ve had oil changes, and tires replaced and have been very satisfied with the pricing of the oil changes (cheaper than the “quick” oil places) and competitive prices on tires for an Escalade. I’ll keep getting my services done here.

They did some work on my car, and apparently they had found my engagement ring that I lost in my car at some point. I had zero idea it was there. When I got my car back, the ring was sitting on the console. The fact that they could have easily pocketed it but didn’t says so so much about this business and their values. They did fantastic work, and also cleaned my car for me!! I couldn’t recommend them more.

Jim's Auto Body did the repairs on my 21 Gr Cherokee after a deer broadsided me on US 223 in November 2025. I went to Jim's because it was close to me, word of mouth and reviews online. I was not disappointed. They were extremely professional from quote to delivery of the vehicle. I even got half of my deductible waived. Communication was incredible, calling with updates. Most businesses simply don't do this anymore. They ultimately delivered my vehicle before they had promised. I would highly recommend.

Came in for an oil change and Chris the gentleman that changed my oil also noticed one of the bolts hold my car door was loose and he fixed it for me. I thought that was Very Considerate and Kind! Thank you Chris

I had a ton of work done on my car and they were amazing. They communicated with me every step of the way and even went out of their way to give me an estimate for some new tires. Highly recommended!

10/10 would recommend! Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly, knowledgeable, honest, organized, and easy to communicate with about repairs and scheduling. You can tell that they care about doing good work and their reputation. I am very glad I found this shop shortly after moving to the area!

I called about a half hr before closing to order tires. They had half of them the next afternoon and the other two the day after. I dropped my vehicle off and they changed the tires with an alignment. Worked with me to pick my vehicle up after hours. Very pleased with the price and service!

I have been taking my cars here since I was 16. They have alwasy taken care of me like im there own kid. I have never been talked down to because im a girl or tried to sell more than needed. I absolutely love these guys and they alwasy do amazing work .

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for several years, and once again they’ve gone above and beyond. I recently had an issue with my car, and the team took the time to thoroughly diagnose the problem. Gabe was extremely helpful, kind, and communicative throughout the process. The new owner Jeff was also quick to respond and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. I’m very happy with the service I received and will continue to be a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Recently had service completed on my car. Rick and Gabe were very knowledgeable and professional. Their team diagnosed the issues with my car and called me immediately. Repairs were completed sooner than I expected! This is exactly who you want to be working with for your auto service needs. I will certainly be going back when the next thing breaks.

The staff were very respectful and helpful. I am an older lady and they took the time to explain everything to me and did the work very efficiently. Chris the mechanic even took the time to come out to my van and explain the electronic stuff to me. Price was very fair

Ive never had a shop give me a lower price to compete with other shops. As far as the price changing once the vehicle is being worked on thats totally understandable and to be expected especially if something goes wrong. Ive never had an issue with jims giving a price over the phone. I worked at jims myself and I work on cars. I knew what was wrong with my vehicle but didnt have the time to work on it. In the end it all worked out for me. Apparently since irish hills took over they wont give prices over the phone. Lady service writer wouldn't give a price to replace a water pump. Rick is on vacation and Shawn unfortunately isn't there anymore. To bad they dont wanna give a price Ive never had a shop do that. Wont go here again.

I have put off writing my review for around two years to see how they would address my concerns. However, they did not. I had the water pump in my vehicle go out June 2023 and took it to Jim’s. They found that they had to replace my timing as well. The first time I took it there for this issue, they said they would start working on it on Monday, they did not get to my vehicle until that Thursday. They also did not call at any point in that time frame. My vehicle then spent 2 1/2 weeks in the shop and no communication whatsoever was received in that 2 1/2 week time. I had to call numerous times and even when I said, can you guys let me know what’s happening with my vehicle, I still received no calls or texts. When I finally got the call that my car was done, it cost me a total of $5800. I understand that the work they did and the things that needed to replace are very costly. However, I didn’t receive any communication, and was without a vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks. When I did finally get my car back, it was making a loud, rumbling noise upon start up that it had never made before. I called them about a week later and asked them to look at and assess my car again. They then told me they put a faulty timing chain into my car so they spent another week with my vehicle replacing the timing chain they had put it. I got my vehicle back and it still was making the noise it was making before I took it back. They said it was another faulty timing chain, and replaced it again. My car was in the shop for another week and a half to two weeks. When I got my vehicle back, it was still making the same noise. I then took it to them for a fourth time and told them it was not the timing chain that was wrong. I had done my own research and told them to look at the actuator and they told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Turns out it was the actuator that they needed to replace. I then got my car back after 3 days. So in total, it was a three month process and I was out a vehicle for approximately a month and a half. I am now, two years later, and my vehicle is still coming up with issues relating to the timing system every other month. After having taken it back and had them fix a couple of the issues that have happened in the last two years, they then told me that I was just trying to get money out of them and free labor. Even though all of the problems had everything to do with the service they’ve done. I am now facing yet another issue with my vehicle that is related to the work that Jim did two years ago. I will no longer be taking my vehicle there and instead, have to face repair costs for problems that they caused. The only reason I would give them anything more than 1 star is because of Shawn at the front desk. If you have major repairs needing done, I could not recommend them LESS. Not to mention, this is the short version of my experience. Edit: after seeing this business’ reply to my comment, I’m sure you can see what I’ve been dealing with the last 2 years. The “loaner” they let me drive for 3 days was their shop car. I have not stepped foot into their shop in many months due to how they treated me the last time I was in there. (The current issue my car has is absolutely related to the work done by them as confirmed by 2 other separate mechanics and is not electrical) I was in fact without a vehicle for 1 1/2 months combined throughout the entire experience. I also never mentioned the sexism and lack of professionalism I experienced. But that’s a topic for another day. If anyone would like a full run down on my entire experience, feel free to reach out to me!

Took a month from first contact till they could get it in, find hard to acquire parts, and finish the job. There was a lot of damage to the undercarriage, exhaust, & suspension (looks are deceiving!). This is the third time I have used either the body shop or the repair shop here. Will use again. Communication was good. Work was good. Will definitely recommend!!

I highly recommend Jim's as we have used them for different vehicles and not disappointed. We used the service (Shawn was great to work with) and the body shop did an amazing job after the deer hit our vehicle last month not just with repairing the car but working with our insurance. Always that hometown feel.

I was involved in a hit and run accident. I looked up reviews and instantly knew this is where I wanted to take my vehicle. They said they were about a month booked out and it seems they started working on my jeep within a few days to a week (as soon as parts came in). Gary updated me every step of the way with what was going on, and even gave me half off of my deductible towards a rental vehicle I had to use until I got my jeep back. They only took 2 weeks and with most shops being booked out months right now, that is super quick. They even detailed the inside for me. Picking it up I couldn’t even tell it was ever in an accident. Looks brand new. Such beautiful work! Going to be using them for all of my future servicing. ❤️ Thank you guys so much!

They did a fabulous job fixing the door hinges and power window switch and they repaired the extended door latch. They also bumped out a dent with no extra cost! They were reasonably priced and they detailed my truck inside and out without my asking for it and they didn't charge me! I love this place and will always bring my vehicles to them! Thank you Gary♥ You are awesome!!!
