I put down a deposit and they STILL SOLD the car to someone else. SCAMMERS!!! If I can give these scammers less than 1 star I would. Buyer beware! I called for a car I liked Ty was the salesperson Josh the manager and Carolyn the general manager. I called put a deposit of 500 on a F150, the salesperson told me the car was secure and took my credit card info over the phone. I asked for a video as I was buying a car from the Tennessee location they send me 3 wrong videos of different cars, when I did get a walkthrough the car was dirty and they said they would wash it and get back to me numerous call and days later still no walkthrough call, then 7 days later yes 7 days this Ty calls me and said they sold the car. They are liars and took my credit card info under false pretenses. Do not trust these people. If they can sell a car from under a person who put a deposit down what kind of trash is under the hood. They are unprofessional scammers and should not be in business. The salesman said in his not that he dint run my card he want to see if I like the car first. That is pure crap he said deposit was refundable so I thought everything would be ok if I didn’t like it I could cancel. The car is still listed they are liars and had no business taking my credit card information if they weren’t holding the car!

Salesman Bobby Williams did an excellent job! I'm struggling to trust the work shop though. I was told an oil change was done but the light wasn't changed. Also, dont rush through the paper work, they charged us about 800.00 for LoJock, making it sound as if it was free, not asking us if we would like to have it for 3 years or choose not to have it at all. So I feel we where miss lead.

I'm very disappointed in my service at monster motors, I was told my tires were new and from everything taken so long by the time the jeep was washed it was getting dark so then when I had time to clean it myself I found some deep scratches that someone touched up with a paint marker. I'd also like to say I was told they had tons of 4 door jeeps and several 6speed manuals, I warned him a few times I don't like white well 1 white 2 door jeep was the only manual there and only 2 that were what I was looking for. By the time I got to close on buying it the closing manager wasn't really friendly and just rushed threw everything so now being I reached out Tuesday with no response and then again Wednesday with a follow up its beyond them fixing what I found or giving me new tires because michigan gives you 3 days to return. There response was atleast I bought the tire rim package well normal wear isn't covered 🙄 just wanted people to know my full experience and ended up financing 40,000$ which shouldn't have anything wrong with.

We had a great experience working with Sheldon at Monster Motors while picking out our new vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us clear, helpful information throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand and never made us feel pressured. Sheldon was also just genuinely fun to work with, which made the experience even better. He really went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. When our pick-up plans were delayed due to something outside of our control, he stepped up and arranged to have the vehicle dropped off for us. That level of service truly meant a lot. My husband and I had a wonderful experience. After purchasing the car the staff drove it to our home in Lansing, MI. A small door panel was missing on the SUV but it was under the warranty and was able to order it from Morrie's Lincoln with no problem. Excellent and friendly service.

Aiden is great! We live out of state, which can be nerve racking. He’s extremely responsive with all questions. I hate the car shopping process and Aiden kept things moving along. He’s not pushy at all and very knowledgeable!

I found a trade-in F-150 at Monster Motors that Grace and Aidan helped me with. They allowed me to take it to a local mechanic to alleviate any of my concerns in that area. They were transparent through the entire process and it ended up being a GREAT car buying experience!!

Monster Motors has treated us very well and in some aspects went above and beyond! I think the quality of vehicles they sell are above average for used. We met with Cameron on our 1st test drive and Aidan on our 2nd visit and test drive of a different vehicle. Both of these gentlemen we extremely nice and very helpful. We had been looking for a specific vehicle and found several here. I was a bit skeptical however due to other reviews talking about adding $2200 dealer fees - lojack and appearance package stuff. However, we did not experience this. We ended up purchasing a 2021 truck out the door after tax at basically mid private party value, after service, oil change and to my suprise of new tires. Which im still blown away by. Even if tires were planned ahead of me driving it and putting a deposit down - they knew that truck was all but sold and still went forward with new tires. Again, all at mid private party value after tax (out the door). I couldnt find this truck for less anywhere else. They seem to strive to sell higher quality vehicles and make darn sure you are happy. Even offering to deliver the vehicle as i am over 1hr away. Communication was decent thru the process. They like to text you which is actually much better than the very delayed wifi phone system they use. Absolutely horrible. Had several texts from different people there saying they tried calling me and asked if i could call them back. During signing somehow my wife was not added to paperwork as was discussed prior and copies of both our DLs were given when we gave deposit. Not sure who dropped the ball there. But it was a quick fix. If you are looking.. I would give them a chance to earn your business. Either Cam or Aiden will definitely give it their best shot.

I have purchased many cars in my time, just made another with Monster Motors and Kyran Lane, this was by far the least stressful purchase I have made. Kyran answered my questions quickly and I never felt pressured. This is how car buying should be! Then, they delivered the car to my home...what could be easier. I would highly recommend Monster Motors for your next purchase and Kryan to guide you through the inventory!

I absolutely cannot say enough how AMAZING my experience was because of the team members I worked with! Aidan was the first person I talked with when getting everything figured out. I had recently been in a car accident so being a mom of 4 I was looking for safety & space! Adian found many options & never gave up on us! The accident plus other issues can make it very difficult & I can't say enough how grateful I am to him & all the staff that stayed PAST closing to make this purchase happen! Jordan was so very kind & understanding!! I know they're doing their jobs but I've worked in customer service for years & I would keep this team! At one point Adian was giving the younger worker next to him some really great advice! I just thought that was so cool too! Just don't see it enough anymore! THANK YOU ALL & MONSTER MOTORS FOR EVERYTHING! (Including putting up with me 😑. .. I'm a little scatter brained). I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know!

I had been looking for my first vehicle and we stopped here after many fails with other cars and dealerships. We looked into the ford escapes, unfortunately they had magically disappeared from the lot. Thomas, our salesperson, had looked for a hour or more and was super helpful with keeping us updated on when the car got back. He was very honest about the issues they had noticed and were willing to fix the brakes before we bought it. Now today we found out, because no deposit was put down, we almost lost the car again. Thomas was super apologetic for this and his manager Carly was very wonderful to work with. While the experience was something else I am very grateful to have worked with Thomas and grateful for Carly’s help.

Aidan Gamel is a MONSTER. He streamlined our experience finding the perfect truck. He was so incredibly helpful teaching us about what to look for and stay away from when it came to winter rust damage and preventing equipment breakdowns. We upfitted our entire fleet and he made it all turn key. That kind if service is priceless for a company like ours where time is our biggest limitation!

I purchased a 2019 Lincoln Navigator from Monster Motors on October 14th. The very next day, October 15th, I noticed two issues: the illuminated Lincoln emblem wasn’t working and a dash warning for the rear passenger seatbelt kept popping up. When I took the vehicle in for an oil change about a week later, I pointed out these problems. The dealership kept the vehicle for about a week and a half to complete the repairs. No loaner car was provided, even though the dealership is an hour away. Since getting the vehicle back, it has mainly been sitting in my garage because I have two other cars. Last week I took it to a tint and detail shop, and the detail technician discovered something concerning: the rear passenger bumper panel had been taped together using electrical tape to keep it in place. The panel can be pushed back in, but even the slightest bump causes it to pop out again. There is no visible damage that would indicate a collision—this appears to be an installer or previous repair error that someone chose to hide by taping it together. I contacted Monster Motors today to report what I found, and I was immediately denied any sort of repair or assistance. I’m fully aware that I should have inspected a $40,000 vehicle more thoroughly before purchase. However, if I were a dealer who sold a car with issues that were either overlooked or concealed, I would make it right for the customer. So here’s my warning to anyone buying a used vehicle from this dealer. Do a full pre-trip inspection before signing anything. Check every light. Check that every panel is properly aligned and secured. Don’t assume something this minor was checked by the dealer—even at an expensive price point.

Great overall experience. AC, Chris, Frances, Heather and Nino were all fabulous. I knew what I was looking for, there was no pressure from anyone at the dealership. I had a pre approval from one of my lenders and they were able to find me a lower rate with a lender they work with. Everyone was friendly and there was no rush to do anything. I highly recommend this dealership and will do business with them again in the future. Thank you!!

If I could post negative stars I would. Buyers beware. They will sell you a vehicle represented as good condition with no issues. Not the case.They delivered a Ford F150 to me after purchase. Not a junk or old truck. Price was over $30k, 2018 Ford F 150 King Ranch with 83k miles, not 150k or more... First time out of my driveway the transmission malfunctioned. Continued to get worse as I drove it the very first day of ownership. i expected it to last more than a day. I couldn't speak to anyone in management until 4 days later. Then they offered to fix the problem at a discounted price, minimum charge of $2300 (or more) If I can't trust them to honestly sell me a truck in good condition, should I trust them to honestly fix the transmission properly ? No thanks, I'm having it rebuilt elsewhere at a trusted shop by my own choice at my expense. The seller offered no other assistance. I wouldn't trust them to sell me a bicycle. Monster Motors with Monster problem vehicles.... but they will fix it for you at a discounted price, after the sale. I read several bad reviews on their site before I bought, but ignored them. My bad, my fault. Don't make the same mistake.
