Tamrox is definitely an amazing place to get your car fixed! I have one car and they worked great with me to get it towed to them and fixed it within one day. They worked with me on pricing! I have four kids and that’s my only vehicle and they were able to work with my budget and get it back to me the next day. Alex even came to my house and picked me up to go to the shop so I wasn’t walking there to get my van. I’ve never had a company work so well with me. They have even called a couple times since it’s been fixed to make sure everything is still up and running great! I’ve never seen a mechanic care so much and actually reach out to me to make sure everything’s good They honestly do care and I will definitely be going back to them in the future!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I totally would. These guys are amazing
Tamrox was great. I needed a break line replaced that had been discontinued by Ford in my ‘09 Taurus X. They were able to replace my break line and make sure that my car was safe on the road for my kids and I. Jenna and her staff kept in close communication with me during the entire process and made sure I had a loaner car to get my kids around while my car was at the shop!
Tamrox is a great place for women to go to for auto repair! They have female advisors who understand that we dont want to be taken advantage of! They explain what needs to be done and they have a great turn around time. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable both in the office and the garage. They have been very helpful everytime i have taken my vehicle to them.
I had to take the car in for a new tire after a nail decided to embedded itself in my sidewall. The service was quick and excellent. They even washed my car after the service. Best auto service I’ve had in a while.
I ran over a rod and it went right through my tire. Roadside assistance took me to Tamrox because they did some work on my car before and it was top notch. So, I went there. It was after hours and I wasn't sure if they would be able to repair it because I didn't have an appointment. The next day they called early and said it was fixed! Offered me a ride there to the shop but the best was the car wash my car got! Excellent customer service I would highly recommend!
Great customer service and fixed the issue on my son’s 2004 GMC 2500 that has been an issue for some time now and we were told it couldn’t be fixed. Well Tamrox fixed the issue and the truck is running great now.
Great shop! Had them change the oil and fix my front tie rods. I'm very picky about who I let work on my van and they were great! Great service, great work. Highly recommend.
Had a wheel alignment and after had wheel balancing they recheck the alignment and adjusted a little more and now my volvo xc90 2008 drives like new again.

So glad I ignored the negative reviews. They did great on the repairs, was reasonably priced, and guarantee their work for 3 years or 36k miles. Office staff was friendly, professional, and kept me up-to-date on parts and repair timelines. They were quick to get my car in, and the loaner car was very appreciated! And best of all, a free pack of M&Ms with the welcome pack! No repair shop has ever given chocolate!! I will definitely return. Thanks Tamrox!
Took my Jeep in due to my caliper leaking brake fluid. Service was quick! Employees were kind and communication was great! Would definitely recommend to others!
The speed of the repair was outstanding along with the communication. I was provided a loaner vehicle which was very helpful. The staff is very friendly and the inspection was very thorough. It was a very good experience.

This place is not a place to trust you live and learn
I brought my vehicle 4-wheel alignment they claim the bolts in the rear was frozen so they desired to left it alone and charge for the complete alignment when I got home notice the bolts for the rear wasn’t even touch.
I called them back they wanted me to bring it back and to replace the rear component was going to cost me around 1,500 I tell them don’t worry I will take it somewhere else.
This other place I went on Monday got the 4-wheel alignment done with no problem I didn’t need to buy any part now my vehicle rear alignment is perfect

They did a great job on finding out the problem to my vehicle and working within my budget. Alex was very nice and helpful and she always kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle.
Tamrox was everything we needed in automotive repair. Their customer service is second to no one and they have the knowledge and compassion to make sure you understand what service is needed and prioritize repairs if you can’t afford to complete everything in one trip. The technician was very thorough in diagnosing the work required and they were able to complete the job very quickly. We will definitely be returning to Tamrox for our future automotive repair needs.
Great experience and very helpful shop. Took in my 2009 escape for a second opinion after being quoted for a full front end suspension replacement. Tamrox diagnosed a miss firing fuel injector and only needed two control arms. Saved me thousands.

Absolutely AMAZING experience! I was visiting from up north (where I live) and had a sudden major issue with my truck. I called Tamrox 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday and they quickly arranged to help me, and also allowed me to use one of their loaner cars immediately and at no extra charge. Within just a business day or two the problem was fixed and I was on my way. The people were extremely friendly and down to earth, and the service was quick. I’ll definitely be coming back here and recommending Tamrox to everyone I know. They really saved me when I was in a tight spot and I am grateful.
On a trip from Detroit to Chicago on I-94 my car started spewing coolant and smoking. I found Tamrox and they diagnosed my problem as a failed water pump and belts. They repaired my car and got me back on the road as quickly as they could. They saved the day!

I prefer to do my own work on my vehicles. But there's times where I can't figure out the problem or need the professional help. Ive use Tamrox services for both. They offer a very detailed evaluation of your car from major engine needed repairs to how many taillights are out. That alone has brought me back to them again and again. Also they have loaner vehicles which I've used twice which was a great help in the situations I was in where my car was in there shop and I still needed to go to work. I recommend them all the time. I still use them even after moving away from Jackson just because they do good work and I trust them with my vehicles.

Tamrox Automotive has been a lifesaver for me! They work with my extended warranty, go above and beyond answering any and all questions I have about what is going on with my Jeep. I’ve always been greeted by name and a smile by either Alex or Jenna, anytime I’ve had an encounter with one of the technicians it’s been pleasant. Alex takes the time out to call to check up on the issues with my Jeep as well as follow up on a personal issue I was dealing with the last time I was in the shop. When they say they treat customers like family, they truly do. I will always recommend Tamrox to anyone looking for vehicle work, and it is the only place I will take our vehicles. 100/10!!

Easily the best car experience I’ve ever had. The team at Tamrox was professional, helpful, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. A special shoutout to Alex and Jenna, who kept me updated through phone calls and the text portal. They were both fantastic to work with.
I also really appreciated the portal links they sent, which allowed me to review photos and comments during diagnostics and easily approve or decline other recommended fixes. At no point did I feel pressured—they were transparent and made the whole process easy to navigate.

I am very grateful for the amazing work Tamrox has provided me in regards to my vehicles, I’ve taken both my Toyota and Chevy in to them for general maintenance and some major repairs. I normally don’t give car repair shops reviews, normally the experience is so bad. I don’t bother. I had car trouble over the weekend. A coworker of mine suggested this auto repair shop. I am just frankly blown away as a single woman. I didn’t even know how to put windshield wiper fluid in my car when I got my car after they were extremely fast at diagnosing and fixing the issue they topped my car off with windshield wiper fluid washed my car and gave me a courtesy car so I was not carless while they were looking at my vehicle. I highly recommend them from the quality of work. They do to the people at the front desk. It was an incredibly amazing experience the first in my lifetime and I have dealt with a lot of repair shops.
