I suggest NO one trust Tony or use his business. I have a judgment from a Jackson court stating he lied and stole the money we paid him for repairs which he never did. He still has the money we paid him now months later…and a car that hasn’t run in months. In my opinion, he’s a scam artist and I don’t want anyone else to get cheated like I think we did by this guy.
For the life of me can't understand why this man has such good reviews. Please read this before making a decision. He originally wanted to come to my house September 9th at 12 to do a diagnostic on a crank no start. He ended up coming at 7:50 pm. Required 95 dollar payment before beginning. Brought barely any tools with him. Looked at the vehicle for 45mins-1hr. Gave me 2 guesses on the cause I asked for a quote for both repairs. After talking to some mechanic friends we decided to get the crank shaft sensor replaced. He told me 12 o'clock Saturday 16th. At 11:51 I get a message saying will 1-2 work running behind. Ok shows up at 1:50 says he needs payment upfront and needs to rent a tool. Pay 138. He says be back in 30 mins. 3 hours goes by crickets. I reach out finaly get a response at 4:38 saying he is on his way. He shows up at like 7:30pm. Works on car for a 30mins calls me outside says the sensor is located in difficult place extra 50 bucks. I pay it. He then has to run home to grab a cord. Hours pass getting to 1030 at night. Nothing. I call he says can he come in the am. I work leave keys in a discolored location. Get home at 6pm Monday. He NEVER showed. I reach back out. He messages me back TUESDAY and says he is on his way. Again now I'm at work hadn't heard anything locked car back up. I tell him I will be home at 6:30 pm. He shows up at 8:30pm messages me from outside at 8:50 pm saying he needs a jack stand will be right back. I'm messaged at 11:23pm are you coming back. Crickets I call at 11:40pm get a message I can't talk from him text me. I text again are you coming back. He says no. I can come tomorrow Wednesday 20th at 9am. I say if you aren't here at 9 I need to tow to a shop and want my money back. At 9:30am this morning I have tow on the way as he did not show. He calls at 10 just woke up can be here in 15mins. I tell him to late tow is here. I'm talking to tow guy about situation not using names of his business or anything else. Please please please do NOT trust these reviews as I did
Tony n his two helpers came out to my place n diagnosised 3 vehicles on November 30 2022 in only 7 days he n his crew Fixed two of my vehicles got them both up n running n getting the used parts from Jackson Auto Salvage n new parts from OReilys n Auto Zone n got my parts for 1 other vehicle from Jackson Auto Salvage n OReilys is ready to put that fuel pump on my 2002 Honda Accord ex as soon as I find the key to it. This man n his crew went way out of their way to help me get my vehicles up n running n I am a handicapped person for life on SSI, I am extremely grateful to them ALL n they were friendly n cheerful in spite of the cold weather n worked late several nights in the cold weather I give them the best rating possible 5.0 on s scale of 1-5 could not have done a better job n prices were reasonable,Thanks guys you all were AWESOME got alot of respect for them ALL! I will be using them for as long as they are in business!
Nice people.but cost me.double because my.calipers were put in backwards. And couldn't get brake pressure. Told me I had an abs system problem. Took it to a real shop that I trust. My front calipers were on backwards. and there's nothing wrong with my abs turns out.. also stated that my exhaust was fixable.with flex pipe when I already knew that mu cat. Is half melted and there corrosion and rust hole all along the upper half of it. So no flex pipe would have been a.horrble idea. If you want cheap and not quality got to them definitely they get it done but I personally will never be back also left my master clyinder capp off and allowed debris to get inside of braking system.
Had the guy come out take a Diagnostic test on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler he told me what the issue was and ran me through what needs to be done and how much it’s going to cost to get it fixed I will definitely be going with them for the repair thank you so much
Tonight our truck wouldn't start at a gas stationin Marshall. We called and unfortunately the mechanic was on his way out of town so he wasn't able to get to us. It was 8 pm and he offered to come later that night when he made it back. Meanwhile he walked my husband through things to try. He told him how you hit the starter to see if that would work. Sure enough it did! He even called back to check on us. We're paid nothing for his talent and expertise. Very nice gentleman. Will definitely be saving hisinformation.
I was broke down at Meijer (east side) starter was fried ---they came fixed right there cause van wasn't moving ---no tow charge lol . Tony fixed it ,made sure I restarted 5x or more to be safe . They even let me make payments - not too many places do that ---So glad I called them and no one else . Highly recommended !
Most amazing guys I could ever meet. First day driving my 1988 mustang gt I find myself in a ditch, without a call they were on the scene. I can't thank those guys enough for being able to pull me out. I'll be bringing my business there for any and all my needs for that mustang from now on.
