Answered phone promptly, was able to tow my car quickly. Since I couldn't be there he sent me a picture to confirm the right vehicle. Meet with my repairman at the shop and everything with the tow went very smoothly. Was great about understanding when my debit card had an issue until I figured it out. Would definitely recommend!
Just moved to the area and got locked out of my house and car with a two year old overdue for lunch and a nap and no shoes and a husband out of reach who was over an hour away for work. Reached out to Todd’s towing company to see if they could help me get into my car so I could get the garage open and get into the house. He got there within 30 minutes and got me back into my car so I could get back into the house. Was very friendly and professional! Will definitely be my first call if I ever need the help again! Highly recommend!
Great service. I had a 1 ton dodge 3500 sitting on all fours flats an he worked my pricing and my mileage to make it more affordable. He showed up 15mins after my call, an boy what a life saver. Thanks todd for your generous time an have a great day!!!

Awesome service. Was the fairest price and quickest around. I had a lock out and he was here in 10 minutes. Which was awesome cause I had groceries in the car. Will definitely use again in the future!

My car broke down in holt late at night. Driver came all the way down. Right before he got to me, I finally got my car started. When he got there he was not mad at all that I did not need his services anymore. Even gave me some suggestions about fixing my car. Did not even get a tow and I know I would call here again in an instant if I ever needed one.
I called and left a voicemail about needing my vehicle towed. Website says 24 hr service. I never got a call back. Called another tow service, the next day
and they firstly answered the call and showed up to tow my vehicle in a 1/2 hour.
Called for a tire change and was told they would only be 25 mins. 45 mins later I called and while talking to someone I was put on hold for 10 mins to be told someone would call me back in no longer than 5 mins.... 12 mins later I was called back to be told nobody would be coming out to me. It would have been nice to know immediately as I am a young female waiting in a parking lot by myself and it’s night time. This wasn’t just dangerous for me but also very unprofessional had I not called they would have just left me hanging by myself with no information that nobody was ever on their way. Zero stars from me.
