My son’s car broke down in Parma. I called Kings and they gave me a tow company that was very reasonable. They fixed his car in 24 hrs at a very fair price. Highly recommend

2018 Equinox had fluid underneath it, had it towed in just in case it was the transmission. Turned out to be the water pump. Kings had it replaced the next day for under the very reasonable price they quoted. Thank you

Richard, Kile and team did an outstanding job repairing my classic (1983 Datsun 280ZX). Richard was in excellent communication with me throughout the project. They were the only shop around who would even take my car when I got stranded with a bad clutch. Kings totally understood my philosophy of wanting to spend as little as I can on my project car. They fixed only what they needed to so that I could get back to my own garage. Further, they identified a bunch of other things to help me keep restoring my car, and I only had them fix the things that I wasn't comfortable doing myself. They didn't pressure me at all. When I picked up my car, Kile spent 30 minutes showing me everything else under the hood and giving me advice on how to tackle the other things. Kings will definitely be my go-to mechanic from now on.
When one of the front tires of our family minivan went flying off our car, hours away from home, we were pretty freaked out.

I hit a pothole with my 2001 Ford F350 and a front passenger leaf spring broke. I needed it fixed ASAP, because I was moving my 5th wheel camper to a different campground in 2 days. I looked at Kings Auto's great reviews & decided to call them. They got me in same day. They had to order all the parts but was able to get everything done & get my truck done just in the Nick of time to move my camper. They were great! Fast, Friendly service and Richard even drove me home when I brought it in. Thanx guys! I highly recommend them

Stopped in on short notice, I had some issues with my front end. Got a front end inspection for a good deal, turned out to be a loose stabilizer link. They tightened it for me and also checked my tires! Whole time I’m talking to this gentlemen, turns out it is his shop. They are good at what they do and very personable. They showed me where I had an issue and educated me. This experience was my only time visiting a car shop where I’d didn’t feel demeaned or overcharged. I highly recommend this place and thank you again Richard and Zack for helping me out. Will absolutely be returning!!!
Great service! Everyone is so kind! Followed up with me MULTIPLE times after service! I’ve never had a shop follow up to confirm everything is good months and months later!! Great service!!! Worked on my 2019 Silverado here for a clunking noise. Dropped it off at 6pm & had it back the following day.

I've been taking my vehicles here for around 5 years and always get amazing service. Great communication, work, and very fair prices. These guys are super honest and not out there to rip people off.. Just had my truck serviced and they felt bad that the price was a bit higher than the quote but the job estimate of 3 hours was actually 8 due to unforeseen circumstances. Don't feel bad, it happens! I was traveling with a handicapped individual and about 2 hrs from home. Battery light came on, stopped at Kings and they were able to get my car in, replaced alternator, helped make my handicap friend comfortable. Fair price and considering it was an emergency to me I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. Thank you! Highly recommend.

My truck was overheating , leaking fluids badly and I barely made it to shop. They were able to diagnose the issues and replace my water pump on the same day.

I have been taking our family’s vehicles to King’s for many years because the repairs are always done on time and throughly. I am not familiar with cars and engines but I am always explained about the repairs that are needed and have never had an issue. The car is always fixed in one visit. Richard is very friendly and everyone there is very nice and professional. I highly recommended King’s Auto.
I contacted Kings Auto Wednesday (4/7) afternoon to see about getting a transfer case replaced on my boyfriend's chevy equinox. I got the car up there that day they were able to evaluate, express ship the part we needed and have our car back to us by Friday (4/9). By far the friendliest, fastest, most efficient car repair experience I have ever had and it was not nearly as expensive as priced at another place for a brand new part. If we need anything else done with our vehicles, getting in touch with Richard from Kings Auto is our first stop. Thank you gentleman again for everything!!!
Back in the area recently and was in need of repairs. I called Firestone where I used to do my repairs. They said they were going to call me back in 10 minutes and that was 2 weeks ago. I called Kings Auto asked if he had time to look at my truck he said bring it out and he would. He looked at it and within a few minutes he was able to find out what was wrong and a price. Said he could have the repairs done by that next morning. Even offered a ride home! I am pleased to say that he has a new customer with me and I greatly recommend the services offered. Was towed in just before opening but as soon as they opened they started working on my car immediately. Richard is very nice and made sure everything was working properly before he sent me off. Done in a timely manner and they let me know of any set backs. Great place. Richard also sent me a couple texts following up to make sure everything was still working properly and to see if i needed anything done. I no longer work in the area so I don’t travel that way anymore but if I were there I would go to them. Highly recommend
