My 2017 Tundra had the check light flashing and was running rough. I thought the fix was going to be expensive thinking it my be injectors or coil packs etc. I was hesitant to take it anywhere but the dealer because I hadn’t yet found a place in Jackson that worked on foreign vehicles that were confident to do so or charge more than the dealer would. After reading the reviews I thought I’d give these guys a try. I was very happy to find that they researched the issue and discovered a simple recalibration of the computer would fix the issue. The cost was likely half what the dealer would have charged. I also had an issue with my heating in the cab which they promptly fixed as well. They were quick, priced fairly and a pleasure to deal with. Looks like my Tundra has a new doctor. I highly recommend these guys.

Dropped my car and was shuttled to my workplace. They diagnosed the problem with the cruise control and replaced the control lever. Work was done quickly and I am completely satisfied with the service.

I like to do my own repairs but when changing my front brake pads and rotors I noticed that the CV boots on both front axles were torn. (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee AWD) Research indicates best practice was replacing axle/CV Assemblies Didn't feel confident in performing this one at home so I bit the bullet . In the course of repairs their test drive revealed a bad motor mount which had been causing a noticeable "clunk" which had been occurring for some time. I agreed to this repair as well and am very satisfied. They were able to get me in the day after I first contacted them and both repairs were done in one day. VERY SATISFIED

These guys have been taking care of my car for about a year now, and they even listened when I suggested setting up Snap Finance for customers who need payment plans—love that it worked out! My car is just an old A-to-B beater, definitely not in the best shape, but they’ve fixed every issue that’s come up and always at a fair price. Called and made my appointment. They got our vehicle in the shop...diagnosed and fixed in the same day! The team kept us up to date with a detailed invoice that showed individual costs for each concern! We will definitely be going to crank&go for all out auto repair needs. Highly recommend!!
Excellent service. Crank N Go gets your car in quickly. They are friendly and efficient. They provide options for repairs, when possible. We have never had a problem with any repairs by Crank N Go.
Customer service was pretty poor. I had no call backs on any voice mails I left about my vehicle. Scheduled drop off at 830am and took over 24hr when I was told same day repair. Paid over $350 for repairs to find a pretty botched weld to my exhaust.. could have found better results elsewhere. Update, they reached out via text message and never responded.

Went in to get flex pipe on exhaust replaced. This was taken care of. The mechanic determined there was another issue with a cracked radiator. Took car in on Monday was promised repairs would be completed by Thursday. Car was done on Weds. Exceeded expectations. The owner (Bill) answered questions about rusted oil pan. Went into great detail to explain when it should be a concern. I have taken my cars there for various reasons and always left satisfied. I have referred others as well.
