I've been bringing my 2005 Chevy Colorado to Eric at USA Car Care for the past three years, ever since we moved to Michigan from Texas. Even though I drive all the way from Lansing to Jackson just to drop off my truck, it's completely worth it. Eric is an incredibly honest mechanic, which is hard to find these days. He always takes great care of my vehicle and makes sure it’s running smoothly. I highly recommend Eric and USA Car Care to anyone looking for trustworthy, reliable service!
First time going there (by mistake), but so glad that I did. The most friendliness staff that you'll meet. Had an appointment at,2:00 and my car was done before 3:45. I really appreciate the time that was taken to explain what was wrong with my car and what was done. Cost was lower than expected, which I was grateful. Highly recommended this place for any car repair.
Don't know what happened with elden
We took van to see cost to replace engine. For second time decided not too ,Elden decided to replace it then drove for all most 4 years now what's $2000 and change for repares we didn't want told him let bank take it.
Elden can't be trusted, they move the shop a lot over the years. ???
Thing is we took all fleet of van's there ,and never went anywere but there.
Eric, Eldon and Doug were great. I do not live in Jackson and I had an emergency with my car. They took care of the problem in a timely manner and it wasn’t that expensive. They even gave me a ride to my location where I was training at. Great business, I wish we had something like this where I live.
I been dealing with them for years really honest ppl that you can count on I live in Albion and I will travel over to Jackson just to get my vehicle repaired there because most of the time Eric said bring it right in. My wife use to live and Jackson and she introduced me and I appreciate these guys
On my way to USA car care I had gotten lost as I’m not from there nor have I ever really been to Jackson but they stayed open later so that I was able to have done what I needed done and I appreciated that more then I could express. Extremely nice people!
They were very nice until something went wrong. The catalytic converter on my car was installed incorrectly. As a result it broke and wasn't covered under the warranty so a new converter had to be purchased. USA Auto was rude and was not standing by their work so it went to small claims court. The judge decided in my favor. It has been over 21 days and USA Auto has STILL NOT done the right thing. I would not recommend them based on this experience.
Love going here, they are friendly and have reasonable pricing. They will tell you if you don't need something or if it's something you can do on your own.
Eric is the best. I wouldn't trust van with no one else but him and Larry. They have fair prices. His work is great. Eric has even taught me a lot about cars by letting me watch when he works on my van. USA Car Care is a great place to take your car. If he can't do the work he will tell next great place to take your car to. That's what makes Eric great he's up front honest with you.
These guys are the best! Best prices and service in Jackson! Very friendly and trustworthy; they have even sent me away a couple of times saying I didn't need the repair that the dealer was trying to convince me to do. That doesn't make them any money, so that's how you know it's honest advice!
