i went here and bought a car from golden gibson on payments 1600 hundred down and then gave him 200 two days later. and i was supposed to give him 400 one month later. i did not because he gave me a title that i took to the DMV to get legal and they said the title was frauded he will not give me my money or the correct title. I gave him the car back to fix because it sounded like there was something wrong with it . he told me he’d look at it on a wednesday if there was something wrong with it he would give me my money back. He did not so i went back over to golden gibson on a monday, to ask him about the car while i was standing there talking to him a lady that was sitting in a chair there got up and gave him a hug and walked out the door i thought she lefted. the next minute there was three guys that came in the room we were in and the lady was with them. i thought i was in danger.. so i lefted. and went to the court house and filed papers. Work was performed for this business on 7/28/2020. They have refused to pay for the services and their vehicle is still at our location as of 7/01/2021. Please do not do business with this group. You will regret it.
I went there with a bad truck needing help, i got the help i needed now people will take there problems to the shop and ask for a easy fit or less money to pay so they can ride fast. They get what they asked for and now the shop is the problem cuz they got what they asked for. Remember pay for the whole job and theirs no problem. Your short cuts is not a bad job the shop has done it means u still need to fix thr rest at some time. KEITH CUNNINGHAM
These are the same crooks that own Jackson Auto Salvage. When I went to get parts they sold me the wrong thing. Then when I attempted to return it, they took the parts, told me they didn't have the correct part, they would not give me a refund OR a credit. So I put my parts back in my car. They then called the police and said that I stole the parts, because they had my original proof of sale. So basically I got ZERO PARTS, TIME IN JAIL, A TARNISH ON MY PERFECT RECORD AND they got the parts they sold me and my money...I would don't care how cheap they are crooks! Dealing with them you might end up in jail.
Extremely shady, claimed car was "impeccable", and he had "replaced" ball bears along with "new tires". Even the dome light was ripped out, no coolant, no oil, no transmission fluid. Paid in full and wouldn't give me the title, just made a photocopy of it and told me to bring back insurance along with even more money to get the title. I'm going to secretary of the state to see if its legit. Lots of bad reviews out there about this man. Please heed my warning.
