I purchased a 2005 Dodge Dakota SLT from Jackson Auto Company and worked with Jeff, Don, and Linda. They made buying the vehicle a smooth experience and the negotiations were definitely in my favor. I couldn’t have found a better place to buy a vehicle. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.
When I got the vehicle home, I found some issues. Even though it was sold "as is," Jackson Auto Company still stepped up and took care of everything at no charge. I was shocked by their service. They had me take the vehicle to their sister company, Jackson Auto Service, where I worked with Ben and Crystal, who were also amazing.
Finding a vehicle I liked was a dream come true. Both Jackson Auto Company and Jackson Auto Service helped resolve the issues, and I don’t know what else to say but definitely amazing company. I’ll definitely recommend both companies to all my friends and family without hesitation. If I could give them more than five stars, I would!

I took my there cause I was told by another mechanic that was have shutters problem and talked too Rick the manager he was very helpful had answered any questions I asked. He took the time too take my car for test drive my car too see if there were any problems he told me everything was ok an the other place was try get my $$$. He also check Ed on recall on my car. I am very happy that I use them. I will definitely use them if I have problem s with my car . My new mechanic that are trustworthy. I highly recommend them.
I brought my car in mainly because another place told me I needed something with my brakes done. I really liked coming here because I am naive when it comes to cars and the people here were honest with me, gave me tips and turns out my brakes were ok. It’s really nice to have found a great car place since I am new to the area. They were even able to fix a part of my car quickly and it was very affordable. I’m so grateful!
