  Super rude on the phone. After being referred by a friend that has their many fleet vehicles customized with them, and after reviewing website, it appeared that they would be able to assist me with doing work/install on the roof of my utility van. Flat out NO before I could even discuss the need for an install of 4 simple brackets. Not one ounce of effort to clarify or assist whatsoever. Seemed like he just wanted to get off the phone. Terrible service.
