Came in with 45 minutes left it’s a job not something you can blow off when people drive distance ask for a router resurface young kid say yeah no problem older guy orange beard says oh no not tonight and doesn’t give me a reason then they close 30 mins early it’s a frickin job do your job!!!!!!!
The manager William, the assistant manager dan and the employee Arthur were all the most incredible and helpful humans I've known in a long time. They made my day and made my life so much better. I thank God for the oriellys team here in Iron river
Was greeted when I came in had half of the part that I needed on the counter tried to explain to the person at the counter and they looked up the wrong part and they said I don’t know. I’m not a mechanic and I told them I will go somewhere else. Your attitude sucksbut for the most part, I really like O’Reilly’s just not the one in Eagle River I guess.
When I go into this store I am usually greeted with a friendly "May I help you?" If not, it is because they are busy. And if they are busy, that just means they have many customers seeking the same level of top notch service that they provide. Have patience, they will get to you. You won't be disappointed.

Billy is a great employee, very knowledgeable and helpful. Needed parts for my car, he knew exactly what to suggest. Billy was very friendly and glad to help. He even put the wipers on my car and entertained my son while I found some other things I needed. I highly recommend this auto parts store and ask for Billy!

I buy ALL of my auto parts and supplies from the Iron River O'Reilly store. All the employees I have engaged with have been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store and employees are clearly well managed. I've dealt frequently with Billy the manager of the store and it's clear why the store runs so smoothly! Billy is obviously highly educated in the field and has been extremely helpful in assisting me in properly diagnosing my issues and guiding me to select the parts, even offering tips on my repair work. Our community is so fortunate to have this resource! Keep up the great service!
the store almost always has whatever i may need. in some cases an item isn’t in stock but they are able to get it in the store the same day. all of the staff is friendly and helpful.
I enjoy going to the Iron River store. They are knowledgeable in what they do and eager to help. The communication between family is almost family like. This store is a true asset to the community!
Best part store to work with, Billy and the team are amazing to me every time go in. Which is quite frequently, being a rural mail carrier. Always friendly and willing to help. Only place I will shop for parts.
Very well stocked on basic stuff. To break up employee conversations for help is a challenge. And not real help just help knowing where the parts are within the store. Online ordering is getting more and more convenient

Wanted to give a shout out to Justin for going out of his way to help this busy Saturday afternoon with a battery/alternator issue. Replaced the battery on my Durango and got us back home safe.
They helped me find out my alternator was still good and that my AT light meant something totally different! Haha Bad news for me but at least I didn't buy the wrong part!

Nice clean store pepole are freandly But the are more pricey on a lot of stuff compared to other auto parts in the area 10 for a quart of atf and down the road I can save $4.00 a quart
My '97 Jeep died and wouldn't start when I was at O'Reilly's store in Iron River Michigan. Corey help me get some tools to clean the battery posts and also a car battery jumper. Neither worked. He crawled under my Jeep and tapped on my starter to see if that would help per
my request. Didn't work. Then he suggested he could push the Jeep and I could pop the clutch since it's a manual. I hadn't done that since high school. It worked! I was then able to get home and have it fixed in my garage by changing the starter. THANK YOU COREY!
Needed another Bluetooth device and the customer service was very helpful as I had also purchased another item so I have 3 plug ins to charge and use my led lights big bonus as to what I needed. Works great!
A new location for this major auto parts chain. Located just off of US Hwy 2 on Lalley Rd. on the east side of Iron River Mi. A big store with a large selection of products. The staff is friendly and knowledgable.
Very well stocked store! Lots of options. Service can be a lot better, never approached or helped with finding product. O'Reilly's has experts working behind the counter they just need to help other than just ring up my sale.
