Our boat trailer lost a tire while driving down the road and the owner, Jeff, came out and repaired the broken wheel hub assembly on the side of the road. He worked diligently and got us back up and moving in no time at all. Would highly recommend!
Was in Hale doing some site visit for work when my car started making some crazy sounds. Had one auto place look at it to see if I could make it home. He said absolutely not - and he couldn't repair it for me today, so he sent me to Shorts. They had it fixed in less than an hour - during their lunch. So appreciative of their service!
On my way home from work and my driver's side windshield wiper flew off my truck! Stopped at Shorts and got help right away. They installed it for me and I was quickly back on the road.
As always you stop and shorts and you get service with a smile. All the great people on the counter working always smile full of laughter and fun. And they know how to conduct business and get things done. I went in there with a small problem but they got it fixed in a hurry and I'm much appreciate it.
my 80 year old mother was told that her Mazda b4000 was to dangerous to drive and she should junk her truck, she signed over the title to him and unbelievably I see a woman driving the truck, the business sold it to her, so is it really to dangerousto drive or did he just sell a dangerous vehicle? I hate 2 things, liars and thieves! Never spending another dime there
Awesome people! Tried to help me customize a "direct replacement" part that was nowhere near a direct replacement, and sent me to another place when he didn't have a part fit that would work... Love my little part stores. 4 stars just because they didn't have the part. Always helpful. Always nice.
They did everything in a timely manner. From the first visit having my Cadillac checked for problems by a scanner. They ordered my part and made me an appointment right away. There customer service is wonderful and was very helpful. I will keep their card for issues that may arise again. I highly recommend their service’s to anyone who has car problems. Very friendly and considerate. They have a full skilled service along with highly qualified mechanics.

My car was experiencing a “no start” time in its life. The displays were going nuts. I had to bang on the alternator to get it started. Went to Bob’s for service. Pam said that it may be a couple days maybe a little more before they could get to it. That was ok, the weather was rainy and my wife and I thought it would be a great time to binge watch some Netflix. We only have one car so we were kinda home bound.
That was Monday, on Tuesday morning we received a phone call from Pam telling us the car was ready.
What? Really? Plus, it was only the battery that needed replacing. Great news! We walked down over to Bob’s got the car and went to vote.
Only one problem...no binge watching, but that doesn’t rate a star being taken away. Lmao.
