Originally left a 3 star on Facebook but decided to amend my review. They are shady. If you plan to buy for instance my case a starter, ensure they follow their own procedure selling a used electrical item. They do whatever think a sticker and take a photo with their identifying mark before the sale. They do not test their starters. She stated to me they have a 30 day warranty. My case was as follows. I have a 2000 7.3. Doing some research I was under the impression that you can swap the nose cone from a 7.3 starter to a 6.7 starter and install the 6.7 starter. There are YouTube videos out there. Must have been a slight change in starters between 2000 and 2003. Would not work for my application. Asked to return and they obliged with a 20% restocking fee. Fine. 38 min drive one way. Wife took it to return and the owner Wanda accused my wife of use trying to bamboozle her. Said that wasn’t the starter she sold us. “Did your husband install out 6.7 starter and you’re trying to return your old starter?” They only deal with super duties. She clearly don’t have a grasp on model yrs and starters what they look like. My wife was fuming being accused of essentially stealing. She gave my wife the refund minus the 20% but kept the taxes for themselves. Pocketed it. Nowhere do you do a return you don’t get back the 6% sales tax. That’s theft. They have to account all money as a business and only way to do this is cooking the books. 4.56 may not be a lot but if this is a regular practice that is a form of fraud. They made a baseless accusation yet did the same thing they accused me of. The lack of integrity and accountability is an issue. Buyer be ware when doing business. If you buy something ensure you plan to use it and not return it for any reason. They gave me some half hearted apology for the accusation but still insisted at the end of the phone call that wasn’t their starter cuz it had little grease on it. I reminded her that these are super duties. They leak oil. Especially the 7.trees. I failed to wipe off the little bit of grease that was left on it. Again. Buyer be ware. First photos is the starter they sold me. Second is my OE bad starter. Third is what an OE new starter looks like. Lastly is an optional replacement aftermarket starter for a 7.3. It’s an offset gear reduction starter common in the 7.3 world. Denso starter which are about 400 bucks new. Napa had a reman their brand for 260 bucks. Wanda and her son clearly have little knowledge on the various types of starters found in power strokes. They need to dig deep and try and find good in people and not accuse them right off the bat. For a starter I could not use drive a total of 120 miles. Doesn’t make sense to do all that driving for 76 bucks to be returned minus the taxes they stole. That’s where I draw issue now. They stole money. That is a shyster type behavior. ••Edit 2-23-26•• 95 plus 6% &5.70= $100.70 95-20% $19=$76+4.56=$80.56 Based on Michigan code I am suppose to be returned 4.56. I had read it incorrectly organically. She still could not choose between returning a dirty starter or returning a starter that she didn’t sell me. If you’re gonna make accusations as the very least still to one or the other. Wanda The thing that got me was you requested a starter that was free of oil but yet you sent this one back covered in oil. If it would have been clean like when it left there would have been no question and the transaction would have went fine. You can keep your review that is your opinion of us and that is fine. I will refund you the complete sales tax even though I should only owe you back the sales tax on the $79.00 I had expressed to her that I should have cleaned the starter prior to me returning it over the phone. Yet she fails to give the specifics of the conversation. This is a failure to be transparent and honest. Its principle. Don’t make an accusation then do exactly the same thing. Small or big. Doesn’t matter.

Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable, I drove from Indiana to pick up a complete cab except I made a mistake on the year, not only did they explain what all would have to be done to use that cab showed me other cabs that would work without the extra work, they showed me an even cleaner cab NO RUST ANYWHERE and got it pulled and loaded. I looked and looked for rust free cabs and when i found this place I could not have been happier, they had 6.0 6.4 6.7 and 7.3 trucks out there, yard is clean office is clean and the sweetest lady in the office, Justin knows his stuff and is very professional. If you want great rust free parts and a good price these are the only people to talk to.

So I was interested in a complete 06 f250 crew cab that was available. When I reached out to them about it, the cab was still mounted on the truck. I told them I was interested in the cab and I would take the cab. I also stated that I was coming from over 5 hours away to get it. I message them 2 days before I planned to come out and told them I’ll still take the cab and I’ll be coming that Saturday morning. They said that would work. Come to find out when I got there Saturday morning, the cab was still mounted to the truck and I was told the cab was not available for pickup because I never put a deposit on it when I was never told that I need to put a deposit on it. So let’s just say after driving over 5 hours out there it was a complete waste of time and I couldn’t be more frustrated. Was very interested in the cab but don’t really wanna make the over 10 hour round trip again.
