I went off the highway into a ditch in the snow storm this morning. Randy’s responded quickly and professionally to pull my vehicle out. James, the driver, was great.
This is hands down the best towing service I've ever dealt with. Super nice people and very fast.
The best part is I forgot an item in the car and their place is an hour away, and they were happy to send me the item!
We needed a motor home towed to the salvage yard and Randy's towing was great. They were able to schedule us quickly, the driver was professional and the price was the best in the area.
We were caught with a check engine light between Lansing and Williamston, called for a tow home to Grand Rapids. James B. Was prompt in responding, incredibly polite and this was the best/cleanest wrecker we have ever been in. Kudos for providing a great service and a great employee!
Most unprofessional place I have ever had a deal with very rude. Every time I have spoke to them on the phone or in person they had an attitude for absolutely no reason . I had to call the police to retrieve my car because the employees were completely out of pocket and making me feel threatened. They had damaged my car and we’re trying to refuse to give it to me, even though I had cash and had met everything they had asked
I was in a pretty bad accident and was taken by ambulance from the scene. Randy's towed my car. They have been great and understanding in a really frustrating time.
11:30 pm during snowpacolypse 12/23/2022. We're stuck, Randy's Towing came to free us. Not only that, they followed us home to ensure we didn't end up in another drift across the road. 10/10 thanks guys!
I ran out of gas and called them for help. Everyone i had interactions with were very polite and helpful from the woman who answered my call to the man who brought us the gasoline. They emailed the reciept which was so handy because I was able to just forward it right then to my insurance for reimbursement.
I received despicable service by an employee “Randy”, who was not only unprofessional but also very aggressive. From the beginning i felt a sense of unwelcoming, possibly because of my ethnic identity. I would not recommend anyone of color to patronize this business unless they too, want to be disrespected, & violently threatened.
Worst customer service ever! Was given one quote by the secretary and the tow man actually tried scamming me out of money. The tow man called me a cry baby (unprofessional), threaten to call the police for unknown reasons, he was aggressive and hostile because I told him I wasn't going to pay that amount, he said he spoke to the secretary but he would roll up his window whenever he was on the phone with her. As soon as a male friend called he lowered the price to $463 which I was originally given a quote of $403 so I still got scammed out of the $60. The way the man handled him self was tasteless and disgraceful. Definitely had to do with the fact that I am of color & the fact that I am a women. Btw he kept implying that it's my fault the car ended up the way it did, kept rolling his eyes, raising his voice the whole time, overall his tone of voice was truly disgusting and rude. His trigger was the fact that I told him I wasn't going to pay that price, as soon as he said he felt I got loud I tried to defuse the situation to let him know I come in peace but he just kept being the most disrespectful piece of man child I've ever met. Btw after I got home my friend called to get his information so we can file some complaints and this man literally tells him that they can meet at the lot to "square up homie" I mean you guys... This situation was insane, avoidable and truly unnecessary. Man child randy bless your heart and may you find god and peace.
Would not recommend. Got t boned and had to get taken to the ER. The next day (Sunday) they wouldn’t allow to me to get my valuables from my vehicle. On Monday my dad and I showed up to pay and take it off the lot. We had to wait 45 mins for someone to show up, even though they were claiming to be open. The man was incredibly rude and over charged us. I filled up my tank the day of the accident and no gas was lost in the front end collision, yet my tank was empty when I got my car back. I think it’s important to note that my car was in great condition and only a couple years old and was totaled. It seemed like man wanted first pick at my car after it was totaled. Guy was a creep also.
Broke down today in a transit van around Webberville on my way home to Holland after finishing my route in and around Detroit. Long day not to say the least. My driver showed up in a timely fashion and was a really cool dude. Honestly we talked and joked the entire ride. Made it go quick. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great company. First time I called them, they were there in 20 minutes and charged very reasonable for the tow. Driver/operator was very nice to work with too. Would definitely call them again
Needed an emergency tow and they were prompt and super helpful! The driver definitely went the extra mile and had a lot of helpful information. Great service. Above and beyond.
Way over charged, refused to take insurance, very rude and unprofessional, they were called by police following car accident and refused to tow to repair shop instead hauled to their lot and charged daily fee until they were paid cash. Worse service ever, do not use and if you have an accident refuse to use them.
Highway Robbers at thier finest! Car broke down on 96W as my Daughter was returning to CMU, insurance towed to this facility. Knowing I was over a barrel 100 miles away they quoted over $1900.00 for repair, charged me $160.00 for the estimate and charged my tow truck an additional $50.00 to pick up the vehicle.
Taking advantage of others misfortune, shame on you!!!
