I have dealt with this place quite a few times. This is the third time ive ordered parts through them and they sent them across the state to theyre place in Waterford. Once I can understand maybe even twice. Not three times. Especially the last two time within two weeks of each other. The incompetence is unacceptable. Their mistakes make me look bad when I give a customer a time frame....and now my clients employee has no vehicle to drive returning from vacation....I ordered my parts well in advanced of needing them and I still dont have them. From here on out I will be avoiding schram like the plague

When the transmission in our Blazer went out — our only vehicle to get to work and get our son to school — we were in a tough spot. After being quoted up to $8,000 from dealerships and spending days researching options, we came across Schram Auto Parts in Waterford, MI, and they were an absolute lifesaver.
From the first call, Chad and Todd were incredibly helpful, empathetic, and understanding of our situation. They walked us through every step, helped us find the exact transmission we needed, and made the entire process easy and stress-free — even shipping it all the way to North Carolina!
The price was more than fair, the service was outstanding, and it is clear they take pride in taking care of people, not just selling parts. If you are looking for reliable, affordable used auto parts and honest people who go above and beyond, I can’t recommend Schram Auto Parts enough.
If driving 53ft dry van. After Pulling into this bussiness you will need to get turned around. 1 dock operation sits in the edge corner of the main building. 1st time Not knowing I backed in from outside the front gate. After docking i realized that it was possible to drive through the gate and turn left at opening to make a IN YARD U-TURN.
Total time spent picking up Full load was about 80min.

Provided a used transmission at a great price and when they discovered the unit was not as expected (noted it had fire damage), called me to arrange for different transmission to be shipped. I appreciate that they had my best interests in mind when selling me parts!
Buying and picking up was very easy and smooth. Part comes on time. However, part’s description was not right. It was listed as A grade, but it has lost of scratches and some broken parts. It should be listed as B grade and price should be lower.
Overall, this is a reliable used parts shop except product description, which is probably not frequent.

The dealership was going to charge me several hundred dollars for a part that I found from Schram's for $69. They were very professional knew exactly what I needed. .

I initially looked up the parts I needed online. I decided I didn’t want to wait so I went to the Mason storefront. I ended up being assisted by Jay Johnston. Quick and easy process, got the parts I needed at a fair price. One of the initial parts that they pulled was apparently broken. I hadn’t even seen it and they said they were going to go pull another one as they didn’t want to sell me one that was damaged as that’s not what I had anticipated. That was appreciated. Overall great experience, definitely going to be my new “go-to” for used parts.
Front desk representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. There prices were the best for my original part. My part was in stock and price was$5.00 dollars cheaper than Amazon + no week and 1/2 wait for my part. Amazon wasn't an original part for my truck. These folks will be my first stop for parts from now on. Very happy customer
People there were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Seen my part on eBay which made it easy to confirm condition which helped because I was coming from out of state. Reasonably priced and was already off the vehicle. Would recommend
