Horrible worker, so the young punk driving the red flat bed blocked off the dead end road I live on in Holt so I drove around his truck with my truck and he decided to yell at me so I yelled back and by the end of the yelling he threatened me with a tire iron and yelled I had a knife which I did not threaten anyone with any weapon of any kind. I feel that young punk needs to lose his job. That is very very unprofessional and cops was called but didn’t do anything. The kid towed the people’s truck at the corner house away then decided to come back running his mouth and threatened my woman telling her to watch out because he knows where we live at.
They were prompt, and if I may say, "swift" to get my car to Swift Motors, who very "swiftly" (lol) fixed my car, and got me back on the road, and they charged precisely what they said they would which, given the circumstances, wasn't too much to ask, as it precipitated the swift resolution to my emergency. Nice job, guys, much appreciated.
I walked out this AM to a flat tire. I called my insurance for roadside assistance. They sent Swift. The guy was super nice. I didn’t catch his name, but wish I had. He helped put air in my tire enough to get it a couple miles down the road and followed me to Belle Tire to make sure I got there safe. I recommend them. Super nice folks.

I waited over a hour for another tow company. Called swift to come help me because I was in a rush. Someone was there within 5 minutes. Super kind man. Would have tipped him if I could afford it. Definitely recommend this company.
They came and towed my mom’s camper because it was called in as abandoned. Wouldn’t release it back by showing a bill of sale (just bought it not even 12 hours before it was towed). With the amount that they are charging to get it back is way more than what the camper is worth. Now they won’t even let her retrieve a few belongings that was on the camper. This place is a joke!!
Appointment for 7:30. Showed up at 9:05, it is now 9:50 and still isn't hooked up! What a joke! Do yourself a favor and call someone else unless you like spending your ENTIRE EVENING waiting!! Miss poor service!! 0 stars!!
Worked with my insurance to get a service dispatched and they picked up the order with a 60-90 min lead time. 80 minutes later I call to check and he says another 45 mm minutes. 45 minutes go by and they say 20-25. The driver calls 30 minutes later says he will be there in 15. 30 more minutes pass!! I was stranded in the side of a major freeway for well over 3 hours! Would never use this company and tell your insurance company not to use them
The driver of this company is extremely aggressive. Witnessed him swerving in front of cars, tailing others, all while towing two cars. He lowered his window and was yelling at passerby’s. I would not trust this company with my cars with the way he is driving.
I had quite a few things stolen from my vehicle. I’d really like to get ahold of someone but keep getting sent to voicemail. This is really frustrating when I’m relying on these people to help me out. Some things belonged to passed family members and I had to scrap the car so I know it’s not just somewhere in the vehicle. I cleaned my car before taking it to the mechanic so i know what was in my vehicle and I’d really appreciate someone getting ahold of me.
My roadside assistance company sent these guys out to help me jump the battery in my car. Took them 90 minutes to get here. The guy did not know what he was doing. I kept telling him I know it’s my battery bc I’m certain I left the interior light on. He tried multiple times to jump it and I could see the each time the battery was getting more and more juice. However, he gave up and said it must be the starter. So I called my insurance company this time and they sent out a different tow company who had the car running in 2 minutes flat. Thanks for wasting my entire morning. Please train your employees better.
Was minding my business on the road when one of their drivers suddenly got really upset with me and started raging. I still have no idea what I did, but the dude made sure to take the time to stop beside me at a red light and cuss me out and flip me off. When the light turned green, he immediately changed lanes on me missing me by inches.

Initially I had PJs towing come out and try to jump my vehicle. They could not get it started and advised I have it towed to shop.Swift came out to do the tow and tried jumping themselves and was successful in getting it started

Had to call them twice when the starter and ultimately the flywheel broke on our vehicle. Both times they showed up quickly and had the car back to the house with no issues.
Called these guys while stuck on side of road. My tow driver arrived within 30 minutes. He was kind and down to earth and gave me advice. Took me right to my mechanic. Thank you to gentleman who choose to pick me up over end of shift.
Not no more try to tow for parking at my brother trailer in mason as I was standing bye my car . That sad when you know the just changed it where you can't park in the road . So the drive throw to see if they can get somebody. With out the park even calling them . Do they need a go fund me page page on Facebook
The tow truck driver was there within 10 minutes on Christmas Eve... he was very professional, very courteous and kind, and handsome just made the whole bad car experience run very smoothly so thank you to whoever you are
The driver had no respect for professional boundaries and used my personal phone number to try to hit on me after dropping my vehicle and I off to the repair shop.
They created more damage to my will because the baby hooked it up. It seemed like they was moving fast and didn't take consideration and how they I tow my car
I've been towed twice by them. Both times the drivers were great. One even offered to change my tire, in -10 deg temps, to save me some money (no spare and the tire sealant was old and dry). The other time I had a car moved to a new residence. It was only $65 which seems ridiculously cheap for a flatbed tow.
Quick, reliable, awesome pricing and they do what they say they will do!!!!! I won’t use anyone else. I have used there services three times and Haven’t been disappointed. Thank you for your professionalism. Robert.
I waited all day for a tow to 3 miles away, because the insurance company sent a company from Detroit to tow me me. At the end of the day I cancelled their company and called swift. They were here in an hour and took care of it for me. Driver was excellent. Price was reasonable. I definitely recommend them.
Many people complain about towing because they are emotional and stressed. These bad evaluations of a service can be simplified if you called them back to see if the driver was coming. The one that was late may have had something else come up. Dont blame them for your lack of follow up. Also if your roadside assistance through insurance didnt follow up dont blame the tow truck company.
They were at my house in one hour like they said. Professional driver hooked up my Suburban and towed it to the repair shop. These guys are good at what they do and people who want to bash businesses need to consider all aspects of their service instead of focusing only on the negative.
