  Almost everything went smoothly. It's called cash for cars. But you recieve a check. Then when you go to the bank to cash the check, it's unable to be verified for 48 to 72 hours. So that's pretty crappy.

  The experience of getting my quote and getting connected with a local salvage yard was terrible. The call quality was bad, my call was dropped multiple times during the process, and it took FAR longer than it should have. Luckily the last person I spoke with was able to get everything completed. The local vendor was prompt and courteous and I was pleased with that part.

  Car died. They picked it up and paid for it. Very easy, courteous transaction. Only 4 star instead of 5 because tow did not arrive on schedule and I had to contact to have sent out resulting in a longish wait.

  The good: they gave me a better price for my old car than other buyers and towed it away when they said they would. The bad: some workers at the company were still calling and texting me trying to buy the car even several days after I had sold it to them. Left hand does not always know what the right hand is doing there.
