A pick up day was scheduled and they did not show up. it have been two days now. I can not reach them. They have hung up or it has gone straight to voicemail. I have already filled out my title. If they do not pick up this Car I will have a void title. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB for reimbursement. This is bad business practice.
I called GLR about picking up my son’s old vehicle and in less than 24 hours the vehicle was gone and I had cash in hand! Their initial quote was lower than the quote I received from a competitor, but they were willing to not only match their competitors’ prices, but actually went above them! So in the end they had the best offer for us. The process was also very quick and smooth. I called in the afternoon and they were out the next morning to pick it up! From their very kind customer service, to top pricing, to the quick and easy pickup, I definitely give this place 5 stars!

The driver was very professional what struck me was his kindness he was not in a rush and gave me time to remove what few belongings I still had. Sold my 2005 Kia...the only hiccup was that the tow truck company said they'd be there at 1pm but actually got there at 2:15pm beyond that everything went exactly as they stated...smooth process. Definitely would do it all over again!!!

Had been trying to get my old car out of the driveway for a couple of days (was going through another company and they kept telling me the would come but never showed up or called back). Called Cars4cash, got an appointment for the next day, and they came right when they said they would. They were incredibly friendly and the whole process was super easy. 10/10, best place to go through!
I scheduled a pick up for 5pm because my driveway would be to full past that time, they called to say there ready 7:45pm. I rescheduled for them to come the next day between 3 and 4 pm, do to my grandmothers wake i had to attend to at 4:30pm, they called ready at 5pm. I understand things happen but if there's an agreed time, then that's the time window.
