Never lease a vehicle from here bought a minivan it was a piece of crap unsafe to drive when i got it home ball joints busted on and 3 months later i gave it back to them it needed timing suspension etc. Then they wanna come after me and try to sue me for over 8 grand but it was a lease instead they auctioned it off if it was that safe then why didn’t they just re lease the vehicle. Exactly these people are snakes and sell lemons. Don’t waste your time go to a reputable dealer. Want me to pay over 400 a month for a crap car i was told to bring back and they came to get it and now wanna sue me. Well case is closed. Next time u buy a car don’t go to these and btw a lease is not financing and technically they should be fixing the vehicle cuz that’s how a lease works and they refused so yes paradise motors sucks and i hope they get shut down

When I purchased my vehicle from Paradise Motors 2 years ago, it was with the intention of having a safe and reliable vehicle. That was far from what I bought. I know that when you buy a vehicle there will always be things to fix on it but everything that was wrong with mine should have been illegal to sell someone, especially for as much as I paid for this vehicle. This is everything that I had to replace within 2 years of buying this vehicle (most was first 24hrs-1st year)...

Catalytic Converters
2 rear shocks
Muffler
Purge valve
Mass air flow sensor
2- o2 sensors
Spark plugs
Coil packs
(There may be a couple things I'm missing)
Also has had a cracked manifold that I have not been able to get replaced yet. And the blind spot sensors on the mirrors were broken (which that was not a huge deal). And I am still to this day having major issues with this vehicle. I absolutely would not recommend buying from Paradise Motors. And they will write you off real quick when you keep turning to them for help with the issues with your vehicle.
A while back I wrote a long review. The repair shop next door contacted me and asked if I could take the review down. At first I wasn't going to take it down until my issue was fixed. He then proceeded to tell me Paradise would not do anything for me until I took it down. The issue was NEVER resolved. I have had my vehicle to their repair shop at least 4 times in the bay, (2-3 times to take it up there and they turned me away). I will add OJ (manager at the repair shop) did try his best to work with me. Unfortunately it was out of his hands because Paradise wouldn't make things right with me.
Dylan kern is really nice and polite and I really glad I went through with him getting a new vehicle. He made the process really easy and was able to work with me. I would recommend him to anyone getting a new car.
Sarena was amazing. She was able to work with me over the phone. So when I walk through the door I already knew I was approved which made getting my truck so much smoother. I wasn’t expecting to drive off the lot with the truck the same day but she made it happen!! I recommend her when looking for a new vehicle.
Joe the car guy really is awesome!!!! He got me into a vehicle that I needed as well as something I could afford. His patience is out of this world! He worked numbers i thought would not be possible and made my affordability worth it. He made my experience well worth my time.
