Very good store. Friendly staff (except for one prune) and lots of good stuff. During the past year, however, prices on what they consider 'better' items have become ridiculous. Antiques are mostly higher than antique stores! Jewelry and handbags are higher than consignment and new stores like TJX. They really ought to keep in mind that those of us who donate regularly care about getting deals and those who only have money for needed items would love to get something 'extra special' at a great price. These items are DONATED after all! Plus their NFS items are out of control. Last Christmas most of their trees were not for sale!! The people doing the pricing really need to go shopping other places as far as decorative accessories, jewelry and antiques to see how crazy some of their prices are. Clothing is mostly reasonable. Vinnies is great and doesn't want to become Goodwill!

I had to redo my review. This is the third time I have been there and it is great, everything is of great quality and the staff is wonderful.

Reminds me of Salvation Army thrift stores, cheap prices on great items. This store is massive, I moved to an apartment next door and I'm definitely coming back. Everything vintage you could imagine, huge selection of books and movies. I have a baby and baby stuff is not cheap. I found a tub of baby feeding gear that is pennies over new retail. Meijer sells feeding spoons 3 pack for $9, I got a bag of 6 for $2.

Lot of mixed reviews, but most clothing seemed priced around $5 (this was good and bad, generally good unless you just want a tank), and I got a nice china set (set of about 9 with various plates/bowls) for $40 (though i thought it would be 20 with the sign saying 50%off), new lightbulbs for $1/box, a $10 gold vintage floor lamp, and a nice vase for $10. Overall we were happy with our finds and their org abilities. Only one person at the register, clearly stressed and overworked. Hire more people!!!

This place is a joke I would never spend my money here, the lady was rude and very unhelpful! I walked out empty handed and very unsatisfied!

I'm very smell sensitive, so I have to be in the right headspace to stop in, but they generally have very nice things! Generally they get a lot of vintagy items, so it's fun to shop! Books are in good condition for the most part and have quite a few, but they're pretty old. Altogether, this is one of the better secondhand stores in the area!

I was very impressed with this store. It's clean, has a great selection, good prices, and the staff is kind. I will be coming back!

Selection is obviously limited to what's donated but employees are very friendly and items especially clothing are usually in fair to good shape. There big downside is there money assistance programs and all the requirements as well as actually being able to speak with a human about it.

Good spread of things in this store and nice employees. I was mostly scoping it out to see what kind of furniture they had and I was pretty impressed by the selection. Nice spread of "I just need a table sure yeah $15 seems fine" to "wow this is real wood for $100". I'll be back :)

I used to LOVE this store but pricing is out of control!!!! Someone needs to tell staff to look at eBay SOLD prices and not for sale prices online. This makes the store look absolutely ridiculous when there is a pair of very used boots for $250 but they sold for $40-$50 online. A plain ugly black dress from lane Bryant for $80, I mean it’s not couture! It’s LANE BRYANT!! lol A wool sweater for $60. Smh. It’s a shame. Please just stop.

We took a lot of clothes to the S. Washington Lansing store the beginning of the month. Their staff removed a soft side cooler filled with reusable insulated grocery bags without my knowledge. These were not to be donated. Didn't discover til we got home. Went back next morning and no one knew anything. They would watch for them as they went thru the large pile of donations and staff person from Williamston had my contact info and told me she would return them when found. I am still waiting. Can't believe they didn't find them yet. I won't be donating to SVDPS in the future but to Salvation Army.

I love this store!!!! I didn't know when I got there. I believe it was half off. New clothing in the aisles were packed. I have to give a big shout out to those who work there. They're always so friendly. And I was shocked when I walked out with the amount of stuff I purchased that only came with $13. One warning if you're even thinking about buying something that you may want to buy it because it won't be there tomorrow.

Went there to look for a few items for my home .Was very disappointed in the pricing there was s very old used leather chair for 200.00 which is totally ridiculous. I had bought same type chair in much better condition for 50.00 months prior .as I looked around I saw prices so expensive you could buy the same items new in a regular store.Very disappointed in there pricing for there items will not be go7ng back to shop there anymore as well as neighbors of mine with similar experiences. Checked by there again to give a second chance again very disappointed by such ridiculouslyhigh prices fo items you could purchase brand new .management or whomever changed pricing should be ashamed for people just trying to get a few things would be better off going to a regular store .Shows how much society has changed from helping others to helping there own back pockets .all my neighbors feel the same and will no longer donate to them because its such a scam .

They never reopened the fitting rooms so you can't try on the clothes. Now you need an id to use the baskets and the no shoplifting signs are so excessive and numerous it's uncomfortable to shop here, it feels like you're being treated like a criminal as a default

Rude staff! Refused to accept my clean (many brand new) donations at the side door because they had "too" many to deal with. I scheduled a pick up at my house and the drivers only took half because they didn't have room on their truck and they told me to deliver the rest to the store. The store director refused my donations, but then wanted to pick thru to find only specific items. This is suppose to be a Christian based store? Never again will I support them. Much better customer service at Goodwill everytime! Very sad they have employees like this!!!

I’ve been here twice now. The store is clean and organized and has a great selection, however I’ve had some unpleasant staff interactions. The first time I went, starting at 45 minutes before close, every 5 minutes there would be an excessively rude closing announcement that really ruined the experience. The second time I went, a women was attempting to steal a bag of items (which I don’t think is okay), and a male employee yelled at and and grabbed the women, yanking her bag away from her. When they went through her bag, it was necessities such as underwear. I feel this was handled very inappropriately and it was very upsetting to watch, due to this I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I don’t want to support a business that treats people this way. I’ve done my time working in retail and I would NEVER put my hands on someone like that, even if they were stealing.

I love this location. They are always very busy and usually have a line - but I think it's worth it. I definitely will be back soon. I found an awesome butter cutter and my hubs got a cute bobble head!

It's one of my favorite thrift stores. Great selection of clothes, dvds, books, and knickknacks. Has furniture, although typically older styles and somewhat pricey. Prices are better than Goodwill. The staff is nice and the store is clean and well kept. They also have a supply of used medical equipment (wheelchairs, crutches, etc.) they lend at no cost.

Shopped here for the first time last week. I was so pleasantly surprised! Clean, well-organized, and the hard goods area in front was so beautifully displayed! By far the best display I've seen in a thrift store (something I'd expect from a consignment shop perhaps). Staff was pleasant and the prices were very reasonable. Cons: Some clothing racks have too much on them which makes it hard to look through them, and there are NO FITTING ROOMS. This means I will probably not purchase clothing here, since I don't want to have to buy it and take it home to try it on. That made me sad because there were many beautiful clothing items I'd picked out before realizing there was no way to tell whether they'd fit me. I put all but one back.

They have a very nice staff and do a great service to the community. There are many things you can find for sale from boots to bowls and many things come in from donation often. There is a full parking lot very often, but also parking on the street. They currently have a tandem bike for sale. There is vintage section for the old folks, and several types of frames for suitable pictures. They have a restroom available. The choices are endless and at a fair price. They also have many clothing choices including a section of new items with tags. I didn't see any food available. The smiles are endless. They can come with a truck to pick up your donation if it is unwieldly and or large. They assured me that they do this very often. Thank you Vincent for your chasitity and providing a kindness to our city!!

SO MANY CLOTHES AT SUCH AMAZING PRICES! I literally shopped till I dropped and couldn't shop anymore. The staff here is also incredibly friendly and kind! Definitely visit this place and it wasn't just clothes that they have they have everything you could think of.

One of my all time favorite thrift stores! they have a great selection of fashion including a lot of shoes and jewelry. I also regularly find great surprises in the home goods section, and I love the "nicer" home goods like china in the front area. The only thing I don't like is that they sort clothes by color instead of size -- it looks great but isn't super practical and makes the process take a lot longer.

Always interesting. Never know what you'll find. Unfortunately like most thrift stores nowadays though you see the same inventory weekly. Probably from lack of employees. And prices seem to have gotten higher in thrift stores which seems unfair considering they get all their stuff donated free. But the staff does a great job. Worth checking out and St Vincent actually uses the money they make to help others unlike other thrift stores so that's cool.

This is an awesome thrift store! The clothes are color coded and they have so many options. The place was clean as well. They have a great selection of China, cups, plates, and decor as well. I had an awesome thrift haul, and it was under $50 for 10 pieces of clothing!

St Vincent is absolutely unmatched. The STAFF is the best part about St Vincent, but that's not to say the selection is sub-par. The service is just that good. They really, truly care about offering quality items at affordable prices for the community. You'll find beautiful furniture, great condition sporting equipment, working mowers and trimmers with years of life left, and awesome clothes/bags here. Unlike other thrift shops, they offer RETURNS ON ELECTRONIC ITEMS such as the weedwhacker I bought there, which works perfectly to this day! I cannot rave about this store enough. The best thrift in town by a mile is an understatement. The products are clean and well-curated. The employees are kind and genuine. A trip to St Vincent is a good pick-me-up when having a rough day. You will leave with a smile on your face and an item you will treasure forever.

I consider this a "high quality" thrift shop. It is pretty clear that they carefully select the clothes that they put out, and it is priced very fair. I especially love when they have sales, such as BOGO or 50% off. You can find a lot of name brand and well-made items here. If you are looking for antiques or collectibles, they have a decent selection! I try to stop in a few times a month "just to take a peek" and end up scoring a deal (or six). Very kind people work here, too! They are patient and know how to joke around a little. I once walked in about 10 minutes to close by mistake and apologized when I realized it. They laughed and gave me a little tease and said I had plenty of time. I really enjoy this place!
