Aaron Wiley went above and beyond helping me not only with the service I needed, but going out of his way to work with my schedule. The team let me know what was recommended without pressure or “Sales Tactics”. I will be back, and so will my family.
Had my vehicle in for repair for a shake in the front end. After paying over $1300 for what they said was wrong, (Tie rods, links, and bearing) still had the shaking. I took it back to have it looked at again and the mechanic said, he looked into it deeper and found a problem with the cradle bushings and told me I would have to take it somewhere else because they didn’t do that work there. I feel like I paid $1300 for nothing because the same problem is there. Very disappointed.
This place. I was frantic about my brakes all of a sudden making a grinding sound. These guys got me in next day, diagnosed the problem (something was wedged between caliper) and only charged me the $10 diagnostics fee. Couldn’t recommend these guys more.
I have had many opportunities to leave a negative review about this place but have put it off because I once believed in Firestone. I have been a long time customer and even a former employee. Over the past few years I have visited, my experience with the team has been getting less and less unpleasant. I remember a time Firestone had a plan called 20/20 vision. It was to be the go-to shop of the community, a place that can be trusted and reliable, dedicated to the customer experience. They wanted to be number 1 in the name of car service and repair by the year 2020. It is now 2025 and I can honestly say that vision has not come true. I have experienced a serious lack of communication every single time I visit. They seem to not care anymore about customer satisfaction. They don’t take time to explain the repair order. They don’t bother looking up prices for you to see if you’re wasting your time. Any news they have about your vehicle gets emailed to you and not brought to your attention in person, even if it’s a serious safety concern, which in my experience was. Ive even been told to take my vehicle to the dealer because they don’t have the proper equipment or technician to perform certain repairs (which was never the case in the past). Services I’ve been told they can’t do is electrical, oil leaks, and coolant leaks. The only communication they offer is to tell you how much you owe them and have a nice day (in my experience). I am not seeking any compensation or reimbursement of any kind. I just want for someone in the corporate office to see this message and bring to the attention of anyone who still cares for the customer experience and hopefully makes some changes to redeem this place.
JaLynn and Gabe were super kind and helpful with my car troubles. By the time I got to this Firestone, it had already been a long day. Their service was excellent and they got me in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Really good experience and highly recommend this store!
Really happy with service I received from W. Saginaw store. Helped me to figure out exactly what maintenance service my Toyota Camry needed, pointed out another matter needing attending on an underside of vehicle. Provided courtesy repair. I especially appreciate the excellent customer service given my routine visits for the alignment lifetime warranty I have them.
The staff is friendly and super helpful! I won't take my car anywhere besides them and I only take it to the one on Saginaw st! Best customer service and car service around! If you ever need anything call and ask for Aaron and he will get you taken care of!
I would give a 0 if I could. Called to make appt for tires installment with balancing. Questions: "Are they firestone tires?" No. "Are the stickered?" No. "Where did you get them?" From the person I bought the truck from. Made appt for 3 hours later. Drove nearly 10 miles. Guy asked the same questions with an additional one "Do you have then with you?" Yes. "We don't put tires on that aren't firestone. They wasted my time and gas. I could have had them done much sooner had I not been lied to. Incompetent at it's best. Verify all information they give you. Worst service ever in the tire world.
Aaron and the crew did a great job for me! I had stopped a 5 different shops because neither of my head lights worked. No one else could figure it out! Aaron got me fixed up within a half hour!!!!! They are my new go to mechanic!! Thanks again guys!!!
Jalynn was so amazing when I came in, I was suppose to get a patch done so I thought but ended up having to get a new tire she came thru helping me out and I left with a free gift I recommend Firestone
You're not going to find better service advisors than Aaron and Anthony! Came in because my daughter's tire wasn't holding air. Turns out there was a nail in it. They got us in the same day to look at it but unfortunately they didnt have her tire size in stock. Anthony ordered the two tires for me and they were ready the next day. I wasn't able to attend the appointment with my daughter but Aaron made sure everything was taken care of. There were no surprise labor charges on the receipt when I arrived home which has happened to me at other auto service companies. You cant find customer service like this anymore. Im thankful that these guys got my kiddo safely back on the road!
Anthony and Aaron are amazing. It’s always done right the first time and they’re always helpful. Having car trouble is a pain and nobody likes paying for repairs, but the team at Firestone Lansing is patuent to explain everything, give the customer their full undivided attention, and always more than pleasant, their joyful and clearly appreciate their customers. Its great to have good local mechanics that I can depend on
I like that they offer a lifetime vehicle alignment. Erin has helped me get work done on 3 of my cars and been super helpful. I wanted a specialty performance tire and he was able to get it and installed. Super helpful and highly recommend the shop!
Aaron was very professional and made me as the customer feel valued. If you ever have to take your car in for anything at this Firestone ask for Aaron and he will take care of you!
I had a flat tire and Firestone got me in and repaired in just a few minutes. JaLynn Marcera was a pleasure to deal with. She knows her stuff. Would recommend talking to her.
Got my vehicle taken care of in a very timely manner. What was the best is I had it at another location (different company) that told me it was just a sensor. It was still leaking air so I took it here and they showed me the nail in it!!! Honest hard working people. Go see them for all your needs
I had a rough experience at another location, but the Firestone on West Saginaw completely turned that around. The staff here went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were professional, respectful of my time, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. It’s clear they value their customers, and I truly appreciate how they handled everything. This is the kind of service that earns loyalty—I’ll definitely be coming back here. I was helped by Jalynn and Aaron they were both informative and friendly.

Jalynn was and IS amazing. I went to la Fontaine twice and they could not get my alignment right nor show me papers. Jalynn showed me the paper of my alignment being off, and telling me how it works making me feel so much better sense this car is brand new! I signed up for the lifetime alignment! She had such a warm and bright smile!
They rehung my splash guard very quickly as it was an emergency. Got me right in and made me feel right at home. Best Firestone ever. 100% recommend. Jalynn/ Andrew & Aaron ate exceptional.
Aaron and the gang at Firestone have been an absolute blessing. I have come here numerous times in a very short span of time. I’m visiting every 5000 miles- about 2 months for me- I appreciate free rotations/alignments with my tire purchases and coupons for my oil changes. Customer service is always excellent. Jalynn, Aaron & Anthony have all been very helpful. I recommend this location to everyone!

scheduled an alignment online for 6PM. Received a call within about 5 minutes letting me know there would not be a tech available that late. Re-scheduled for 7AM the next morning. Upon arrival, was greeted with a smile, vehicle taken in and alignment performed. Took about 30-40 minutes, end result is all measurements in the green. Super awesome for the road trip I was taking that day. Van drove awesome and super happy with the store, staff, tech, and vehicle left clean and ready to go.
I called them and described the problem, came and showed my Ford Transit350 to make sure that they could lift it on a lift and the van would drive through their gates, they called an appointment for the next day in the morning, came the next day, waited until 3 pm, at 3 pm they said they would accept it tomorrow morning, the next day they refused to repair my van because it turned out that it was big. The van stood in front of their lift for 2 days, and they could not understand whether they could repair it. Replacing a rear bearing takes 2 hours, but it turned out that they were not able to do it, they refused to talk to me and hung up the phone, said that they only change oil and wheels.my bearing started humming on the way from detroit to wisconsin and i pulled off the highway and stopped at this shop after calling them making sure they would take me in. i stopped by to show them the van and make sure they could fix it and they confirmed it to me making an appointment for the next morning but they didnt take me they moved the appointment to the next day.I sat in the car for 2 days waiting for an appointment and on Wednesday they kicked me out of the workshop.
At 9 PM my tire blew and I was panicking because I needed to be at work at 8:30 AM the next day. At the suggestion of the tow company I made an appointment online to have my tires replaced at this Firestone location because they were the only place open at 7 AM. I called as soon as they opened to confirm my appointment, and they let me know that I had accidentally scheduled the appointment for the wrong day. They were still able to take me at 7 AM same day, and worked fast to be able to have a full vehicle inspection and all four tires replaced before I had to leave for work. Anthony at the front desk was amazing and kind, and helped me get in and out as fast as possible and saved me money. I would recommend this place 1000 times over!
