I had a rough experience at another location, but the Firestone on West Saginaw completely turned that around. The staff here went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They were professional, respectful of my time, and made sure I felt taken care of from start to finish. It’s clear they value their customers, and I truly appreciate how they handled everything. This is the kind of service that earns loyalty—I’ll definitely be coming back here. I was helped by Jalynn and Aaron they were both informative and friendly.

Jalynn was and IS amazing. I went to la Fontaine twice and they could not get my alignment right nor show me papers. Jalynn showed me the paper of my alignment being off, and telling me how it works making me feel so much better sense this car is brand new! I signed up for the lifetime alignment! She had such a warm and bright smile!
I have been taking my vehicles to this Firestone on W. Saginaw since 2000 and I have never had a bad experience. Before long trips I take vehicles in for an inspection to be sure everything is at peak performance. I truly believe in the work the technicians do here. Aaron, the service advisor, has the best customer service in the industry. Anthony is good too, I haven't had as many interactions with him but he is professional and attentive. I have had at least 6 vehicles worked on by these guys and every time, it has been successful. One time I needed some welding done on the frame, which they don't do, but they gave me a very good reference for where I could have it done. Saved me a ton of money. I did get a second opinion from a collision shop and they said they couldn't do it because the parts they needed to order were no longer available due to the age of the vehicle, and even if they could, it would cost over $4k. The welding shop Firestone recommended, did the job for under $700. Was it repaired to "like new" condition? No, but it held up for the life of the vehicle, which was another 2 years. I could go on and on about the many different experiences I've had here but if you've read this far, I'm sure you get the picture. I trust this establishment to be honest and fair, which is hard to come by these days!
They rehung my splash guard very quickly as it was an emergency. Got me right in and made me feel right at home. Best Firestone ever. 100% recommend. Jalynn/ Andrew & Aaron ate exceptional.
I went into this tire center with a flat tire that still had some air in it after using Fix-a-Flat, and I was immediately told they could not repair the tire because “Fix-a-Flat causes deterioration to the rubber and could lead to a blowout.” That statement is completely false and shows either a shocking lack of knowledge about tires or a blatant attempt to upsell unnecessary services.
Fix-a-Flat does not eat away at rubber. Any trained and honest tire technician knows this. Plenty of reputable shops repair tires that have had sealant used, as long as the damage is within repairable guidelines (puncture size, location, etc.). To refuse service and spread misinformation is unprofessional at best and dishonest at worst.
Instead of providing real solutions or even explaining repair options, I was brushed off with misinformation. This kind of service erodes customer trust and wastes people’s time. If you’re looking for a place that values accuracy, professionalism, and customer service, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Bottom line: If a shop can’t even get basic facts right about something as common as Fix-a-Flat, why would you trust them with your safety on the road?
Staff was very friendly and helpful - got me in right away - addressed my situation and got me in and out within an hour and gave me the service that was needed for my vehicle with no hassle at all - would highly recommend them - Thank you

Not only have they fixed a potentially catastrophic situation, they have also treated me like family throughout the process. I couldn't recommend this location enough! We took our truck in, they said they needed to order the part, they called us the next day said the part was in, we agreed to get the work done, we went yo pick up the truck and while they were explaining what they “actually” did, we were told that they rigged up some parts, it’s a temporary fix but it will last probably 1yr to 1 1/2 yr.. WTH!! I was livid! I said “this is bazaar! We have our truck at a BUSINESS and paid $563 dollars, and being told it’s a temp fix!” The smart mouth guy sitting in the backyard says “ well we can take it apart and you can take it some place else” , which was tempting but my husband had to call off of work today and no way could he call off again tomorrow, we were stuck and had to pay the bill. Seriously, not one damn work of them rigging up the service, and it was all topped off with “it’s a temporary fix”, we also paid in the bill $168 in antifreeze!! Who the hell news $168 in antifreeze!????I don’t recommend ANYONE to use this place if business, EVER

Went for tires and oil change. Left with dash lights required maintenance light on along with 4x4 light also traction light on . Went back in told them lights were not on when I brought car in. Lights are still on. Not a very happy customer. Oil change there are extremely expensive. They don't put tpms on tires either so now my tire pressure light is on with new tires.
Places an order online and made the appointment online. Showed up to my scheduled appointment only to be told the tire I ordered online was not available and the tire they did have was double the price.
I understand that things happen as far as product availability and potential inventory discrepancies, but why isn't the manager or an assigned person checking the orders and reaching out ahead of appointments to let customers know that their orders can't be filled, give them options ahead of the appointment so the customer doesn't feel pressured into buying whatever is available.
It feels a bit skeezy, back handed and con artsy to do this to customers. I would have been easy less annoyed about the price increase if it wasn't just sprung on me, this is bad for your business and I hope you make some changes to better communicate with paying customers.
I did get a good quality tire in the end and the overall wait time was minimal.
scheduled an alignment online for 6PM. Received a call within about 5 minutes letting me know there would not be a tech available that late. Re-scheduled for 7AM the next morning. Upon arrival, was greeted with a smile, vehicle taken in and alignment performed. Took about 30-40 minutes, end result is all measurements in the green. Super awesome for the road trip I was taking that day. Van drove awesome and super happy with the store, staff, tech, and vehicle left clean and ready to go.
I called them and described the problem, came and showed my Ford Transit350 to make sure that they could lift it on a lift and the van would drive through their gates, they called an appointment for the next day in the morning, came the next day, waited until 3 pm, at 3 pm they said they would accept it tomorrow morning, the next day they refused to repair my van because it turned out that it was big. The van stood in front of their lift for 2 days, and they could not understand whether they could repair it. Replacing a rear bearing takes 2 hours, but it turned out that they were not able to do it, they refused to talk to me and hung up the phone, said that they only change oil and wheels.my bearing started humming on the way from detroit to wisconsin and i pulled off the highway and stopped at this shop after calling them making sure they would take me in. i stopped by to show them the van and make sure they could fix it and they confirmed it to me making an appointment for the next morning but they didnt take me they moved the appointment to the next day.I sat in the car for 2 days waiting for an appointment and on Wednesday they kicked me out of the workshop.
At 9 PM my tire blew and I was panicking because I needed to be at work at 8:30 AM the next day. At the suggestion of the tow company I made an appointment online to have my tires replaced at this Firestone location because they were the only place open at 7 AM. I called as soon as they opened to confirm my appointment, and they let me know that I had accidentally scheduled the appointment for the wrong day. They were still able to take me at 7 AM same day, and worked fast to be able to have a full vehicle inspection and all four tires replaced before I had to leave for work. Anthony at the front desk was amazing and kind, and helped me get in and out as fast as possible and saved me money. I would recommend this place 1000 times over!

I got a flat tire and my car doesn't have a spare, so the guys here helped a ton in getting my tires replaced under the circumstances. And I saved money with the deals offered.
