  Zack was very helpful and friendly I was looking for a product called TuckVisor it’s a sunshade accessory you don’t carry it but he suggested I check the other stores or call costumer service and he said he would pass on the info to his manager I really hope you get the product thanks Zach for good costumer service

  bought there for a battery for my pacifica I bought and got a new one for well over 200 duralast gold and it did the trick. Previous owner of car was very deceptive in his description of he actually did and didn't do. Always give any car u buy a good look over and get advice from trusted mechanic and make a great decision..

  Just wanted to let everybody know this is the store to stop by Kitty Alvin and Michelle help me out when I overheated on the highway and got me home in one piece I'm definitely vague on where I was stranded but they managed to get me back to my car and got me home and Kitty personally gave me a ride back to my car in this gosh awful heat and it's greatly appreciated every single one of you

  I frequent here. The staff that has remained for sometime knows me by name. I enjoy coming here because I'm familiar with the staff. However there is a decent change in other staff and they lack the customer service aspect most of the time. To be fair it's the Southside of Lansing and customers lack politeness at times as well. Talk to Greg or Alex. Ready and willing to help.

  These guys are always good to me. A Lil on the pricey side. 18 dollars for a can of spray paint 25 dollars for a cat cleaner but I always feel smarter the guys seem to know what their talking about always

  Went into this store location in need of a tail light and head light, the person helping me was extremely kind and helped me figure out how to replace the bulbs in the back and even went out and replaced my headlight! For a car noob I am very appreciative and wasn’t expecting the level of help. I certainly will be returning to this location with my car needs.

  My daughter's car needed a battery. She called Auto Zone on MLK and verified they had the battery. Lukas had the battery and was able to swap it out for her in no time. Not only that....but it was on Easter! Top notch service Lukas! You earned a return customer.
