Don't go here! Staff is unprofessional and needs to be held accountable. They double charged a customers payment info and then assaulted the customer on film when she confronted them. Then to make matters worse tried to intimidate her into not posting it. This is the worst type of treatment and it does not deserve anyone's patronage or service.

Some people work hard for they money, and if you value your money it will be in your best interest to not do business with the company they double charged a customer and instead of just giving a refund if it was a mistake they tried pushing her out the door and calling the police on her.
Guys helped me a lot today. I stuck in a middle of a road with a broken gladhand. Needed a 5$ fitting that they couldn't find in their inventory. But when I almost went on the road back to my broken trailer they stopped me and offered something similar that actualy worked great. I do respect such attitude! And wish these guys all the best! This business does not practice customer service. However, they do practice theft and will illegally charge your card and then call the police on you for confronting them. Add on try to assault you. I would not purchase anything from this business.

Don’t go there very very expensive they charge 510 dollars only for changing oil the filter was mine for diesel and oil both and I told them to put rotella T5 and when I check my bill they put Rotella T4 and they charge extra 40 dollars for trailer grease and even they not grease my trailer right very bad place don’t go there when u change oil in TA or love speedco they only charge you 430 or 480 dollars with filter and everything and trailer grease but these guys are very very expensive and one thing more they lie to me when I was going there to change my nox sensors I told them do u guys have software to do force regions after changing the sensor they said yes but at the end they said we don’t have software to force region so now I need to spend more 150 dollars don’t go there
Had to buy a water pump for my 2015 Prostar with a Cummins ISX15. Could not get one with the parts house of my Choice and was referred to this dealership. The water pump cost me $678 and was in stock. The next morning I had to order three O-rings to complete the installation. Greg Bappert what is the salesman and he was able to deliver the O-rings to the truckstop where I was working on my truck. Later in the day it turned out I needed a fan belt and Greg again at no cost to me delivered the belt. From start to finish these folks bent over backwards to help a Brokedown truck driver get back on the road to make money. Thank you to the staff and management of West Michigan international in Grand Rapids Michigan! I am giving them five stars because of the fabulous customer service that I was shown.
people and techs were good,but they had my trucks what was supposed to be 2 days ended up being almost 10 days,not a really good thing,but they r short handed..they should tell u when you drop it off ur unit that there are no promises on date completed thanks
