Well the parts are what you'd expect from AutoZone but the customer service there was Top Notch the gentleman there went out of their way to assist me in every way possible. If you find yourself on the Northside of Lansing it's worth a stop if you need to

Good, the kid behind the counter ask me how much brake pads cost "back in my day.". I responded, didn't have brake pads, had brake shoes. He gave me that glassed over look. I should have drawn him a picture.

Everyone here is always nice & helpful, which tells me they probably have a great manager. Aaron helped me with my new wiper blades today. He was full of smiles & was a big help even though it was a rainy day, not full of sunshine. I can tell he’s a hard worker & great at his job! Awesome crew here!! I appreciate their customer service at this location & will continue coming back.
Thanks to AutoZone Lansing for giving us an awesome referral to Muffler Man Lansing when we got stuck with a safety issue in Lansing. The referral told us that it was a shop that did the best work and would not take advantage of us. They were so true! Thank you AutoZone!
Shaun is extremely knowledgeable! I was expecting this issue to take up a ton of time but he made it very easy and got me fixed up in no time. HUGE shout out to this AutoZone, will definitely be recommending to all my friends!
With an exception of one or two employees on occasion, customer service is always great. Have trusted AutoZone, and the long time staffers, with all my auto needs (even prior to being married to one of the managers!) I also see, on a regular basis, who IS doing their job, who isn't, who's there just to collect a paycheck, and who is stealing from the store. The long time employees of this store are great, it's the newbies and even some transfers, that are causing issues. (Also, the newer employees don't know who I am, so I can spy on them and report back to management. Just an FYI) ;)
Overall a great store with pleasant staff...minus a couple of employees who cause issues at this particular store.
Sean/Shawn was PHENOMENAL what I thought would be complicated he made easy definitely took customer service to the next level in an era where it seems like the customer is secondary he upheld hope that EXCEPTIONAL customer service is still out there Ill never visit another location all thanks to him
Stewart was awesome! My check engine light came on after getting an oil change at Belle Tire and he was able to help me with no hesitation. He checked my car and told me everything I needed to know regarding the part I may need to fix the issue. He was patient and answered all my worry some questions. Luckily when I drove back to my house the light went away, but I truly appreciate all the information he gave me.
Ended up in their parking lot after getting a flat tire on my way to work. Sean is a life saver. He helped me out with the tools I needed and made my bad day a little better. Highly recommend
The assistant manager of this store was so helpful and nice. He changed my battery and gave me tips for keeping my car running well. I appreciated all of his help today and I will be back to this autozone for my future car needs.
Our belt broke and this store was too far away for us to walk. Patrick delivered it to us fast and we were able to get our car back on the road. We’ve never heard of any auto parts store delivering a part for someone. Huge life saver. Thanks Patrick, you are an amazing and kind person and we’d be lost without your extra kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. Or miles in this case. Thank you Patrick!
I gave 3 stars because it depends on who you have help you. The girl with the dark hair is brilliant and friendly but other people that work there don't know how to find the oil isle... regardless they're all better than the egos at O'Reilly's.
AutoZone Angel Alma came out to the parking lot to help me hands-on when I was having trouble with a flat tire that seemed to be not taking air. It was cold out, dark already AND in the midst of the Corona craze. She was friendly, patient and ever so helpful. She is very knowledgeable in regards to her work and always has a perfectly positive attitude!!
Great customer service, they were able to show me the part I needed, and how to install it while in the parking lot! Even offered to rent me the specific tools to do the job. Fantastic service at a reasonable price
Amazing store to call your home AutoZone. ;) Sean F., the outstanding employee who went above and beyond to help me identify (diagnostic tool) and fix a problem with my car that has had me stressed and anxious for 5 months after spending $1000.00 to fix the problem. Then I tried AutoZone. Sean was super accurate with his skills and ability to translate the diagnostic report. He ordered my part, it arrived the next day, Sean helped me put it on (30 seconds) and my 5 month stressor dissipated. Thank you for being professional and for going above and beyond duty to assist a customer. Especially during these severely unprecedented times that the world is facing today. I will send many others your way for the excellent and professional services you provided Sean. :) Keep up the good work. It is making a huge difference!!!!!

Ryan and Steven took the time to help us figure out our headlight issue on our new car. They were kind and even gave us a rubber glove to use so we didnt touch the lightbulb with our hand. Great service.
They should hire some employees that actually know something about cars. I went in about my blower motor and was given the wrong part and when I went in to explain that I was given the wrong part the lady just keep saying that's how they make it. No it's not cause if you would have given me the right part it would have hooked into my car perfectly but it didnt. So I went to the store on south cedar and had a much better experience
I bought a top-of-the-line battery from Auto Zone for my Honda Accord just before Christmas, 2021.(They have great store hours, which saved me a tow to the dealership AND TIME THERE at a very busy time of year. ) Auto Zone took out the old battery, replaced it and I was on my way. All good! TODAY, 3-1-22, my car gave 5 beeps and the “battery” light was blinking on my dashboard,
So I returned to Auto Zone and SHAUN cheerfully tested the battery & alternator; both were fine. He suggested there might be some loose wires and that would require inspection by a mechanic. So while in Auto Zone’s parking lot, I phoned Honda and described the problem. The person I spoke to said that ‘battery’ warning referred to the KEY FOB BATTERY! (not to the car battery). He was right.
Problem went away after replacing the key fob battery. Shaun & Honda both ‘did good’!!!
