CAN NOT thank Gigi Towing enough for the beyond AMAZING service they provided.They are extremely fair in price (cheapest in the area I found), quick (got to me in less than 10 mins) & the driver explained the process & made me feel right at ease (thanks Andrew!!) Adam & his team went above & beyond to help me. They are my number one for any future towing needs I may have, & I’ll definitely be referring them to everyone. Highly recommend!!!!
It was late at night they helped even after they were off the clock and got my car from lansing to alma with a reasonable price. They definitely saved me a buck and put in the time even after they ended shift.
Driver was to pick up car between 4 and 6pm did not show up until 9:30. Agreed upon price was 450 and only received 300. Don't know if it was the driver or the business but I will be contacting BBB.
Dangerous driver. You shouldn’t be operating your cell phone, going 80 in heavy rain. Driver couldn’t stay in lane and definitely almost hit me and another driver

Their company drivers are terrible. One driver literally just ran me off the road. He was towing a blue Jeep. Absolute awful and not safe. Who ever is driving that tow truck today should be fired
Driving westbound on Saginaw in East Lansing at 5:30 today. The driver nearly hit our car and proceeded to drive recklessly over 50 mph through town. Basen on other reviews this seems to be a common complaint about Gigi Transportation drivers...
Going South on 131 this afternoon a driver transporting a Dodge Durango recklessly cut off my vehicle almost causing an accident and then proceeding to drive in the middle of the road taking up both lanes. Would expect safe driving from someone who drives as their occupation
I had a great experience with this co. Today. They picked up my scrap car and it was in a tricky spot. The driver was very professional and had a great attitude. She did an excellent Job!
They do not provide traditional towing service at this time. They are passionate about one of my favorite industries! Responsible auto RECYCLING. The owner is very knowledgeable honest and trustworthy.
One of their drivers was on I96 wb near muskegon this afternoon and was driving like an A** hogging the passing lane and refused to get over then almost rear ended me while in traffic. He proceeded to flip me off while I was exiting. Hope a commercial enforcement officer pull you over.
I had an interaction with one of your drivers today and I think someone should know that he drove VERY reckless! At one point he was doing 70 in a 40MPH zone and almost caused an accident! This was in Grand Rapids Mi near Walker
I don't like the word hate when expressing an opinion. But I will say the voice on the other end of the line was condescending when I asked a few questions. Not a good impression.
I’m not satisfied with the service they provided they had to make a trip back to get the right equipment for the job when they knew they were towing a full size pick up truck..
